Este trabalho é um relato de experiência sobre o desenvolvimento de uma sequência didática com a temática a importância da água para o ensino básico. Foi elaborada pela supervisora e os bolsistas do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) do Núcleo Palmeira dos Índios/AL. O desenvolvimento da SD ocorreu no mês de agosto de 2021 e teve como base principal uma pesquisa qualitativa realizada em uma Escola Estadual na zona urbana, localizada em Palmeira dos Índios/AL. A metodologia é qualitativa do tipo relato de experiência. A sequência didática foi estruturada em 3(três) etapas: elaboração, avaliação e retrabalho no decorrer de 5 aulas com 50 minutos. O resultado aplicação da Sequência Didática satisfatória, principalmente, na organização da aprendizagem dos estudantes. Por fim, a SD demonstrou-se uma importante estratégia de auxílio para a ação de o professor desenvolver aulas mais atrativas com conteúdo mais dinâmicos, onde facilita a aprendizagem dos alunos através de uma diversidade de conteúdos trabalhados em sequência.    

Este trabalho objetiva analisar as contribuições da teoria pedagógica de Paulo Freire e da concepção construtivista de Antoni Zabala para a promoção da ginástica laboral com vistas à formação humana na perspectiva da politecnia. A partir de um estudo qualitativo de cunho bibliográfico com obras que versam sobre a ginástica laboral, a politecnia, a teoria de Paulo Freire e a concepção construtivista de Antoni Zabala. Constatou-se que a teoria de Paulo Freire e a concepção construtivista de Antoni Zabala contribuem na transformação das ações com a ginástica laboral com vistas ao desenvolvimento de ações contextualizadas e que promovam a autonomia e formação crítica dos aprendizes, para além do fazer prático. Desta forma, a presente revisão de literatura contribui com as discussões sobre a prática da ginástica laboral em uma perspectiva didática, pautada no diálogo entre os envolvidos para o desenvolvimento de ações que promovam a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho, e construa um ambiente profissional cada vez mais humanizado, algo que colabora para a execução das tarefas trabalhistas de maneira mais qualitativa.

Food and nutrition are healthy for human health. Nutritional deviations base for the treatment of diseases that serve the population The objective of the study was to investigate the nutritional status and lifestyle habits of the adult population. The study is descriptive, cross-sectional, with secondary data collection in the database of the Surveillance System of Risk and Protection Factors for Chronic Diseases by Telephone Survey (Vigitel), from the year 2019. The investigated population were adults over 18 years of age residents in the capitals of northeastern Brazil. as obesity, were overweight, consumption of fruits and vegetables and physical activity. Of the 18.557% men, 65.1% were women and 34.9% were men. Obesity present in all occurrences of weight in older women. The most prevalent overweight in Recife and Salvador and obesity in Recife, Maceió and João Pessoa. The intake of fruits and vegetables was more common in women from Recife and Aracaju, as was the practice of physical activity in the capitals of Salvador and Maceió. In general, women increased the risks, better consumption of food and adherence to physical exercise. Regardless of gender, specific actions to promote the health of each population group are more defined, considering the specificities of each population group.

O programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) tem uma importância significativa na educação brasileira, pois, contribui com a formação inicial e continuada dos professores ampliando o elo entre universidades e escolas públicas. o principal objetivo deste artigo é relatar a elaboração e aplicação de uma proposta didática sobre o ensino de biologia por investigação desenvolvida em uma escola núcleo do PIBID. O Ensino por Investigação é uma alternativa para superar o modelo tradicional de ensino que simplifica e limita as potencialidades dos estudantes, mas, continua sendo bastante adotado ainda nas escolas. A formatação pedagógica que caracterizam a abordagem dos Três Momentos Pedagógicos em três etapas: Problematização inicial, Organização do conhecimento e Aplicação do conhecimento e foi desenvolvida em quatro aulas do componente curricular de biologia. Por fim, ministrar aula de ciências por investigação propiciou um maior aprofundamento nos conteúdos relativos às Ciências, além de uma abordagem participativa e reflexiva e autônoma por parte dos bolsistas e supervisora da escola núcleo.      

