Introduction: The results obtained by combat athletes in Cuba have shown the strength of the pyramidal model for the selection and preparation of high-performance sports, but every process is likely to be improved, and constant improvement of the sports selection process is necessary. Objective: In this sense, the present research aimed to theoretically validate a model of tactical purpose for the selection of talents in combat sports. Materials and methods: The research is based on the application of a documentary review and a survey of 38 experts, being descriptive-explanatory. Results: This model is based on three phases, a proposal for a talent selection model with a tactical purpose for combat sports; emphasis is placed on the theoretical evaluation of the model. Five indicators and five components are assumed and the theoretical contribution of the studied model is recognized; it focuses on the possibilities of optimization that it generates in the sports selection process; the pyramidal system is complemented and the management of potentially talented combat athletes is endorsed in their entry into high performance. The questionnaires determined that all the experts agree on very adequate and quite adequate, where the concordance coefficient obtained was W= 0.798. Conclusions: The tactical purpose model for talent selection in combat sports constitutes a theoretical contribution and solves a specific problem in practice by allowing the optimization of the talent selection process with a scientific nature, thus complementing the pyramid system.

Introduction: The study on organizational culture has been worked on since 2016 -2021, in the understanding of its dimensions and components in relation to organizational performance, it is systematically investigated to deepen this topic from a theoretical and methodological perspective from the reality of the sports organization. Objective: Hence, the purpose was stated to establish a theoretical-methodological model of organizational culture, for performance in sports initiation schools in Santiago de Cuba. Materials and methods: It used participant observation, group techniques, modeling and discussion groups; for data processing and interpretation, a reliability coefficient of 95 % is required.Results: As a result, the model is designed with its theoretical and methodological components, where a new category relationship system is expressed: Organizational Involvement and Organizational Consistency from the theoretical, as well as its practical implementation proposal through diagnostic phases, design, and implementation through an organizational cultural improvement plan; Its theoretical-practical systematization allows the development of organizational performance. The results obtained were subjected to inferential analysis through Kendall's W test. where it was obtained that W is equal to .604 and p-value sig.(bilateral)= .000 , so they gather enough empirical evidence to corroborate the conclusions issued by the discussion group, which expressed the need for the model as an expression of the characteristics of the organizational culture in its particularity in the sports teaching context. Conclusions: Based on the value of the interpretation and argues of the discussion group, it was possible to determine the theoretical- methodological improvements from the epistemological and practical view, what allows affirming the need of setting and application of the declared objective in the carried out research.

Introduction: The study of opponents is becoming more and more necessary and in it the use of information is of vital importance. Objective: The purpose of the research was to design a tool for the study of opponents in Cuban high performance. Materials and methods: Methods such as analytical-synthetic were used; the structural systemic approach, the documentary review, the SWOT analysis and the observation to determine the athlete's own characteristics. The proposed tool for the study of opponents allows accurate decisions to be made in the development of sports preparation and facilitates the development of strategy and tactics for competitive activity. Results: It is also possible to socialize the authors' criteria and results obtained from a study of opponents in the 73kg division of Cuban male judo. The study makes a theoretical approach on the topics: study of opponents, sports strategy, technique and tactics in sports, as well as their differences through various indicators. It provides a simple tool for the study of opponents according to the sport in which it is carried out and emphasizes its flexibility and the need for generalization to other sports. Conclusions: The results allow to affirm that the opponents study offers a deep analysis about their information to cover the needs of the trainer, athletes and the work team.

Identify and understand the perception of the guidelines given to parents of newborns hospitalized in an intensive care unit. Descriptive, qualitative study carried out with 33 parents of newborns hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in a hospital from Paraná, in 2016 and 2017. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and the data analyzed according to the Collective Subject Discourse. Parents were instructed on the reasons for hospitalization, the need to touch their child and were accompanied on their first visit to the sector. The construction of the Collective Subject Discourse allowed to see that few parents receive guidance on the operation of equipment, care and interventions performed. Parents highlight the need for improvements in their accommodation and communication between parents and health professionals. The lack of information and guidance can weaken the interaction between parents and health professionals, making it difficult to welcome and humanized care in neonatal units. El propósito de este estudio era analizar las relaciones entre las variables de orientación alos objetivos de aprendizaje, orientación a los objetivos de rendimiento, apoyo ejecutivo,eficacia creativa del equipo y rendimiento del desarrollo de nuevos servicios. En el marcodel propósito de la investigación, se realizó un estudio con 592 empleados que trabajabanen organizaciones que operaban en el sector de la producción. Se utilizaron los programas IBM SPSS 25 e IBM SPSS AMOS de forma incremental, y se evaluaron y analizaron losdatos adquiridos. Como resultado del análisis, se destaca que las organizaciones deben darimportancia al aprendizaje y al rendimiento especialmente por sus efectos positivos. Dadoque la investigación se realiza sobre los empleados del sector de la producción, abarca unsector específico en un ámbito concreto. Los resultados de la investigación son aplicables alapoyo ejecutivo y al rendimiento de las empresas del sector de la producción para que seanmás eficaces. La investigación es original en cuanto a la evaluación de la orientación a losobjetivos de aprendizaje y la orientación a los objetivos de rendimiento en las empresas delsector de la producción.

Climate change is a major global concern and is closely related to the strategies used for energy generation and consumption. Thus, the search for renewable energy sources has grown exponentially in recent decades. At the level of the European Union (EU) it was established that by 2020 the percentage of renewable energy should cover 20 per cent of total energy consumption and by 2030, at least 32 per cent. In this sense, the objective of the study was to analyze the effect of economic and social factors on the consumption of renewable energies in EU countries, considering the EU-15 group and the 13 others that incorporated from 2004, for the years of 1995 and 2018. Through the panel data technique, models were estimated, which allow us to conclude that the behavior of the variables is different when considering the entire block, the EU-15 group and the group of 13 new ones, with respect to renewable energy consumption. To meet the 2030 target, it is necessary to take into account the heterogeneity among countries and to elaborate plans that combine economic and social factors.
