The development of oral expression in students of the first cycle of Higher Education is deficient when building knowledge and presenting their ideas. The objective of the study is aimed at demonstrating the effectiveness of the use of WhatsApp, as a didactic resource that affects the acquisition of knowledge and oral expression in first-cycle students of a Higher Education Institute in Lima-Peru. The population selected by non-probabilistic sampling is made up of 28 students and four teachers who are in charge of teaching. The selection was made considering that these students generally use WhatsApp on a regular basis and that their use in classes is well oriented, they are able to understand the objective of their learning and evaluate the evolution of their skills through participatory and metacognitive activities. Statistical analysis was based on the input diagnosis and the output diagnosis from the application of the strategy using the digital medium in class sessions. The results show that WhatsApp influences the motivation for learning, communication and the development of oral expression as an identified problem. It is concluded that the WhatsApp used as a didactic medium in the class is a mobile learning technological resource that influences the ways of thinking when building knowledge and the oral expression skills of the students taken as a sample.

EL Centro de política pública de la Universidad católica de Temuco bajo la conducción de Camila Carrasco Hidalgo y Cristian Quiroz Reyes quienes coordinaron la elaboración del libro Una nueva Constitución. Una propuesta desde La Araucanía que tiene como misión fundamental proponer temas necesarios desde la compleja situación de la Araucanía -el Wallmapu en lengua mapuche- para seguir avanzando en la futura constitución de la República de Chile.  El texto consta con cuatro partes donde diferentes académicos de dicha universidad, en que autoras y autores son aglutinados en diferentes secciones, la primera está vinculado con temas de gobierno y gestión pública. La segunda, trata sobre los temas de desarrollo, desigualdad y medioambiente. La tercera, centra la discusión en la equidad educativa y la interculturalidad, y la parte final sitúa el debate sobre el derecho a la salud y los derechos de participación en una nueva Constitución.

The construction of a culture of peace in the mentality of people refers to the ways in which a more peaceful life is thought, felt and planned, both with oneself and in society. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to interpret the beliefs and ideas in which the inmates of a prison in Lima mentalize a culture of peace. The study was developed under the qualitative approach of narrative design that consists of inquiring about the beliefs, thoughts, experiences, and memories from the very voices of a group of 30 inmates. The data collection instrument was a semi-structured interview guide, in which the participants reported possible ways to build a culture of peace where the main beneficiaries are all citizens living in a more just and equitable society. The results suggest that the inmates present different perspectives for the construction of a culture of peace, in it, education, values, the media, the state, politics, which are essential elements. It is concluded, therefore, that despite being clear and aware of the ways of living in society, they commit a crime for which they must be deprived of liberty.

Currently in the globalized corporate world, a trend is emerging that goes beyond economic benefit, leaning towards producing goods and services in accordance with ethical values ??that seek to meet the needs of the social environment and care for the environment, by virtue of this, the article explores the existing relationship between management with a focus on CSR and stakeholders. It was determined that the business strategy of CSR towards these interest groups allows a bidirectional approach, since they act as human and logistical support mechanisms for the application of socio-environmental activities, also, as a benefit population. It is concluded that CSR applied from the management linked to the mission in organizations, allows, together with other factors, to generate organizational reputation, an intangible asset considered the most precious asset. The research was carried out under the documentary-phenomenological approach supported by hermeneutics, exercising an assessment and critical posture that seeks to confront CSR and its application linked to stakeholders.

The objective of this research is to diagnose the phenomenon of innovation in micro and small businesses in the Crucita parish. A non-experimental, exploratory, and descriptive study design was used. Observation, Focus Group and the PESTEL tool (insert the meaning of PESTEL) were used as information collection techniques. Additionally, Porter's five forces were considered to analyze the phenomenon of innovation in 48 micro and small businesses in the Crucita parish, Portoviejo canton. The main results show the openness of their managers for their productive activities, they work in an environment of expectations seeking reactivation, they have access to technologies, environmental awareness and appropriate legislation. It is concluded that both the internal and external diagnosis places the micro and medium-sized companies of Crucita, in an optimistic moment to innovate and develop. Continuous training is suggested, investing in technology, designing marketing strategies in mass media networks, analyzing working conditions, improving the quality of corporate products and services.

The research has the purpose of analyzing the epistemic evolution of the notion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a response to contemporary socio-environmental crises. Faced with predatory production models of the environment, a series of skills and strategies are proposed that allow the subsistence of life by manifesting human rights. Sustainability as the sum of ethical principles constituting the best commercial actions, allows to demonstrate equity as a strength of coexistence. The premises of the neoliberal perspective are confronted by favoring commitments in the face of otherness; Thus, actions that seek to solve social pressures benefit by multiplying the resources that give rise to life. It is a bibliographical study of a diachronic nature from the deductive approach.

The tourist offer is a combination of services and products that are presented for consideration by a tourist client who wishes to make a trip. Its main objective is for tourists to achieve a unique and satisfactory experience during their stay, therefore, it is relevant to analyze it from the point of view of its conceptualization by different authors, elements that make it up, characteristics, classification, projections, as well as trends current behavior. This article carries out an exploratory study of a documentary nature, prepared from documents published in indexed journals. The theory reflects the basic elements necessary to project the work of tourism companies based on supply, with a view to achieving the success of the organization. The benefits of the use of Information and Communication Technologies in the present circumstances are also taken into account. Finally, the conclusions express the importance of studying the tourist offer to contribute to the economic, social, environmental and governance development of tourist destinations. Governance is fundamental for local development and the actors involved in the management of destinations.

El presente número es fruto de un conjunto sistemática de exposiciones acerca de la teoría crítica contemporánea, y en especial del debate sobre distribución y reconocimiento y del aporte de la teoría feminista. Este seminario interuniversitario fue coordinado por Ricardo. Salas y Cristóbal. Balbontin y realizado por vía telemática durante los meses de octubre a diciembre 2021 y tuvo como participantes a una veintena de profesores, investigadores y estudiantes de postgrado de las universidades Católica de Temuco y de la Universidad Austral de Valdivia.

The present work analyzes the results of the artistic project “The Place of the Name. The beginning”, which aims to create a reflective context (Pink, 2014) that allows families to become aware of the defining features of parenting, specifying the result of these reflections in an artistic installation. The experience, designed "ad hoc", is particularized in the educational space Arkhé, which is an institution that approaches the upbringing as an integral process that belongs to every family. In order to achieve the object of study, an investigative instrument was created (Kvale, 2008) that allowed interviewing the participating families. After analyzing the data derived from the interviews, with a variant of the methodology of panel studies (Sun Woong, 2008), called «of cohort» (De Keulenaer, 2008), it has been found that families have identified the aspects that define both their life plan and their educational style.

Now, in Spain, there are two specific formations to intervene through arts in health context and in social context: Artistic Mediation and Art therapy, in its different forms (visual and plastic arts, music therapy and dance therapy). What determines that the intervention carried out by the professions in these contexts and even in the educational field, is one thing or the other, the training of the professional, the group of people you work with, the goals of the intervention? This article presents some differential fundamentals.