A palma de óleo (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) é uma cultura industrial amplamente utilizada no mundo todo, contudo, é afetada pelo ataque de insetos praga que representam um fator limitante para a sua produção em grande escala, neste sentido, os fungos entomopatogênicos são importantes agentes de controle biológico de pragas, pois podem infectar o inseto em diversos estágios de desenvolvimento. Por isso, alternativas ambientalmente viáveis e de baixo custo são importantes para a produção destes fungos. Deste modo, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo avaliar o desenvolvimento do fungo Beauveria sp. (BP05) em resíduos da palma de óleo, bem como, determinar a maior produção do fungo, por meio das análises da atividade, concentração e viabilidade dos conídios desenvolvidos. Para avaliar o desenvolvimento do fungo utilizou-se, Arroz parboilizado-AP; Torta de dendê molhada-TDM; Torta de dendê lavada-TDL; Torta de palmiste lavada-TPL e torta de palmiste molhada-TPM, onde avaliou - se a atividade, concentração e viabilidade dos conídios do fungo. Sendo os tratamentos T3 (TDM 30% + TPM 30% + AP 40%) e T5 (TDM 25% + TPM 25% + AP 50%) mais produtivos para o desenvolvimento do fungo. Esses resultados podem contribuir para uma maior produção de estruturas reprodutivas de Beauveria sp. (BP05) e o reaproveitamento dos resíduos da palma de óleo, reduzindo os seus impactos ambientais, e os custos de produção em grande escala de fungos entomopatogênicos.

Epidemiological studies can improve knowledge of the profile of snakebites in a given region and help identify opportunities for improving health care and preventing this type of disease. Thus, the objective of this work was to carry out a survey of data regarding the epidemiological aspects of snakebites in municipalities belonging to the State of Amazonas. The study was carried out through a documentary survey through the electronic search of articles, thesis, dissertation and monographs, in academic Google databases and database of the Information System of Notifiable Diseases (SINAN). The final work included a total of 09 scientific articles. Regarding the data obtained through the consultation of data in the Information System of Notifiable Diseases (SINAN), 16,868 cases of snakebite accidents were reported for the state of Amazonas in the period corresponding to the years 2010-2020, where the cases with the highest number of cases were contacted. records of accidents affected by species belonging to the genus Bothrops, followed by the genus Lacheses. In view of the results, it is important to promote educational campaigns, being necessary the implementation of programs that can increase the knowledge of the residents about the forms of adequate treatment and prevention of these accidents, mainly by rural workers, in order to reduce the accident cases.

A expansão do conhecimento na área de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação - TIC, seu uso e acessibilidade têm transformado a maneira dos seres humanos se relacionarem uns com os outros. Na educação não é diferente, embora com algumas resistências, escolas e professores foram impulsionados a incluírem as TICs no processo de ensino e aprendizagem durante o ensino remoto. Portanto, a presente pesquisa objetivou identificar as vantagens e desafios enfrentados por docentes e discentes no uso de ferramentas tecnológicas, como mediadoras de práticas educativas durante as aulas remotas, no Ensino Fundamental II. A metodologia do artigo pautou-se em uma abordagem quali-quantitativa, com a participação de 20 professores e 32 alunos, os quais responderam questões relacionadas ao uso de tecnologias para realização de atividades remotas, através do formulário gerado na ferramenta Google Forms. Após análise dos questionamentos, foi percebido que os professores consideram importante a experiência com recursos digitais no contexto educacional, quanto aos discentes, às tecnologias os envolvem, apesar de que, a maioria possuía apenas o celular como único recurso tecnológico acessível. Ademais, tanto, professores, como educandos, relataram a instabilidade com o acesso à internet como dificultadora no desenvolvimento das aulas e rendimento dos alunos.  A pesquisa destacou ainda que existem muitos desafios a serem superados para a integração efetiva das TICs aos processos pedagógicos. Sendo notável, a necessidade do acompanhamento da inserção das TICs nas escolas, não só de como está sendo o acesso a essas novas tecnologias pelos sujeitos que compõem a escola, como também estão sendo utilizadas.

