The increase to own levels of entropy in the current world order of an interconnected set of problems configures the global crisis, identified by high interest rates, fiscal and monetary deficits, cyberattacks and popular revolts, among other factors, which affect many countries of the world as an indisputable sign of a much broader organic and complex phenomenon that is called by Arbeláez-Campillo and Villasmil (2020) as a crisis of the current world order. Through the combination of the method of reviewing scientific documents and the use of SWOT analysis, which identifies strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, the objective of this research is to assess the scenarios that account for the global crisis in the second decade of the twenty-first century, from an alternative reading of chaos theory, applied to the domains of socio-political studies. The results obtained allow us to conclude that unlike those that happen in the universe where chaos is a primordial force in close relation to the cosmological balance, in human history it is people and, more specifically, power actors, who act according to their interests and hegemonic agendas the true agents of chaos.

This research aims at investigating analyzing the correspondence between education in values and resilience, from a multidisciplinary perspective, developing it at the University of Zulia, Maracaibo, Venezuela. Methodologically, is the qualitative approach with an interpretative paradigm of a phenomenological type.  The technique was the semi-structured interview applied to 20 professionals from different disciplines (doctors, lawyers, psychologists, nurses, engineers, architects, graduates in education, social worker, accountant, economist), who answered the questions highlighting with interpretation, the presence of emerging categories such as: anti-values, code of ethics, everyone's task, integral training, model, resilience. It concludes with the contribution of the different professionals of scientific and humanistic areas that educating in values is a work of all and it is required to be resilient, that people know what they want, insist and persist in their action to achieve it, for the individual and collective good, hence the correspondence between the categories studied.

The Higher Level Technical Education scenario has undergone significant structural changes with the opening of public institutions (Chilean Law 20.910) as of 2018. This would imply a technical education offer that is closer to the productive sectors. This article analyzes the relationship between Supply (Vacancies), Demand (Enrolment) and regional economic activities (GDP–Employment) from 2013 to 2019. The methodology is quantitative in nature with a descriptive and explanatory scope achieved through statistical analysis of pairs of data from five Chilean regions: Tarapacá, Coquimbo, Maule, La Araucanía and Los Lagos. The results reflect that there is a relationship between Supply, Demand and productive sectors with greater strength in the regions of exclusive productive orientation according to GDP; The contraction of the private sector in the FTNS scenario is also evident from the positioning of the public offer. Keywords. Higher Level Technical Education, Professional  training, Technical educational offer, Productive Sector, Regional GDP and Employment.

The gender constructions have been approached from different perspectives and from different branches of the social sciences which have contributed to the construction of knowledge around this theme. In the present investigation, a study was carried out through Critical Discourse Analysis, through which the terms used in a set of traditional folk songs from Sucre which have been composed by Sucrense groups. In the texts it was examined how men are represented and described by the composers themselves in the sound universe, the roles and behaviors assigned to men were observed in order to glimpse how the masculine gender is constructed in the imaginary of the Bohemians from Sucre. This work makes these aspects visible, in the north of the premises that support the research from a discursive and social approach. A working mechanism is presented implementing theoretical contributions from previous research, discussing from them the proposed methodological options, suggesting, by way of closing, conclusions and reflections.

As part of an initiative to support Chilean companies, has been conducted a panoramic literature review and a priorization of preventive measures against COVID. 204 preventive measures were identified in the literature, the 20 measures most applicable to the Chilean reality were categorized by cost and effectivity by two groups of experts. Among the most effective and less costly measures, experts selected immediate notification of symptoms and self-care at home and the workplace and risk communication based on education. The priorization strategy used to arrange preventive measures according to cost and effectiveness is a participative tool in the decision-making process in the workplace.

The research analyzes occupational health as an expression of human rights by allowing the manifestation of life in decent conditions. It deals with categorical and technical frameworks that promote well-being as a collective possibility when individuals take responsibility for the habitability that they make up in common. For this reason, it deals with the ethical disposition that evidences justice in all the processes that make culture possible, especially in the techniques related to the production of goods and services. Of course, it promotes epistemic bodies that express democratic societies as dialogic confluence. It is a bibliographical, diachronic study, composed from the rationalist approach.

Today, it is an inescapable reality that advances in neurotechnology have experienced a significant advance, bringing to the fore the uncertainty surrounding the possibility of scrutinizing and even controlling the human brain, and along with it our emotions or thoughts. This reality has given rise to currents within the Law, which advocate the systematization and regulation of a set of rights associated with the protection and defense of a kind of indemnity or inviolability of "the mental". Even granting the category of fundamental human right to this series of so-called neuro-rights. The essay that follows aims to answer the question about what philosophical commitment exists behind a proposal for neurorights legislation. In order to elucidate such essential issues as the possibility of certainty about the existence of other minds, as a basic presupposition to formulate any type of regulation.

The political and social nature of the human being has formulated a series of systems that govern his life within society; which are based on codes established from social behavior but also associated with the very essence of the human being as an individual entity. This research has the purpose of reflecting on the relevance of ethics in higher education and the organization of ad hoc committees within universities. It is a diachronic bibliographic study from the rationalist-deductive approach.
