This article tries to demonstrate the importance of sport linked as a transversal axis to aerobic exercise in the teaching-learning process, for effective communication. A theoretical review is carried out on the importance of physical activity as the first element of selective attention and concentration in children and adolescents. The historical-logical, hypothetical-deductive method was used. For data collection it was used an interview at the School Torremar with the Physical Education teacher. The objective is to implement an aerobic sports program through directed classes to improve the cognitive and psychosocial process in students and thus acquire an attitude of active life and in turn develop the necessary knowledge for a productive insertion in society. The various studies and their theory of physical activity are related, the importance of aerobic exercise in learning is also analyzed and finally a program is implemented that arouses a high interest in its practice and that constitutes a pedagogical means where it allows a better concentration in teaching - learning.

The present academic investigative work has the inexorable purpose of understanding the dual perspective that the abbreviated procedure presents in the Ecuadorian legal, procedural and social reality, observed and treated as a special method or procedure determined in the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code. Thus, while for the administration of justice, as well as for the state entity in charge called the Attorney General's Office, it productively represents a lower accumulation of cases to be resolved by observing the ordinary procedure. For the defendant, it is no less true that it also represents a benefit translated into obtaining in a more immediate way the resolution of the state or legal condition of him due to the reduction of time in the substantiation of a cause; Notwithstanding that, the defendant as a direct, conventional and primary subject of immediate legal protection, especially when due process guarantees are spared, all this leads to a situation or legal procedural plane that diminishes a principle and rule of law. fundamental and conventional ius type, such as the status of innocence that will be developed in the following sections.

The planning of economic management within the financial area directly influences the operational activities of the Verdi Cevallos Balda Hospital, in times of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to studies carried out in 2020 and 2021. The purpose is to analyze the management of processes and especially the planning of the health emergency budget certificate that this public hospital has. An explanatory descriptive level of a non-experimental, transectional type was acquired when analyzing the influence of planning on economic management in the Financial area of ​​the Hospital; The population was made up of those responsible for the areas of: planning, budget, accounting, financial coordination and financial administrative management. The main results found were that the financial area manages its activities through well-structured processes and procedures, makes budget schedules with items that were activated in a health emergency, and its execution level was 95% in the two years. It is concluded that the Verdi Cevallos Balda Hospital has good financial management, thanks to its planning and processes that allow the printed card to be executed within the required deadlines and keep the Hospital operational. 

The present investigation is justified from the scientific aspect, since it contributes new knowledge; on the social side, since business organizations need to handle tools that allow them to carry out their administrative processes efficiently. The general objective is to diagnose the importance of a process manual as an internal management tool that allows the control of activities. To achieve the objective, a methodology established in the inductive method has been used, and it is qualitative research; The collection of the information is carried out according to the use of direct observation files and the application of an interview to the manager of the company, in this way, the sample originates from the various documentary and newspaper sources. The most outstanding results are due to the need for organizations to create, maintain and review patterns or strategies that order their operations, which influences their internal productivity and competitiveness, the above is materialized with the application of process manuals in the operation of the company; In addition to this, in the specific case of DIFAC SA, the investigation shows the importance of internal audit for the verification of its administrative processes. The conclusion indicates that the guidelines or business strategies are linked to the vision and mission of the organization, one of them is the process manual that allows the control of activities, promoting self-evaluation and efficient productivity. 

Throughout history, the contemporary world demand educators who are capable of attending to educational inclusion, particularly of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Ecuadorian education. The article’s purpose is aimed to describe innovative strategies that offer new alternatives in the teaching-learning process in the Educational Inclusion of students. In the practice carried out at the “Francisco de Orellana” school, it was found that the students show learning and inclusion difficulties. They do not have innovative strategies that motivate their learning process. Methods and techniques were used to know the level of learning of the students and their main difficulties. The methods that were used were the logical historical, which studies the facts that have occurred over time in the inclusion; the observation that allow us to collect data in qualitative research study; and the interview which let us discover the institution’s reality. The result was used to innovative strategies that ensure the contribution in the institution, reducing exclusion, involving changes and modifications in the contents, learning strategies with transforming accompaniment to the students. Thus, we will innovate in the society on the way that differences could be appreciated as normal. 

