Introduction. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the need for mobile applications arose to find a way to bring their products to their customers without the need to expose themselves, this situation led to the birth of new ventures that last even when the pandemic is controlled, that is where companies that provide home delivery services are born. Target. Analyze the most consumed products through the delivery service generated in the face of the health emergency in 2020, in the city of Cuenca. Methodology. The design started from the positivist research paradigm, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional field design and documentary support, descriptive level, the sample used was of fifty micro-enterprises that offer the service in the city of Cuenca. Results. More frequently with respect to the size of the company, (62.00%) are micro-enterprises, for their part the services provided by delivery companies are (40.43%) food. On the other hand, the way in which you contact to request the service is through Android and Apple (IOS) mobile applications (54.00%). The market segment that they cover most frequently is users who have an urgent or convenience need to buy (53.13%). The (58.00%) of the surveyed companies generated revenues of $ 0 to $ 100,000. The Apps are represented by Rappi with 19.05% and Tipti with 18.25%. Within the quality standards (19.35%), more importance is given to biosafety standards due to the presence of COVID 19. Conclusion. The Delivery service differs from typical conventional purchase services because it integrates a value proposition for users who will be able to make their purchases in a practical, simple, and agile way. MSMEs play a relevant role in the economy, due to their potential to generate employability, due to their contribution with the payment of tributes and taxes to the state.

The present work was the result of an investigation conducted to find out What are the causes of the abandonment of the complaint by the victim of psychological violence in the city of Cuenca? The focus of this research was qualitative. Consequently, it was developed under exploratory and descriptive methods, for which the in-depth interview was applied to five experts who know the subject perfectly, whose opinion was fundamental. The methodology used was based on research techniques: Observation, documentary review and interview with the aim of dissenting the results. This study revealed the reasons why women desist from continuing the complaint filed with the Gender Prosecutor's Office in the city of Cuenca. It is concluded that there are several causes for withdrawal that influence from a gender perspective, such as unequal power relations, socioeconomic factors. There is an urgent need for this type of studies to determine the real circumstances that cuencanas women are experiencing today, so that they receive information about the importance of continuing with the complaint and thus obtaining a better life.

The objective of this project is to determine a pre-feasibility study for the creation of a commercialization of alcoholic beverages in the avenue Remigio Crespo of the city of Cuenca, with the purpose of satisfying the needs of consumers and that it is aimed at all people over 18 years of age at 65 years old. To support this project, different types of techniques were used that allowed a better analysis and interpretation of its pre-feasibility. Subsequently, the aspects corresponding to the market study were analyzed, a technical study where the size and location of the project was determined, as well as the administrative study identifying the organizational structure and roles and responsibilities and the commercial viability that resulted in a positive available market and therefore an acceptance of potential consumers; therefore, it is feasible to carry out this project.

This research paper has the objective of determining the impact and benefits felt by the community of San Jacinto de Colimes in the province of Guayas in Ecuador, since the implementation of telecommunications infrastructure. The research is a quantitative, exploratory, descriptive, and correlational study. It starts from a finite population of 3500 habitats of the community. Where 100 research subjects are considered through an instrument validated by experts with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.67. The research is non-probabilistic and intentional. It has been studied that the digital divide is strongly correlated with connectivity. It is concluded that for the San Jacinto de Colimes community in the province of Guayas, it currently maintains a digital divide respect to the principal cities of Ecuador and that the implementation project of a cellular station in 2021 is beneficial for the population.

Introduction. The probative importance of the testimony has undergone an evolution from the mathematical calculation of evidence to the current evaluation rules that require reasoned motivation. The unique testimony of the victim in sexual crimes presents unique problems that will be analyzed. Objective: the analysis of the testimonial evidence and its procedural guarantees is sought, proposing changes applying the gender perspective. Methodology. The methodology used is based on a study of the subject from various perspectives such as historical-logical, deductive, descriptive, analytical, critical and propositional. Results. The jurisprudential doctrine has been incorporating certain parameters to analyze both the subject of the statement and its object, from the perspective of its subjective credibility, its objective credibility and the persistence of the incrimination. As well as the requirement of a minimum probative activity and the development of probative sufficiency standards, which establish limits or impose parameters to determine its validity. Conclusion. The parameters and evidentiary standards have helped to minimize the errors in a judicial process. However, tools such as the gender perspective are still necessary, which seek to integrate the principle of equality in the interpretation and application of norms and eliminate the difference in social, political and economic opportunities of individuals. The gender perspective must be used to eradicate prejudices when assessing testimonial evidence or statement.

