The globalized world demands trained professionals not only theoretically, but who demonstrate analysis, synthesis, reflection and research skills, among others; For this reason, it is necessary in the formation of the student to develop investigative capacities, which are presented from basic education so that they accompany him throughout his training and are established as part of his daily life. In this sense, the purpose of this investigation lies in the exploration of various scientific articles, as well as their contributions, in addition to determining to what extent the acquisition of investigative skills has impacted the development of students. Therefore, the methodology used was a systematic review of research on the subject, applying induction, analysis, synthesis, and deduction; Accordingly, 40 articles were selected from databases such as: Dialnet, Redalyc, Scielo, Scopus, Web of Science, Springer and ScienceDirect, using the PRISMA flowchart. Finally, the investigation showed that the development of investigative skills in basic education students promotes attachment to knowledge and participation in the search for solutions to problems in their sociocultural environment; In addition, investigative capacities are presented transversally in all areas of knowledge that the student must develop throughout basic education.

Crimes against sexual integrity are dealt with based on the basic evidence given by the testimony, taking into account that said criminal act generally takes place without the presence of eyewitnesses. In this way, to prevent the victim from being re-victimized, in Ecuador use is made of advance testimony, which is fully consistent with all the principles of due process, in the same way it must be considered that, through the use of the camera of Gessel for the taking of early testimony of the victims of sexual crimes, the illegitimate restriction of the principle of equality of arms is avoided, being important to emphasize that within the resources contemplated by the right to defense there is space for the parties to support their positions and rebut the foundations by the counterpart, hence the guarantees of active participation and equality of arms stand out within the right to defense in such a way as to guarantee the contribution of elements that legitimize or discharge a criminal process.

This article studies the work environment and transformational leadership in the Eduardo Granja Garces Educational Unit of the Pedro Carbo Guayas Canton-Ecuador, the objective of the study is to determine the form and conditions to develop an Administrative Management Plan applicable to obtain a professional environment, being a subject of great importance since it is intended to optimize the work environment of the educational community, in order to improve the performance in the work and the relationship between them, for a good internal development, as well as the projection towards the outside; To execute the guidelines implied by the subject, data was collected in a survey that included the necessary criteria and questions, which was evaluated and applied to 36 employees selected from the 60 that make up the teaching body. The research allowed to measure the level of leadership, as well as the factors applied by the institution to stimulate the teaching and administrative staff, the information collected was analyzed using tables, which allowed us to know how the role of management affects the search for improvements to organization in the school environment, when evaluating the different processes of current managers, the need to plan changes that link the practice of daily coexistence, values, interpersonal relationships, conflict management and decision-making was determined; The results have reflected dissatisfaction of the institution's staff, a condition that will allow the creation of a management plan that contributes to the attitudes of teachers and therefore to the educational community, developing a design of tactics to boost the capacity of administrative work, to create strategies in obtaining an ideal working environment linked to the orientation towards progress and institutional growth. 

This article arises from the need to adjust inclusive education through the use of theoretical or technological strategies during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, this was a challenge for managers, teachers, students and parents because they did not count with the necessary knowledge about the use of ICT. The main objective of our article was to provide a Theoretical Strategy aimed at teachers for the use of technological tools that allow them to carry out an inclusive quality education at the Simón Bolívar institution. Technology plays an important role in the teaching and learning process, allowing students to acquire knowledge in a personalized way according to their special needs. The use of the methodology resides in the bibliographic review of scientific publications related to inclusive education issues based on the theoretical systematization according to the problem studied, using the qualitative and quantitative approaches, with the qualitative approach we collect the information and with the quantitative approach. The analysis of the results obtained in the data collection techniques was carried out, thus facilitating the necessary statistics. To conclude, a training process will be implemented so that teachers are prepared in the use of the technological tools of the 21st century and thus achieve an interactive education through the different virtual platforms that allow meaningful, inclusive and quality learning.

