Resumen
In the educational field, there are more and more proposals for evolution towards educational models in which inclusion is promoted with the purpose of generating a positive climate on the part of all students towards the Teaching-Learning process, whose main aim is the acceptance of the different learning difficulties that encourages empathy towards the difficulties of others. Students with Attention Deficit and/or Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) may find barriers related to their profile of inattention and/or hyperactivity that avoid them from achieving their comprehensive development in the educational area. Therefore, the present proposal for a Didactic Unit entitled "Sports guidance for people with ADHD" offers possibilities to respond to these difficulties through non-significant adaptations in Physical Education. Family and teacher participation is essential in this process due to the number of benefits of physical exercise for people with ADHD. Also, the methodology used is gamification, since it allows increasing student motivation due to being based on the game as the main axis of the sessions, in the same way, it allows the teacher to control the achievements obtained by the students. Therefore, gamification is applied to a proposal for a sports orientation didactic unit, a practice of mainly aerobic physical exercise. Some of the benefits of practicing orienteering in schoolchildren are the development of basic skills, reduction of stress, anxiety and depression and the improvement of academic performance, in addition it may reduce the Attention Deficit and/or Hyperactivity Disorder symptoms. In consequence, it allows the development of sports values, acceptance and inclusion of others and respect and care for the environment. Finally, it is advisable to make different proposals for teaching units for other educational levels to promote key skills and social values.

Resumen
The exacerbation of overweight and obesity in preschool children in times of pandemic represents a public health problem, which makes it necessary that the determinants of physical activity in preschool children be identified from an early age, in order to be able to develop strategies that contribute to mitigating the consequences of this pandemic. The objective of this study was to analyse the self-efficacy and enjoyment of transition students at the preschool level during the pandemic in a public and a private school. In order to determine the perception of the study variables, the participants completed the self-efficacy and enjoyment scales, helped by their teachers and the staff that took part in the research. Descriptive statistics were used, and to determine if there were differences between the variables of enjoyment and self-efficacy among the students of the participating schools, non-parametric comparative tests were carried out, specifically the Mann-Whitney U test. Results: no differences were found between students from public and private schools, nor between boys and girls, in the global scores of enjoyment and self-efficacy, however, there were differences between two items of self-efficacy. Conclusion: there are no differences between preschool students from both schools, but there is a deterioration in both variables compared to previous studies.

Given the relevance that nature tourism is taking as the main leisure alternative, following the principles of sustainability, minimizing environmental impact, local culture, and contributing to the generation of income and employment; previous studies have tried to analyze the demand considering tourists as a homogeneous group. Tourism development requires incorporating the gender approach to understand its differentiated impact on sustainability, which will enable it to implement appropriate, efficient and effective tourism actions and activities. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the sociodemographic profile of the nature tourist in Spain, segmenting it from a gender perspective, in order to provide an ordered offer to satisfy the need to approach the natural environment and contribute to gender equality. To this end, data obtained from the 2019 National Statistics Institute's Resident Tourism Survey of the National Institute of Statistics have been analyzed, based on a sample of 3,768 people, selecting those travelers whose main reason for travel was nature tourism. The findings show that there is a higher percentage of women than men, mostly with a younger profile, living as a couple or with spouses, with a higher percentage with no family burden, with a better academic level and higher income than men, who are employed with permanent jobs. In conclusion, it is important to carry out a detailed study from a gender perspective so that nature tourism really addresses the challenges of society and promotes the necessary tools to achieve gender equality at a global level.

Resumen
The teacher's work is a fundamental element in the teaching-learning process, unquestionably influencing the achievement of the students' objectives. Therefore, their effectiveness in carrying out their work is a matter of priority for evaluating their work in the classroom. The aim of this work is to carry out a translation and cross-cultural adaptation of the Self-Evaluation of Teacher Effectiveness Questionnaire in Physical Education (SETEQ-PE), whose function is the self-evaluation by the teacher of his or her teaching effectiveness. For this purpose, a process of translation and back-translation of the scale was carried out by professionals with extensive experience in the field, so that the questionnaire was adapted without reporting any conflicting items. This procedure has resulted in a Spanish version of the SETEQ-PE that is very similar to the original tool, which will allow Spanish-speaking teachers to accurately self-evaluate their work.

Resumen
The Gibbs' cycle, used in reflective practice, is a tool for self-reflection, mental wellbeing monitoring, academic learning and teaching activities, personal and professional development. It is structured in six phases: description, feelings, evaluation, conclusions, and action plan. Considering well-being and mental health as fundamental players in development paths (academic, professional, human), it becomes important to consider emotions in a new structure of the Gibbs' model. The narrative review is based on the observation of twenty manuscripts, in which the consideration and analysis of emotions in the reflective cycle was sought.

Resumen
The variability of capital flows is conditioned by external factors, linked to the performance of the economies, but also to internal factors linked to policies to attract foreign capital, so that, during the last decades, the behavior of capital flows capital have become an important element for forecasting the economic performance of countries, which has motivated greater and better efforts to understand its dynamics and identify its main determinants in order to take advantage of its benefits and control its risks in the most effective way possible. The paper aims to identify and analyze the main factors that explain the variations in capital flows in the context of the Ecuadorian economy during the period 1990 - 2020, such determinants, according to the literature, the empirical evidence and available data are gross domestic product, country risk, international reserves, foreign direct investment, exports, and external debt. By estimating a multivariate linear regression model for time series, using the ordinary least squares method, it is determined that gross domestic product, international reserves and foreign direct investment have a positive effect and country risk a negative effect. statistically significant, on capital flows. As is evident, capital flows in Ecuador are determined by endogenous and exogenous factors that promote the entry and, on the other hand, encourage the exit of capital from the economy.

Resumen
Human Resources Management has a staff selection process that starts from a problem as it is frequently not suitable for management by competencies. This does not allow positive results to be obtained in the measurement of the management indicators that are defined in the evaluation of the demonstrated suitability: turnover rate, labor fluctuation, performance evaluation, application of procedures and quality in the selection of personnel. The article aims to contribute to the improvement of the selection of personnel according to the profiles of competence in the serum plant of the Oriente Pharmaceutical Laboratory. This required the design and implementation of the personnel selection process based on modern theories of human resource management and competencies, which was applied to three key production positions considering multiple selection criteria and the distinctive competencies identified by the technical committee.
