Which leads to a new way of perceiving and managing political communication. The main problem, a stance of rejection of the politics of exposing passive, superficial discourses, disconnected from the reality of youth, that still is presented as a problem, these traditional models and ambiguous sociocultural and political schemes that were the indicators to the demotivation and uninteresting of the voters and the question is formulated: What is the theoretical methodological approach that supports the use of the TikTok tool in the management of political communication in the new generations in Ecuador? Resumen
The environment in which transportation companies operate is constantly innovating, creating new challenges to which they must adapt; in this sense, it is necessary to implement quality evaluation models to improve and guarantee their competitiveness. In El Oro, light cargo transportation has several shortcomings, which show a low quality in the provision of its services, a situation that is caused by not having an adequate process management. The objective of this research is to improve the quality of light cargo transportation services through the application of the UNE-EN13816 model to meet customer expectations and attract greater demand; it is quantitative-qualitative, descriptive in scope, with an inductive-deductive method, using non-probabilistic sampling by convenience and quotas. For its development, surveys were made to recurrent users, based on the attributes proposed by the selected model, this allowed to obtain a contrast on the perspective of the current and desired service quality. It was found that the attribute that is causing the greatest dissatisfaction is the time used in the transportation process. When the improvement proposal was applied, time optimization was achieved by means of the PERT diagram, reducing it from 28.96 to 21.20 hours. This corroborates that the objective and hypothesis are completely fulfilled; therefore, it can be affirmed that the light cargo transportation companies in El Oro that apply the UNE-EN13816 evaluation model will improve the quality and performance of the service.

Resumen
The regulations in force in Ecuador consider work as an economic-social right and duty and guarantee the right to work of all people, thus regulating labor relations between workers and employers within the various modalities and working conditions. The Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code, recognizes work as a right and guarantee of persons deprived of liberty, allowing its development through associations for productive and commercial purposes, also mentions that the purpose of the social rehabilitation system is the development of capacities of persons deprived of liberty and the exercise of their rights for their social and economic reintegration. The Labor Code establishes that work is a right and a social duty that all people must comply with, however, it does not mention the form of regulation or the way in which the employment relationship would be applied when dealing with persons deprived of liberty. The Ministry of Justice, Human Rights and Religion as the governing body in public policies in penitentiary matters, together with the Ministry of Labor, the governing body in policies that guarantee equal employment opportunities, approved the Interministerial Agreement No. MDT-2015, of 22 of May 2015, which aims to regulate work activities with people deprived of liberty.

Resumen
Humanity has seen the need to be in social isolation as a result of the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) pandemic. Which results in the implementation of a new style of adaptation in personal, work and educational life. In this regard, the professional training of the architect is also affected by this reality. That is why the main purpose of this article is to describe in a general way paradigms immersed in the architecture career and possible emerging paradigms that can be identified for post-pandemic architect training. It is concluded that this pandemic has caused important changes in educational training, where everyone must adapt to the new reality and its consequences. The paradigms throughout history have changed and continue to be part of the architect's training; however, hybrid education emerges as a new emerging paradigm in a synchronous and asynchronous manner, supported by digital tools that stimulate changes in aspects such as pedagogy, curriculum and quality, accelerating trends that converge at this time and that will emerge later in the post-pandemic others that will transform the future of architecture.

Resumen
Videoconferencing and the use of virtual presence applications have boomed worldwide during the COVID-19 pandemic. The restriction, which has been enacted in many countries, has forced educational institutions to adapt their teaching and learning processes to an online modality, increasing the use of videoconferencing applications such as Zoom, Google Meet and MS Teams. Although there are many studies on the effects of COVID-19 on daily life, there is no specific research on the acceptance of a virtual presence. This study examines the acceptance of videoconferencing applications among college students in marketing majors. A theoretical model based on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and analyzed using the SEMPLS technique is proposed. The results show that perceived usefulness, rather than ease of use, affects the intention to use videoconferencing applications.

Resumen
In Ecuador, in 2008, the Right to Resistance was constitutionalized, which, for several decades, has been considered an exhausted issue, or at least, abandoned for constitutional theory because it is considered as a right of impossible assimilation within the structure of the contemporary states of law based on the primacy of the law and in which the sole validity of the norms are its parameter of validity, regardless of the justice or injustice of the result obtained as a result of its application. Therefore, the initial purpose of this investigative work is to provide, from legal dogmatics, a clear understanding of the nature of the Right to Resistance and to highlight its problems and possible scope within our constitutional state of rights and justice. A second purpose will be to verify that the validity, validity and effectiveness of the right to resistance will only be possible if its content is adapted to the new constitutional paradigm that is championed by the constitutionalism of rights, a task in which the contributions of our legal reality cannot be ignored, political and social.

Resumen
People with high abilities are subjects with a much higher level of ability than their contemporaries in one or more learning categories, obtaining extraordinary and exceptional results (Pfeiffer, 2017). The need for the present work arises due to the high number of students diagnosed with high abilities in an educational center in Guayaquil. It poses a continuous and complex challenge for the teaching staff, which in some cases do not have education-related degrees, or did not receive preparation in their university curricula to respond to the special educational needs of this population. In response to this need, the present work aims to develop an intervention program that favors the development of cognitive skills and social adaptation of a specific group of students with high abilities from second to fourth grade of primary education in an educational center in the city of Guayaquil. As a result, an intervention has been designed that consists of training the teaching team to implement the strategy of curricular enrichment and identify students with high abilities. The intervention proposal has detailed ten sessions, a pretest-posttest questionnaire, and an identification scale for students with high abilities. The methodology is qualitative, action research design. The achievement of the End of Study Work will be evaluated, and it is expected that this type of intervention will improve the performance of students with high abilities in both the academic and socioemotional areas.
