Resumen
The use of Bacillus subtilis as an inoculant can promote plant growth through several mechanisms. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the efficiency of Bacillus subtilis as a soybean plant growth promoter inoculant. Seven isolates of B. subtilis (Bs01; Bs02; Bs03; Bs04; Bs05; Bs06 and Bs10) were evaluated for their ability to solubilize phosphate and synthesis of indole acetic acid, in vitro, and in the production of biomass of soybean plants in vegetation House. All isolates were able to solubilize phosphate and produce indole acetic acid (IAA). For the evaluated characteristic of shoot and root biomass, the treatment with inoculation of the Bs10 strain was superior (p<0.05) to the others, in the first evaluation at 30 days after sowing (DAS) and at 52 DAS the treatments with the inoculations with strains Bs05, Bs06 and Bs10 were significantly higher (p<0.05). The B. subtilis strains showed efficiency in the variables analyzed in relation to the control without inoculation. The efficiency of the use of B. subtilis in plant growth is related to the biological characteristics of this microorganism, which expresses facilities for maintaining its viability in bioformulates and, therefore, its potential to promote plant growth.

Resumen
This article aims, as a general objective, to make a brief presentation on the evolution of Brazilian environmental law, its phases, and its current setback regarding sustainability. Although the Atlantic Rainforest, as well as the Amazon Forest, the Serra do Mar, the Pantanal Matogrossense, and the Coastal Zone have the status of national heritage, according to the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988, these biomes have been losing space for deforestation, agriculture, and livestock, and currently only 12.4% of the original Atlantic Rainforest area is left in Brazil. As specific objectives of this article, it intends to analyze whether the commitments made by Brazil in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, an action plan adopted by the country and 192 other UN member states, have been fulfilled and also to make an analysis of the current Federal Senate Bill No. 168/2018. After the chronological survey of environmental legislation, it concludes that the Brazilian Environmental Legislation is currently not being effective in the protection of Brazilian biomes, meeting interests in deforestation, at the expense of Brazilian native species and in disagreement with the commitment made to Sustainability in the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainability principles presented in the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988.

Resumen
almost all forms of innovation are developed on the central countries of capitalism system. However, a new approach to developed and analysing innovation processes is suited to emerging markets and peripheral regions, named frugal innovation. This paper aims to analyse frugal innovation noted characteristics in the approved Centelha AL Program projects. The methodological design was based on content analysis, to able making replicable and valid inferences on interpret and coding of textual material converted into quantitative data, using the IRAMUTEQ software. The results presented are preliminary and are within the scope of a larger research with other expected consequences in qualified scientific production. The paper findings that of the 28 approved projects, about 25% have thematic of social technology, probably showing some kind of entrepreneurs concern about social impact of yours solutions, even in situations like this where the entrepreneurs don´t know about of frugal innovation concepts and uses, others initials evidences was that identified some kind of concerns about the costs adequacy and the social impact of their projects, two central characteristics of frugal innovation.

Resumen
The objective of this study was to evaluate the restoration of a degraded area compared to a reference area, in a sensu stricto Cerrado region in the Canaan Farm located in the municipality of Porto Nacional, Tocantins state, Brazil. For the lifting of the phytosociology were enclosed five sample ranges in each area, adopting the method of rectangular parcels with dimensions of 20x50 m, sampling the woody plants measured 30 cm above the soil, with circumference of the stem (CAS)≥10 cm. The absolute and relative parameters of frequency, density, dominance and values of importance were calculated. In the two areas of study, a total of 1.340 individuals distributed in 23 families, and 51 species were sampled. The area in restoration was the plant formation with greater richness of species (46) and higher density (28.800 ind. ha-1). In this way, it is concluded that the area that has undergone anthropogenic disturbances in past decades is currently structurally similar to the reference area.

Human activities have a great influence on the quantity, as well as the quality of water available on the planet. In recent years, the demand for groundwater for various purposes has increased, making it necessary to monitor these waters, as even though they are more protected from surface pollution, the lack of control and urban expansion can result in their degradation. The present work sought to bring a study about the hydrochemical characteristics of groundwater from wells located in the Metropolitan Region of Recife, Pernambuco, according to the Piper diagram, provided by the Qualigraf program in addition to evaluating the quality of groundwater used for human consumption from wells with a grant in the period 2013-2019 database made available by the Pernambuco Agency for Water and Climate, the agency issuing grants in the state. The results indicate the classification of the waters of the analyzed wells as: 53% sodium-chlorinated, and the rest divided into: calcium-chlorinated, sodium-bicarbonate, mixed sodic, chlorinated-mixed, magnesian-chlorinated, calcium-bicarbonated, calcium- mixed, magnesian-bicarbonate, bicarbonate-mixed and mixed. Regarding the quality of water for human consumption, 87 of the 173 analyzed wells presented substances with values above the permitted level in relation to the legislation, with a predominance for the parameters of total dissolved solids, nitrate, iron and chloride.

Resumen
The food diversity provided by plants, offers food alternatives for different communities in different regions of Brazil. In this context, Unconventional Food Plant arise, the UFP, which are plants, or part of them, with great food potential, but which are not used by the general population. The UFP have great ecological and economic importance in different contexts. However, people's perception of these resources is not general. Because of this, this work sought, through a systematic review, to analyze ethnobotanical studies with thematic related to the, identify UFP which and where populations that use UFP are found, and extract other general information from these studies, such as their objectives and types of methodology used. The Atlantic Forest vegetation was the ecosystem whose resource extraction was most relevant, with 51%. Rural communities were the most addressed in the studies, with 56% representativeness in this regard. The Asteraceae family was the most represented botanical family in the articles, with 16%. However, Xanthosoma sagittifolium Schott., popularly known as taioba, was the most cited species among all others.

Resumen
In this article, we aim to reflect on the interfaces between human rights, teaching and dissidence in gender and sexualities at school. We assume that LGBTQIA+ students and (female or male) teachers experience challenges in their trajectories in the school context, due to regulatory devices that cross their paths, violations and violence faced. However, these students and teachers also subvert the order of compulsory gender and sexuality that is inculcated daily, enabling the weaving of other school trajectories and dissident teaching. Methodologically, we carried out a bibliographical research based on the intersectional reflections of the lesbofeminist author Audre Lorde, as well as poststructuralist authors linked to Theories of Discourse, including: Judith Butler, Nancy Fraser, Michèle Barrett, Michel Foucault, and others. We conclude that, by questioning heteronormativity and mandatory gender norms, these students and teachers denaturalize practices and processes, opening discourses necessary for the emergence and reconfiguration of other discourses, knowledge, subjects and practices in the school context.
