In 2014 in Ecuador, it was promulgated a legal instrument that creates the obligation for processed foods to carry a label in the form of a traffic light that allows to know nutritional quality of a product to be reported at a single look. In Chile in 2016, it was promulgated similar legal instrument: “Ley Sobre Composición Nutricional de los Alimentos y su Publicidad” which requires that processed foods bear a label with a warning, for both legal instruments were analyzed their effectiveness through the change in consumer behavior in the consumption of sugary drinks. For Ecuador, the following data were taken: the income from taxes on soft drinks, and the tax on plastic bottles for single use; finding that, in Ecuador, that after the enactment of the Labeling Regulation there is no change in consumer behavior. In Chile, the income from taxes on non-alcoholic beverages was taken as an indicator, finding that, after the enactment of the Food Law (2016), It was no change observed in consumer behavior.

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar o papel da Governança como ferramenta para a implementação de Agendas Urbanas, numa perspectiva transversal e multinível. Para isso, o objetivo inicial é conhecer como a Governança está articulada nas diferentes Agendas Urbanas que estão em andamento até o momento, desde a referência necessária da Agenda Urbana 2030, passando pela Agenda Urbana da União Europeia e focada em sua implementação na Espanha , tanto na Agenda Urbana espanhola como em diferentes Agendas Urbanas regionais já aprovadas. O papel que a dimensão Governança desempenha como ferramenta transversal e multinível nas Agendas Urbanas é essencial. A concretização dos ODS e, com base neles, os objetivos específicos que se propõem em cada uma das Agendas Urbanas, tendo em conta as necessidades e desafios das diferentes áreas territoriais e com o objetivo de alcançar um desenvolvimento equitativo, justo e sustentável, têm um grande aliado na Governança, cientes de que fórmulas tradicionais baseadas em abordagens hierárquicas resultaram em ferramentas insuficientes para governar e alcançar objetivos de sustentabilidade que se tornaram desafios reais na sociedade atual e que crescem a cada dia.

El autor se aboca al análisis y estudio de los problemas prácticos que se generan al momento en que la administración, luego de sancionar, debe concretar en el plano de la realidad tal castigo jurídico; en este aspecto, se decanta por un precavido análisis de la validez, eficacia, de la propia ejecutoriedad administrativa así como de la técnica recursiva por parte de quien se afectado por el poder público titular de potestades sancionadoras a efectos de conducir por una buena administración al ejercicio de tales competencias de gravamen de las administraciones públicas dado que obra una fuerte y sólida distancia entre seguir de manera pulcra el camino formal de la actividad administrativa sancionadora en comparación con el amplio espacio de la actividad material punitiva lo que lleva a que, en el escenario real, se provoquen mayores problemas a la organización administrativa que aquellos que han sido generados por el sujeto sometido a dichas potestades públicas.

This study aimed to verify the perception of nutritionists from the Extended Center for Family Health and Primary Care (NASF-AB) about their professional performance during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic. Qualitative study carried out in Curitiba-PR. For data collection, a script with questions for characterization of the participants and a semi-structured interview script were used. For sample definition, the Theoretical Saturation method was used and for data analysis, the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD) one. Five nutritionists participated in the research, with 12 years of experience in NASF-AB. The interviews were conducted in June and July of 2021 and seven CSD categories were identified, six referring to professional performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The nutritionist’s perception was that they needed to adapt their professioal activities to provide continuity of care in nutrition and to meet the demands resulting from the pandemic. This essay aimed to discuss the ethical dilemmas of qualitative research in the context of business administration, as well as its implications. To do this, we first carried out a brief historical review of ethics to more contemporary perspectives, followed by pointing out the legal aspects of ethics in research and discussing the dilemmas and implications for ethics in qualitative research in the field of administration. Based on the discussions, we point out that the ethical stance in research invariably imposes dilemmas that can be resolved, or, at least, mitigated, from our personal positions and based on the collective constructions made by the scientific community. When it comes to ethical rules and regulations, it is necessary to accentuate bureaucratic obstacles to the proposal of a research project. Despite the approval of Resolution 510/2016, there are still difficulties in understanding the standards to be adopted, especially the need for changes in the Plataforma Brasil.  Keywords: Human research; Scientific research; Ethics Committee.

This article consists of an excerpt from a brief survey carried out for the purpose of assessing learning, within the scope of the discipline ‘Qualitative methods and advanced data analysis’, taught by the professor. Dra. Selma Leitão, in the Cognitive Psychology’s Post-Graduate Program of the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). Content analysis of two semi-structured interviews was carried out, both on december, 2019, aiming to understand the meanings attributed to the social movement of occupation of a public space located in a neighborhood of Recife - the Engenho do Meio Urban Social Center (CSU). The study had two participants: a resident of the neighborhood (M.) and an occupant of the CSU (S.). The analysis revealed that, for M., the occupation is a negative and unwanted event; conversely, for S., it is about the possibility of realizing a dream and a means of promoting human values ​​such as dignity and companionship. This article aimed to show how the use of IRaMuTeQ software contributed to the Discursive Textual Analysis methodology procedures. For this, we used a textual corpus constructed from answers generated from a question proposed for master’s students, from the Graduate Program in Science and Mathematics Education, at the State University of Santa Cruz, which had already performed the methodology procedures without using the software. The results showed that IRaMuTeQ streamlined the initial ATD procedures and helped directly in the intermediate categories acquisition through the classes obtained from the analyses. In addition, the tree diagrams and the distribution of classes, through a Cartesian plan, proved to be a new possibility for presenting classes, contributing to the interpretations that enable the construction of final categories and expanding the researcher’s immersion in the data obtained. The construction of feminist social research is a constant process of reflection and self-criticism. In this article, we systematize and defend a view on the scientific and political responsibilities involved in feminist research and propose the process of narrative interviews as a suitable methodology for research with this feminist perspective. In this process, we emphasis the pertinence and relevance of feminist ethics, understood in technical and political terms. The proposal is built from the reflective exposition experience of a qualitative research carried out with women in poverty. We seek to investigate female autonomy and challenges for breaking the intergenerational cycle of poverty. The survey was conducted in 2018, in six Brazilian capitals, with the participation of ninety-seven women in the Bolsa Família Program. We argue that narrative interview, with a feminist perspective, contributes to qualitative research concerned with the ethical responsibilities of the researchers. In this article, we intend to analyze and reflect on the epistemological and ethical frameworks of qualitative research in education. The method is a bibliographic review, and is based on a critical approach to the themes, from outstanding studies in the sphere of discussed knowledge. The concept of qualitative research is clarified, from the conceptions of science of the 20th century to the present day, delimiting it in the main research paradigms that emerged as a counterpoint to the hypothetical-deductive paradigm (phenomenological-interpretative, sociocritical and of complexity). The ethical issue is approached as a structuring dimension of qualitative research, in the Human and Social Sciences, and precisely in the field of education. From the contributions, there are reflections for the development of a critical view of research, based on principles and values ​​that shape the ways of building knowledge in the fields of education.  Keywords: Qualitative research; Education; Paradigms; Ethic.
