The present study aimed to evaluate the nutritional quality of the caferana fruit, focusing on the content and profile of carotenoids due to the characteristic coloring of these compounds. The fruits were collected, botanically identified, and evaluated for proximate composition, carotenoid and sugar content and profile, and flavonoid profile. The results of the centesimal composition of the caferana pulp were: 65 g/100g of moisture; 0.72 g/100g of ash; 0.92 g/100g of protein; 0.78 g/100g of ethereal extract; 2.83 g/100g of dietary fiber; 29.73 g/100g of carbohydrates and the caloric value of 129.62 kcal/100g of pulp. As for the content and profile of sugars in the pulp, 19.41 g/100g of fructose and 4.01 g/100g of glucose were obtained. The fruit had a high content of carotenoids (40 mg/100g on a wet basis), of which 89% was lycopene (36 mg/100g), 2.5 mg/100g of β-carotene and 0.3 mg/100g of lutein. Rutin was identified as a flavonoid present in the fruit pulp. The caferana fruit proved to be an excellent source of lycopene, with higher levels than tomato-based products.

The anthropic actions expressed by conventional-modern agriculture greatly alter the environment, interfering with the balance of natural processes and making its recovery mechanisms precarious. Thus, the interest in the use of microorganisms in agricultural practices has increased significantly in recent years, both in promoting plant growth and in the biological control of plant pests and diseases. The objective of the present work was to identify the insect pest population in the cucumber crop after foliar application of effective microorganisms (EM). The experiment was carried out in a rural family farm located in the city of São Sebastião-AL. Yellow (4) and blue (4) adhesive plates were used in a usable area of 128.8 m2. EM was diluted at a concentration of 4.7% and the applied dose was 50 mL/plant. Six collections were carried out, from December 2020 to February 2021. The individuals sampled were screened and identified at the level of class, order, family and when identified as a pest, at the level of gender. A total of 1301 invertebrate individuals of the Insecta and Arachnida classes were collected. Of these, 55.11% were identified as pest insects and 44.8% as visiting arthropods. The taxon that presented the highest relative frequency was the order Diptera (30.6%) followed by the orders Hemiptera (25.4%), Hymenoptera (24%), Coleoptera (13%), Lepidoptera (5.7%), Araneae (0.8%) and Odonata (0.5%). The pests were representatives of the genera Diabrotica spp, Anastrepha spp, Myzus spp, Bemisia spp, Atta spp and Diaphania spp. 24.7% of the visiting arthropods were predators. The arthropod population increase occurred from the 40th day after planting, with growth peak at the 57th day.

Food plants are those that have one or more parts or products that can be used in food, such as: roots, tubers, bulbs, rhizomes, stalks, leaves, shoots, flowers, fruits and seeds or even latex, resin and gum, or that are used to obtain edible oils and fats. Many plants are called "weeds" or "weeds" because they grow among the cultivated plants; however, they are species with great ecological and economic importance. These plants, called PANC'S (Unconventional food plants), term first used by Kinupp & Lorenzi to describe this type of neglected plant, can be alternative sources of nutrients, especially vitamins and minerals. The objective of this investigation was to gather information in the literature about the Non-Conventional Food Plants and what potential exists in the caatinga, the biome of the Pernambuco Agreste, connecting the results found with the academic community's understanding of this vegetation and the level of acceptance of their consumption. The work was divided into three stages: a bibliographic survey in the digital platforms Scholar Google (Google Scholar) and SciELO, two exploratory exhibitions, and a form (Google Forms) with some questions. From the results obtained in the questionnaire, it is clear that there is widespread knowledge about PANCs, considering that of the 98 responses, the analyzed ones had an average above 50%.

Common-use resources produce goods that combine characteristics of both private and public goods, making the management of these resources more complex. The Costa dos Corais Environmental Protection Area (APA) was established between the states of Alagoas and Pernambuco with the main objective of conserving coral reefs, seeking to organize economic activities that use common resources in its area of influence. This paper presents an analysis of the contributions of APA Costa dos Corais to sustainable development in the North Coast region of Alagoas, which comprises the municipalities of Passo de Camaragibe, São Miguel dos Milagres, Porto de Pedras, Japaratinga and Maragogi, whose economies exploit the resources of the Beach Zone (ZP) and the Visitation Zones (ZV), better known as natural pools. In addition to the socio-economic and environmental characterization, we characterized the environmental governance organizations and institutions operating in the region, using secondary and primary data from semi-structured interviews. We conclude that the implementation of the APA Costa dos Corais generated a great benefit to local socio-biodiversity by regulating and disciplining socioeconomic activities, exerting a strong influence on the municipalities covered, in view of the role played by the main manager of the APA, ICMBio Costa of the Corals, for two reasons: the quality of its bureaucracy compensates the weakness of municipal and state governments in the environmental management of the region, and the polycentric nature of its management, shared with all socioeconomic segments involved, corroborated by the high degree of legitimacy of the agency expressed by the interviewees.

It is known that in women there are a predominance of the sexual hormones estradiol and progesterone responsible for characterizing physical aspects, regulating behaviors and guiding menopause, in addition to these, testosterone plays an important role in the psychological field being associated with sleep and libido. At adequate levels, testosterone helps in general well-being, however, its excess and deficiency characterize atypical states that can compromise the quality of life of both men and women. The research is characterized by being an integrative review from the available literature, this methodology includes experimental and non-experimental studies, which allows the construction of a rich panorama about the subject under analysis. The sample consisted of 10 articles captured in the Scientific Eletronic Library (ScIELO), Researchgat, ScienceDirect and UTFPR Scientific Journals. Subsequently, the theoretical instrumentalization was an analysis of the contents that allowed grouping into four topics that were discussed: Clinical Treatment, Relationship between Hormones and Sports Competitions, Disability and Gender Issues. It is worth noting that the predominant methodology in the studies was the descriptive approach. It was concluded that studies about testosterone need an approach that goes beyond the biologizing view between bodies of men and women, with the importance of the hormone explained by the clinical benefits of its use and dynamics in different contexts.

Adolescence is the stage of life that requires a differentiated attention, because it is in this phase that physiological transformations, personality formation, adaptations and the beginning of adult life take place. The objective of this survey was to know through the current literature what the challenges of the nurse in the prenatal care of pregnant adolescentes are. It is an integrative bibliographic review, made in the LILACS (Scientific and Technical Literature of Latin America and the Caribbean); SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online); and Virtual Health Library (VHL); including works in Portuguese, available in the research bases from 2014 to 2020 and the sample totaled 11 articles. It was observed that adolescents, because they are not prepared for motherhood, have difficulties in accepting pregnancy, absence of Family support also interferes in the assistance offered by the nurse, they are more inclined to start late prenatal care and their capture is more difficult for health professionals. Prenatal care has been improved over the years, but there are still several factors that make care more difficult. The role of the nurse is Paramount in prenatal care, since he is the professional who best establishes the bond with pregnant women. Thus we conclude that they must be prepared for situations that demand greater performance from them, especially from this public that rarely attends UBS.
