The 21st century has been marked by important technological advances, particularly in the development of human activities in virtual environments facilitated by the Internet, so that the daily routine of the person and that of children is characterized by the expression and constant interaction with the information and communication media, facilitated by electronic equipment with access to the large virtual platform. However, this access must be mediated and supervised, in order to provide a safe space for children, without undermining their right to information, recreation, education and communication. In this context, the rights of children must be protected, respected and guaranteed, finding the right balance that allows them to access the benefits of the virtual environment, without generating violation of the rights of security and protection of their physical, psychological and emotional integrity. The purpose of the research was to analyze the protection of children's rights in the digital age, considering the dangers of cyberspace, the limits established by the international legal system and the protection mechanisms in domestic law. The qualitative approach research was developed through the hermeneutic method and the dogmatic method. It is concluded that international regulations support the care of the fundamental rights of children and adolescents, which is replicated by the regulations of various countries in America and Europe, however, legal updating is necessary, joint action between family, schools, the State and the business sector in the effective application of mechanisms that adequately protect the fundamental rights of children in virtual environments.

The purpose of this article is to explore the role of Mapuche contextualized discursive practices and the role of Mapuzungun as a source of knowledge, wisdom and transgenerational memories that facilitate the development of social practices of reciprocity, and to understand how a language subalternized by a history of racist violence, reveals how such practices are severely obstructed when they are articulated in the public sphere, both in the expression of the suffering experienced, as well as in the vindication of demands against colonial capitalism. We situate this discussion in the context of the current process of political receptiveness to new ways of conceiving the state in Chile, as a response to the diverse demands for justice among different political communities. We address both the dilemmas of capitalism and colonial enterprise in the Latin American Southern Cone, as well as the debate on Mapuche social welfare and suffering in the face of colonial violence.

The paper addresses some aspects of critical thought in the work of Axel Honneth on the theory of recognition and of Michel Foucault on the notion of veridiction. The reading attempts to expose the proposal of immanent transcendence elaborated by Honneth and the understanding of criticism in Michel Foucault in terms of attitude, which leads to the relevance of the notion of veridiction as a critical category. From these considerations, the way in which both authors make a reading of neoliberal capitalism, their counterpoint and convergences, in order to continue developing a theorization of critical scopes, relevant to problematize our present, is exposed.

This paper analyzes the conflictive nature of interethnic and intersocietal relations in the so-called Southern Societies, taking as a reference the case of the Mapuche ancestral territory. A historical and current reading of them will allow us to account for the logics underlying the social suffering experienced in the territory, as well as the understandable struggles for recognition and redistribution launched to reverse this situation. Critical social philosophy, fundamentally represented by Axel Honneth and Nancy Fraser in dialogue with social empirical background, will make it possible to observe the potentialities and limitations of such struggles, reaching the following hypothesis as a conclusion: the struggles of underestimated and subalternized groups and movements are unable to transcend the limits of what has led them to the dehumanizing situation in which they live, although these struggles are inevitable and necessary.

In the current debates of critical theory, in particular those that deal with recognition and justice, several serious problems of liberal societies are recorded, exposed in the theses that two decades ago opposed Nancy Fraser and Axel Honneth. The formulation of the question of justice from their respective perspectives influences the current debate in comments and objections that appear in Forst and Renault. The work exposes the debate in the face of current political problems and the place of social movements against inequality. The current projection of this debate is found in the third way (First Things First) proposed by Forst with a view to resolving the main difficulties that would arise in a two-dimensional or monistic vision, and which helps to rethink the critical theory of justice, allowing to account for complex economic, cultural and political processes of current capitalist societies in global times.

Abstract This article reflects on the Küme Mongen, a notion intrinsic to the ancestral wisdom of the Mapuche people,  which alludes to the alternatives of life and coexistence in relation to the concept of development. From a historical-critical approach we approach the evolution of the concept of development and its link to the küme mongen, as well as the repercussion that the valuation of this paradigm can have for a good coexistence with all living things. As a result, on the one hand, despite the contextual and dynamic character of the category of development, it reinforces the dimensions of capital and representing another form of economic colonization of indigenous peoples. On the other hand, the küme mongen implies resisting the hegemony of development from the hegemony of Capital, through the material and immaterial territorial dimensions that would imply valuing and updating socio-cultural practices of inhabiting and coexisting in the cosmos.

Critical theory from its first generations has raised the issue of universalism and cosmopolitanism linked to Capital, as a significant part of the emancipatory potential of peoples. In this text, the proposal of L. Dusoulier and M. Maesschalck is approached analytically and critically, regarding an internationalism of solidarity in a globalized context, strongly affected by the increase in inequity and the environmental problem, from their particular trade union perspective. We will show its relevance and differentiation with other versions of internationalism, some philosophical aspects, to close with some observations.

The purpose of this article is to address the problematic status of capitalism in Axel Honneth's thought. The thinker makes a normative critique of capitalism, in order to account for the objections raised to his thought in his debate with Nancy Fraser. Our aim is to critically evaluate these innovations in order to clarify the inadequacies of Honneth's approach to capitalism.

La situación social, económica y política en el contexto actual se ha ido agudizando aún más debido al impacto dejado por la pandemia, así como también por la situación bélica de occidente, esta realidad también se refleja en las organizaciones, quienes busca bajo la figura de un gerente, dar respuesta efectiva a los diversos problemas que tiene la sociedad, para ello, se propone idear un nuevo paradigma gerencial transformacional que pueda, a través del liderazgo y de la teoría de las inteligencias múltiples crear un tipo de organización e institución que de cuenta de esta situación y pueda desde la responsabilidad y compromiso social ofrecer proyectos sustentabilidad, sostenibles y rentables para la sociedad. En este sentido, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el liderazgo e inteligencias múltiples como aportes para una gerencia transformacional, que desde una metodología hermenéutica nos permita hacer una interpretación de los diversos referentes teóricos presentes en distintas bibliografías para construir un referente epistémico. Se concluye, que tanto el liderazgo como las inteligencias múltiples contribuye a una gerencia transformacional en el sentido que permite potenciar las habilidades, destrezas y experiencias de cada persona en beneficio de la organización permitiendo construir herramientas gerenciales para la toma de decisiones que ayuden a solucionar los diferentes marcos de complejidades y situaciones que se le presenta a la gerencia.
