This article aims to analyze the proposals and foundations of literacy present in the National Pact for Literacy in the Right Age (PNAIC) program. To this end, we opted for documental research, focusing the analysis on the training notebooks that underlie the aforementioned program. The research approached the understanding that the PNAIC is structured from an inclusive curriculum, which makes it possible for the child to appropriate not only reading and writing, but also literacy in its political and pedagogical dimension, respecting the associated diversity and heterogeneity. to this process and, for that, it places its pedagogical bases in the valorization of the right to education and in the literacy time, thinking mainly, the curricula, the organization of pedagogical work and teacher training.

The present investigation has the objective of analyzing the violation of due process of law before human rights and, likewise, the application within judicial procedures. For the development of the investigation, a descriptive methodology is carried out in order to obtain information on the violation of the right, the formulation of charges and the main factors that are generated in the judicial unit, in addition to the analysis of procedural law and questions of inquiry. previous. The results indicate that there is a bad practice when urgent cases arise and the arrest warrant is generated, where one of the main aspects is that several processes are carried out in 24 hours, such as at certain points, the taking of versions for the formulation hearing. of charges. According to these results, the bad practice on the violation of the right becomes very evident, generating a direct affectation with the person who is being prosecuted.

The objective of this study is to analyze the application of forensic auditing as a method of preventing fraud in Financial Statements in commercial micro-enterprises in the air conditioning sector of the Machala canton. The research design used in the study is of a non-probabilistic type with a qualitative approach, through the technique of secondary data analysis, using a mnemonic file, data were retrieved from indexed scientific bases such as Latindex, Redalyc and Dialnet, in addition, the study is complemented with the method of direct interview and participatory observation, carried out with nine. The findings of the investigation made it possible to verify that all of the investigated micro-enterprises do not have audit processes, in addition they lack physical information that supports past audits, however, the administrative supervision processes have allowed detecting possible anomalies in the accounting processes that affect the correct presentation of the financial statements.

The research recommends determining the method of communication for the organizational development of one company and another, which allows the development of business, understanding and the establishment of relationships between the parties involved, in general, communication provides fundamental elements for the realization of business. The research cases of this study are based on companies that carry out foreign trade activities; however, we are limited to analyze only the communicational part as an interesting point due to their complex management models in the public and private spheres, which are characterized by the aggregate perceptions that shape organizational behavior. The research method is horizontal in nature, involving the study of constitutive communication methods (CCO) to advance the dynamic concept of communicative maturity in order to theorize, analyze and develop the value of communication at the organizational level. The results obtained seek that the implemented processes have greater quality and relevance. The conclusions drawn suggest that it is necessary to develop alternatives to improve communication within the operating units. The importance of communication in an international negotiation process provides the possibility to understand each other with their business partners and, based on the achievement of common objectives, to establish favorable business relationships.

The school reality has changed in recent times, and the new millennium confronts us with challenging situations. Unfortunately, we have inherited a way of thinking and doing school from the beginning of the 19th century, which has little to do with the demands of society at the end of the 21st century.   That is why education must be a creative challenge for everyone. It must be the true protagonist of social change, allowing us to foster creative capacity at all levels. Today's school is challenged and needs to reposition itself regarding the place of knowledge. The starting point should be given in the need to resize teaching, to think beyond the institutional.  Thus, Pedagogy in the XXI century and the school is in tension, where social, cultural, political, and economic transformations make educational realities multifaceted, dynamic, and complex. It is there where the school must reconceptualize its teaching and learning function.    ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) must reconstruct the dogma that allows the formation of individual thought, where these information and knowledge technologies are oriented to the search for integration with the official curriculum so that the educational processes impose the need to deepen the analysis in a political ethical framework in a diverse and changing space.  This paper discusses the need for a critical, broad, and dynamic view of institutional policies to reflect on institutional changes and changes in educational systems in the face of new socio-cultural scenarios.

Employer branding has allowed companies to highlight an attractive profile on social networks as a strategy to recruit potential candidates. In addition, it requires highlighting corporate reputation since it is an element that influences applicants to apply for a job vacancy. The objective of the study was to identify the perceptions of potential collaborators about employers and their intentions to apply for a job within the commercial sector in the province of Tungurahua. The employer attractiveness model (EmpAt), which evaluated the value of interest, social, economic, development and application, was applied using the statistical technique of factor analysis. The results reflected that the interest, economic, development, and practical value influence candidates to apply for a job in social networks. However, the social value was determined as a factor that has not influenced the behavior of potential applicants. It was concluded that applicants for a job in the commercial sector have taken into consideration the evaluation factors, however, a peculiar attitude was found, since the relationship between colleagues has not been considered relevant, although they demonstrated a positive attitude towards working, meeting objectives and receiving remuneration as the main elements of application.

In the present investigation, it was a quantitative approach, a descriptive correlational level and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population was made up of 90 students from the first cycle of the IESTP “Pacarán”. The sample was census. The Emotional Climate Scale and the Leadership Skills Questionnaire were applied. Among the results, a positive response was observed in the majority of questions in both questionnaires. A Pearson correlation was obtained with a value of 0.914. It was concluded that the emotional climate does significantly affect the development of leadership skills in students of the first cycle of the institute studied. Before which it is recommended to modernize and restructure the pedagogical dynamics to improve the emotional climate and thereby promote better academic performance in the students of said institute.

The Attention Deficit or Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is the most frequent disorder of neurobiological origin, it is estimated that between 3% and 7% of the child-adolescent population suffer from it, in this research we inquire about the subject, whose general objective is: To determine the importance of physical activity as a means to improve the quality of life of people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The study is under a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research modality is Bibliographic-Documentary Research, and field research. The level of research is exploratory and descriptive. The population was made up of physical activity coaches and students with ADHD, the sample It was represented by five (5) coaches and ten (10) students. As a data collection technique, two (2) questionnaires were designed, one for coaches and the other for students. In the results, it was found that physical activity does improve the quality of life of students with this condition. In conclusion, it can be said that if students rely on physical activities, they will have a better performance both physically and mentally.

In this scientific article, the main theoretical and methodological aspects of the evaluation models called "responsive and constructivist," or evaluation of the fourth generation, are systematized. It is a qualitative model that allows different groups to evaluate the implementation of social programs and projects. The responsive and constructivist evaluation models are essential alternatives to ensure the evaluation of the processes and the results. The research was applied inside a prestigious university in Guayaquil. Qualitative research prevailed with the use of theoretical methods such as the historical-logical to determine the main theoretical foundations that support the responsive evaluation model, theoretical systematization, and scientific modeling.