Therefore, different mechanisms have been implemented to reduce tax costs in the declaration and collection of the different taxes generated in our country. However, despite the constant efforts made by the Tax Administrations to achieve such reduction, there are still different implicit costs that taxpayers must incur to comply with their tax obligations, which causes taxpayers to incur in tax evasion, avoidance and informality. Objective. To determine the tax transaction cost measurement of medium-sized companies in the city of Riobamba for the 2019 period. Methodology. The applied method was deductive, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, with a non-experimental and documentary type design. The population was 1,461 taxpayers and applying a questionnaire to a sample of 230 taxpayers. Results. The results obtained in the research through the application of the linear regression method show that the tax transaction measurement has a significant impact on medium-sized companies in the city of Riobamba. Conclusion. It was concluded that the use of the tax transaction cost measurement methodology is a good tool for measuring the costs of taxpayers and the Internal Revenue Service.

Introduction. Within the framework of world tourism trends, community tourism shows a progressive interest in the industry due to the conservationist approach to biodiversity, the culture and traditions of a locality, in addition to generating foreign exchange and improving the quality of life of the community and of its inhabitants by virtue of a quality tourism product where the traveler and the community obtain benefits. Objective. On this basis, a rural tourism marketing management model is proposed based on the image of the site, the general objective of which is to develop a marketing management model for rural community tourism in Riobamba. Methodology. For this, descriptive / explanatory research has been used as a methodology and bibliographic research techniques have been used, as well as field trips to carry out surveys at an analytical and prospective level, which in its complexion follows the fundamentals of participation, cooperatives and the commitment of the participants who interact to achieve product quality. Results. Consequently, it is expected to preserve, take advantage of and develop the tourist destination with an adequate strategic marketing orientation in rural areas of Riobamba, highlighting the importance of communication, which, thanks to the arrival of the internet, has led to the emergence of new dissemination tools. of information due to the increase in connectivity and interactivity in society. Conclusion. Based on this framework, the authorities of the city of Riobamba can initiate awareness-raising processes of this article with the population with the intention of improving the economic situation of those parishes that, due to mismanagement, their potential has not yet been exploited.

Introduction. Savings and credit cooperatives constitute a fundamental component in society since they contribute significantly to the construction of a participatory, democratic and solidary economy. However, the commitment to assume responsibility because of their actions is the duty of every organization, overcoming the philanthropic and altruistic approach with which this term is often confused. The objective of this research is to apply indicators that allow evaluating social responsibility articulated to the fulfillment of cooperative principles. Methodology. The research is of a non-experimental, descriptive cross-sectional type, once the findings have been presented, they are described and synthesized based on an interpretation. Results. The application of 23 social balance indicators, articulated with the cooperative principles, allowed evaluating the organization's social responsibility management and providing information that served as the basis for decision-making. Conclusions. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that there are very few deficiencies at the level of social management that must be addressed, since in large part the results register satisfactory results.

