Resumen
In the face of constant evolution, today's textile stores must be more prepared for excessive competition and customer demands when purchasing this type of product. Now, more than ever, service quality has taken on an important role since it is necessary to meet customer requirements and ensure that all the organization's activities contribute to satisfying their needs. The objective of this article is to investigate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty and the mediating character of brand image on this relationship in the main Ecuadorian textile fashion chains, through a relational analysis of the constructs mentioned. The methodology used is quantitative with a sample of 384 textile store customers. The results allow the acceptance of the hypotheses proposed, demonstrating empirically that the quality of service has a positive influence on the loyalty and brand image of textile fashion stores. In addition, from this work, new research can be directed to study consumer behavior and serve as a foundation for companies in the sector to apply marketing strategies and provide a better quality of service to achieve customer loyalty.

Corruption in the management of public affairs has always been present in the history of mankind. One and a thousand forms of this have been discovered and corrupt acts have been denounced and sanctioned a thousand times. A live systemic review of the literature produced from the beginning of 2020 to the present was performed. The literature was searched, found and selected through the SQUAD method and its 4 domains to determine the risk of bias and applicability were: selection test, index test, reference test and flow and time test. 29 scientific papers were selected that refer to data from countries of the European Union, the United States, and Latin America. It was concluded that corruption is characterized by: hindering progress towards health goals; grow with a lack of transparency, integrity and controls; render ineffective and ineffective prevention and control strategies and measures; not allowing recognition of the magnitude of the pandemic; generate reluctance to rate the risk; because it is related to the discourse of human rights; to become forms of politics; be confused with ethical misconduct.

Resumen
Spare parts warehouses sometimes present different delays in their orders, due to different reasons, one of the main ones being the type of inventory management model they implement. The objective of this research is to optimize the time of the acquisition process of spare parts for vehicles in the Passage Technicenters, through a bibliographic and field research, in order to efficiently reduce the time of the process and thus, provide a quality service. The study is based on a qualitative approach, so the methodology is comparative-descriptive, for its development surveys were conducted to all the Technicenters in order to collect primary information on how they manage inventories. The results showed that the Technicenters do not know the logistic models, the ordering of their spare parts is managed empirically, so that often there are problems in the supply chain, preventing them from working efficiently with all their resources.

Resumen
The Constitution of Ecuador protects the collective rights of indigenous people, consequently the indigenous authorities enjoy competence and jurisdiction to solve internal conflicts based on their own law and ancestral traditions, consequently the object of this research consists of the analysis of certain ancestral practices against indigenous women during the gestation period as a violation of their fundamental rights in light of International Human Rights law.
These practices are punitive in nature and inadmissible in a Constitutional State of rights and justice, the immanent rights of every human person such as freedom, equality, non-discrimination due to the condition of being a woman and the best interests of the child must take precedence over rights collectives of such communities without altering the harmony and their communal coexistence. If indigenous women feel affected by the decisions of the indigenous authorities, they must go to the highest instance of Constitutional control, which in this case is the Constitutional Court of Ecuador.

Resumen
The consumption of organic products promotes important advances in agricultural sustainability practices. This study focuses on the analysis of the factors that influence the sustainable consumption behavior of the Ecuadorian consumer. For the analysis, a survey has been developed for 172 consumers of organic products and the responses have been examined with the SEM-PLS technique. The results show that government action and social pressure do not influence the consumer, while environmental influence, education and market conditions explain more than 50% of the variance of sustainable purchasing behavior (R2 = 0.517 ). This result can guide companies producing organic products to expand the philosophy of sustainable consumption.

Resumen
This research results from the researchers' experience for three consecutive years dictating the subject of Research Methodology (RM) in the Master's Degree in Educational Management (MDEM) at Espiritu Santo University (UEES), detecting poor reading habits as one of the main limitations in students. There is a need to deepen the reading component and the scientific and academic production, evidenced by the diagnosis applied in the different classes from 2019 to 2022.For its development, an extensive bibliography was consulted while considering the gaps in research and teaching related to reading and the need to encourage students to read. Applying different scientific instruments to MDEM students allowed to design methodological strategies to stimulate and develop reading habits in students. The proposal's feasibility was assessed and resulted in thirty students' publications in different indexed scientific journals, which demonstrates the relevance and impact of the research carried out in the university context.

Direct descriptive research was applied, resulting in an inclusive management model applicable to any special educational need with visual impairment that occurs in the educational institution. Within the research process, the observation guide applied to fourth grade students and a survey of teachers were taken. The diagnosis has allowed obtaining results of visual deficit in students, according to the inclusive management model that has been applied is for teachers to strengthen inclusion and attention to students with visual deficit. The strategy developed and the analysis obtained have been to motivate bonding and identify learning deficiencies in students.
