Resumen
The article aims to analyze the socio-economic panorama of the countries that make up the Latin American and Caribbean region, whose main source of study focuses on the predominant multiculturalism in native and indigenous peoples seen from a health crisis approach in full swing of the COVID-19. Thus, despite the current policies to deal with and consolidate the overthrow of the history of oppression and capitalist exploitation in minority communities, the disconnection between the literal nature of the current policies and their implementation by virtue of protection can still be evidenced. and support for the collective and social rights of indigenous populations. In this sense, this research is developed from a qualitative approach under the methodology of grounded theory in an exploratory and descriptive framework of the phenomenal situation of indigenous peoples marginalized as a result of an imposing current neoliberal model. Consequently, the gaps and inequalities caused by a capitalist system have delegitimized their social rights behind the power they hold.

Resumen
This essay deals with the importance of dramatic play as a strategy for developing aesthetic education at the Preschool Level. It reflects on a theoretical and documentary substantiation of children's performance in theatre to develop their personality through their expressive potential. Aesthetics is presented as a particular field of philosophy that proposes teaching and learning processes. The infant acquires links with reality, senses, meanings, where reflective processes can be propitiated, descriptions, manifestations, and appreciations can be made, following their evolutionary process. It is concluded that dramatic play in the daily Pre-school day allows children to use different elements when putting together improvisations as a technique of theatrical representation in a play in compositions, and to relate the Preschool learning areas and their components to balance a whole system where the development of aesthetic education is integrated as part of an educational experience.

Resumen
Peace has been the object of various evaluations and interpretations. It is mistakenly assumed as the antithesis of human conflicts or as the end of a life full of uncertainties. From the philosophical point of view, it is a dynamic theoretical construct, variable according to the historical moment, the circumstances and the social problems, but that contains within itself the possibility of walking towards a more humane, humanizing and sustainable world. For this reason, peace becomes a category of transversal and interdisciplinary analysis; It contemplates the complexity of the human being and the contextual limitations that he has to move towards a lasting peace. Under the educational approaches, the importance of transcending the culture of peace from the classroom to the community and, subsequently, to global scenarios is raised. For this to be possible, it is necessary to transform the university, society, distancing itself from the utilitarian vision of education, giving rise to a vision of change, of overcoming reality, where there is no room for any type of exclusion.

Resumen
Student desertion is recognized as a problem of important representation within the educational system, which directly affects the training of professionals in society. This article analyzes the predictors and indicators of student dropout in the academic programs of the Universidad de la Costa in the 2006-2 cohort, taking into account the periods of dropout and permanence of the student. Two statistical strategies were used: factorial analysis and survival analysis by program to establish the degree of risk of dropping out of the different programs. The statistical method was the principal component analysis (PCA) based on mathematics, which sought the transformation of a group of uncorrelated variables and factor analysis. The results obtained allow us to affirm that there are four factors that affect the phenomenon of desertion: the socioeconomic factor, the personal, academic and institutional.

The main objective is to propose a software for risk management in forensic practices based on the principles of ISO 31000 and ISO 27005, because they do not have an explicit methodology that allows managing risk threats, for this reason and taking into account that in the development of a project there are usually risks that directly and indirectly affect the processes and systems producing losses, alternatives should be considered that allow the timely management of risks. For this proposal, an analysis of standards, techniques, methodologies, and good practices in risk management in forensic practices will be made, the results will serve as support to propose risk management based on ISO 3100 and ISO 27005 standards, once the proposal has been defined, find out if it offers significant contributions on its implementation in risk management in forensic law practices.