Today the use of ICT Information and Communication Technology in the education of students with educational needs presents new challenges for governments, educational institutions and mainly for teachers, who have a greater challenge which must respond to the needs of each student to guarantee an inclusive environment, thus turning technologies into a positive resource to overcome barriers to access to information and communication. The present research aims to analyze technological innovation and its impact on educational inclusion in the Ecuadorian Technical Fiscomisional Educational Institution, through training workshops for technical high school teachers, and in this way contribute to the proper use of digital tools in all students with and without Special Educational Needs. Two managers and one teacher at the technical high school level participated in the research to assess their individual or collective training needs. The research approach was qualitative, non-experimental, descriptive and analytical. The historical-logical method was applied, because a documentary review was made of how the training for teaching about inclusive education has been carried out in this institution, for example from the year 2000 to the present, combined with scientific articles about this topic in the Ecuadorian reality if possible in the region, since as teachers we must keep up with the changes.

The development of the subject of study on teacher training to promote meaningful student learning with the use of technological tools in the Inter-American Bilingual Educational Unit, in Ecuador, has its main objective in designing a professional training plan aimed at teachers linked to the use of ICT. Therefore, the theories that support this study are the pedagogical approach, meaningful learning theory, constructivism and connectivism, as well as the theoretical bases that support the use of ICT in the teaching and learning process of students. For this, the methodology will be used with a quantitative approach that will allow to identify, analyze, plan and assess a set of didactic strategies aimed at promoting meaningful learning in students in this research context. Likewise, the methods of analysis, synthesis and interpretation of data collected through a survey directed at teachers and institutional coordinators were used. Regarding the results, it is expected to be able to achieve the proposed objectives and that this research contributes to future academic studies, whose contribution focuses on a proposal that can be implemented in other contexts where the need to train teachers in the use of the tools is observed.

The effect of the economic crisis due to the COVID 19 pandemic, hits the different productive and service activities, which has caused different companies to try to identify and implement actions that protect the economic sector of people and that at the same time allow you to normalize your activities in the short term. So much so, that the transportation sector has suffered great economic losses due to the measures taken to mitigate the spread of the pandemic, it has had to undergo multiple changes, therefore, the present work aims to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 mitigation measures, in the finances of the Manabí transport cooperative, for which a mixed type investigation was developed, represented in the set of systematic, empirical and critical processes, based on the collection and analysis of data, through the techniques used such as observation and structured interviews with its shareholders, which made it possible to quantify the degree of financial impact that each one of them has had, carrying out a comparative study that reflects the real conditions that the transporter union of the Manabí transport company faces, based on its current income and costs to determine its impact before and after uring the pandemic.

The present bibliographic research article aims to provide a theoretical model aimed at the development of emotional intelligence to achieve adequate leadership of managers in educational institutions in the northern sector of the city of Guayaquil - Pascuales Parish. The focus of this research is mixed and theoretical methods such as: historical-logical and theoretical systematization were used to establish the state of the art, facilitate the analysis and classification of information sources, to analyze the antecedents and the importance of emotional intelligence in education. Empirical methods such as observation and surveys directed at managers on educational management and teachers issues were used to determine the importance of emotional intelligence as a transversal axis in educational leadership. Likewise, the expert criteria method was applied to validate the research proposal. One of the main conclusions that have been obtained from this study is the control of emotions and feelings, knowing and motivating oneself, generating favorable results in the workplace and fostering commitment among members of the educational community.

En el presente artículo resulta necesario comprender el estudio explicativo de la normativa que se refiere al delito transnacional, así como las instituciones jurídicas y teorías empleadas por la fiscalía al momento de imputar un tipo penal relacionado con el delito de delincuencia organizada transnacional, como es el caso de tráfico de armas y municiones, tráfico de sustancias sujetas a fiscalización, trata de personas y otros delitos. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar si al aplicar la teoría de los aparatos de poder organizados en la judicialización de sus líderes, podría ser una medida que reduzca directamente el crimen transnacional al permitir que sean expuestos los cabecillas a penas privativas de libertad ante los hechos delictivos cometidos por cualquier miembro de la organización desde que estos últimos hayan recibido el beneficio económico. En este sentido, lo que se pretende en esta investigación es que los administradores de justicia cuenten con una herramienta que les permita enjuiciar a través de una teoría jurídica a quienes lideran una organización criminal, la cual muchas veces tiene parte de sus integrantes en otros Estados.