Resumen La cerámica, que ha sido parte del ser humano con la transición a la vida sedentaria, ha sido un puente entre el pasado y el futuro durante siglos. Las cerámicas se han diferenciado unas de otras a lo largo del tiempo por sus materiales, técnicas y formas. Uno de estos métodos de diferenciación es el arte del azulejo. Las aplicaciones de baldosas tienen un lugar importante y especial en el arte cerámico. El arte del azulejo ha arrojado luz sobre los seres humanos a lo largo de la historia y ha agregado valor estético a la vida como parte de su vida diaria. Como en el pasado, ha sido una fuente de inspiración para los artistas cerámicos de hoy. Nuestros motivos de baldosas se han utilizado en diferentes campos del arte, manteniéndose al día con la técnica y la tecnología en constante desarrollo. En este artículo se examinan las obras cerámicas de Can Gökçe, un cerámico y académico de joven generación que produjo obras con las huellas del antiguo arte del azulejo. Con su enfoque tradicional y moderno de síntesis del arte de la cerámica, las obras de cerámica de Can Gökçe representan el pasado, hoy y mañana, y es importante en términos de utilizar sus obras con diferentes disciplinas. El artista también demuestra un enfoque importante en términos de transferir, querer, sostener y preservar nuestro patrimonio cultural a las próximas generaciones en nuestra vida moderna.El artículo incluye 19 obras del artista seleccionadas cronológicamente. Las primeras obras de época del artista se pueden ver en las primeras 4 imágenes. Es importante que el arte llegue a un público más amplio como resultado de colaboraciones artísticas interdisciplinarias, experimente una satisfacción más intensa y forme diferentes perspectivas. Artista Can Gökçe es un artista que aboga por la necesidad de la unidad interdisciplinar. Las imágenes 5-11 muestran trabajos seleccionados del proyecto que prepararon con el diseñador de moda Başak Cankeş. En las imágenes del 13 al 19 se ve que redimensionó motivos tradicionales, los adaptó a la vida actual y los utilizó en diferentes técnicas cerámicas. Ceramics are differentiated from each other over time with their materials, techniques and forms. One of these differentiation methods is tile (çini). Tile applications have an important and special place in ceramic. Tile (çini) has both shed light on human beings throughout history and added aesthetic value to life as a part of their daily life. As in the past, it has been a source of inspiration for today's artists. Turkish tile motifs have been used in different fields of art, keeping up with the ever-developing technique and technology. In this article, works of Can Gökçe, a young generation artist and academician who produced works bearing the traces of the ancient tile, are examined. With its traditional modern synthesis approach to the art of ceramics, Can Gökçe's works represent the past, today and tomorrow, and it is important in terms of using his works with different disciplines. The article includes 19 works of the artist selected chronologically. The first period works of the artist can be seen in the first 4 images. It is important for art to reach a wider audience as a result of interdisciplinary artistic collaborations, to experience more intense satisfaction and to form different perspectives. Artist Can Gökçe is an artist who advocates the necessity of interdisciplinary unity. Images 5-11 show selected works from the project they prepared with fashion designer Başak Cankeş. In the images from 13 to 19, it is seen that he resized traditional motifs, adapted them with today's life and used them in different ceramic techniques. The main purpose of the article is to remind once again that tiles, which are in fact the Turkish cultural heritage recognized by the whole world, are one of the main guiding tools in the art of modern ceramics, to introduce modern Turkish ceramic art on international platforms and to emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary collaborations.In this context, the artist Can Gökçe shows an important approach in terms of transferring, endearing, maintaining and protecting Turkish cultural heritage to the next generations in our modern life. In addition, it is stated in the article that the artist makes innovative and creative projects using traditional lines and different art fields.  

Resumen El estudio presenta la experiencia docente llevada a cabo en varios grupos de laboratorio de la Asignatura de Expresión Gráfica en estudiantes de ingeniería. La investigación tiene como finalidad evaluar la percepción que tienen los alumnos al revisar las prácticas mediante videos audiovisuales en formato screencasts y la plataforma virtual Poliformat y e-mail. Los resultados de las encuestas nos ayudan a enfocar una solución tecnológica de retroalimentación virtual del profesor que, aunque es general potencia el aprendizaje autónomo y flexibiliza la gestión del tiempo del alumno. Siendo positiva la percepción de los estudiantes al empleo de herramientas tecnológicas como medio de feedback para la revisión de las prácticas.AbstractThe paper describes a teaching experience carried out among various laboratory groups of Engineering students in the subject Graphic Expression. The aim was to evaluate the students’ perception on reviewing the lab practices by means of Screencast format videos, the Poliformat Platform and e-mail. The results of the surveys helped us to create a teacher’s virtual technological feedback solution which, although general, improved autonomous learning and gave students more flexibility in the use of their time. They also obtained a positive perception from using technological tools to obtain feedback for reviewing the practices.