Brazil is the world’s leading producer of passion fruit. However, among the diseases that affect the culture of passion fruit, the anthracnose, caused by species of the Colletotrichum genus causes great socioeconomic losses in northeastern Brazil. The aims of this study were to identify species of the Colletotrichum genus that infect passion fruit leaves, using multi-locus phylogenetic analysis associated to morpho-cultural characteristics, as well as to evaluate the pathogenicity in different hosts. Isolates of the Colletotrichum genus were obtained from passion fruit leaves showing typical symptoms of the disease, collected in commercial plantations in the state of Alagoas, Brazil. The pathogenic isolates were identified based on the sequence of the GAPDH, TUB2, CHS-1 genes and the ITS-rDNA region. For the cultural characterization of the identified species, the mycelial growth rate and aspect of the colonies were evaluated. In the morphological characterization the length and width of 50 conidia and appressoria were measured. The multi-locus phylogenetic analysis associated to morpho-cultural characteristics of fiftee isolates revealed five species of Colletotrichum: C. fructicola, C. theobromicola, C. plurivorum, C. brevisporum, Colletotrichum sp. This is the first report of C. fructicola and C. theobromicola in the world and of C. brevisporum and C. plurivorumin Brazil. The Colletotrichum species were pathogenic to different inoculated hosts (mango, passion fruit, banana, papaya and guava), with the exception of the C. brevisporum, Colletotrichum sp. and C. plurivorum to guava fruit.

The Pedagogical Residency Program provides immersion, that is, the practical experience in spheres of teaching activities of the future teacher in Basic Education schools. It is inferred from this that such immersion will take place directly on the "floor" of the school, articulated and set with other actors of education, such as the school community. However, at the beginning of 2020, the world population was surprised by Covid-19, which directly impacted the direction the Program would take, as well as all education and society affected by the pandemic. We were facing an atypical phenomenon and it was necessary to rethink and (re)invent our pedagogical practices so that it was possible to continue the activities of the Program, contributing, in parallel, to the challenges of education in this context. Therefore, this article aims to report such experiences that show this process of (re)invention from the perspective of teaching and from the perspective of Mathematics teacher training. Thus, in a qualitative approach anchored in descriptive procedures, we evidenced, throughout this report, several moments of learning, reflection and reinvention, above all, driven by activities in the Mathematics subproject of the UFRN PR Program, leaving a legacy for initial and continued training of students. teachers, as well as for Basic Education. As a result, we point out that RP allowed us to immerse ourselves in the teaching context, even in a remote format, from the moment we were faced with the numerous situations that arose and we tried to overcome them, for example, through training activities and proposition innovative activities in schools.  

Ichneumonidae is one of the largest families of Hymenoptera, with an estimated 60,000 species, out of these 17,000 occurrences in the Neotropical Region. Despite its diversity, the group's studies are scarce in the Amazon region. Thus, the aim of this work was to carry out a faunal analysis of the subfamilies of Ichneumonidae in an area of the Amazon Forest and to present considerations about some genera. Two Malaise traps were installed in a forest area of Campus II of the Federal University of Amazonas - UFAM, in Itacoatiara, Amazonas. Weekly collections were carried out during the period from 2017 to January 2018. The Hymenoptera sampled were identified at the family and subfamily level, and subsequently referred to a specialist at the gender level. Faunistic Analysis was used to determine the main subfamilies. In all, 541 specimens of Ichneumonidae were chosen, distributed in 16 subfamilies. As subfamilies Cryptinae, Orthocentrinae, Ichneumoninae and Pimplinae predominate. It is worth mentioning the presence of Cremastinae Indicators and Campopleginae, which are important for the balance of natural populations, as well as being from degraded areas.