The purpose of this research is to implement lean manufacturing tools such as the phases of Lean Six Sigma that are (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) to reduce the waste generated and the variation in the number of cycles counts of rolls of components in the production process in the area of SMT (Surface Mount Technology). In the study, a sample of rolls of the D1BA and D0GA models with different nomenclatures was selected with the help of a manual scaler to take measurements considering some specifications, such as the thickness of the component, thickness of the plastic of the roll, distance between each component, inner and outer radius. Tasks were attended to meet the needs of internal/external customers to define standards, document, and update Safety, Quality and Shipping Cost (SQDC) metric programs, Document evidence, audit implementations of improvements made from 5S's methodologies, Kaizen and track progress to measure engagement and financial impact through performance charts for continuous improvement and detection of waste and standardization of work. The result allowed to assess the metrics of the project for the economic performance (Yield) before the intervention was 97% and the continuous improvement allowed to obtain 99.3% improvement, thus fulfilling the goal of 99%, with respect to the measurement of the Equipment effectiveness of the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) before the intervention 70% and after the improvement 87% with the goal achieved of 85%. Likewise, this represents a profit in the operation of 18.5% considering that before the intervention there was 10.50%, fulfilling the goal of 15%.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la inimputabilidad de personas con síntomas de trastorno mental y la vulneración del principio de inocencia en contravenciones de flagrancia; en específico, aquellos individuos con trastorno mentales que no son conscientes o no tienen la capacidad para comprender la ilicitud de una acción; es decir, resultan ser inimputables porque su falta de conciencia o capacidad causa inculpabilidad. El desarrollo consistió en el empleo de la metodología descriptivo bibliográfica, mediante la aplicación de los métodos: revisión documental, analítico y sintético, y la técnica de análisis de contenido. El procedimiento a seguir cuando una persona muestra síntomas de trastorno mental se encuentra en el artículo 588 del Código Orgánico Integral Penal (COIP), la pericia psicológica debe realizarse como acto urgente y remitirse en un plazo determinado, de la misma dependerá la instrucción fiscal y la imposición de medidas de seguridad; sin embargo, en el caso de contravenciones flagrantes de acuerdo al artículo 6 del mismo cuerpo normativo, la persona será aprehendida y la audiencia se efectuará inmediatamente después de la aprehensión en donde se solicita prisión preventiva en la mayoría de los casos.

This study focused on people with disabilities, which in some cases do not receive the special attention they require and that are enshrined in the Constitution as a right, should be provided to communities, comprehensive rehabilitation centers that offer the service and allow families to save time in mobilization to other cities, Specifically, the possibility of implementing an area for the rehabilitation of children with disabilities in the Basic Hospital IESS of Chone, which allows, with the help of professionals and the necessary equipment, the stimulation of children, developing skills and abilities and integrating them into society. The research approach combined the quantitative with the qualitative, 209 disabled infants were identified in Chone, and the sample size was calculated in 158 for the surveys allowing to identify various aspects such as type and percentage of disability and the types of assistance they require, also interviews were applied to health professionals, to know the requirements that a center needs for its implementation, also a literature review was conducted. A bibliographic review was also carried out. 119 respondents with a disabled child relative were detected, 67.23% receive some type of rehabilitation therapy, and 32.77% have not received therapy continuously, and it was analyzed by applying the chi-square formula, if there is a correlation between the therapy received or not by the infants and the degree of disability, showing that the level of therapy received has an impact.

The purpose of this research is to diagnose the social, economic and environmental factors that influence livestock productivity. The methodology applied is based on the compilation and analysis of bibliographic information contained in books, academic articles, national and international reports.  In addition, this research considers a non-experimental, cross-sectional, argumentative and strategic design, obtaining information in questions directed to three farms, through a descriptive methodological outline with quantitative and qualitative variables.   The results showed that 66.7% of livestock production is underutilized, with the highest concentration of this activity located in the Sierra region, below 80%. It was determined that the livestock sector has had a considerable contribution represented in last year's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) (8.2%).      It is concluded that livestock productivity must be aligned with the objectives of sustainable development, which considers feasible alternatives to convert losses into profits, to generate profitability, stability, and innovation, contributing to sustained and timely growth at the local and national levels and thus expand to international networks. 

The objective of this research is based on analyzing the incidence of internal control in the organizational development of the Cooperativa de Transporte de Pasajeros en Taxis December 15, 2020. Describing how the internal control system contributes to the evaluation and detection of tion of flaws in the processes with the purpose of minimizing the inherent risks. Simultaneously obtaining a diagnosis of economic growth, business culture, leadership and knowledge and innovation management, providing reasonable security for the development of the organization. A methodology with a non-experimental design, field with a transversal level, was used. In the investigation, internal control questionnaires were applied to the administrative and accounting area. The surveys were carried out among the members and were structured according to COSO regulations and the Popular and Solidarity Economy Organic Law. Finally, interviews addressed to managers were applied. In the development of the research, the panorama of the company is shown, thus evaluating the internal control system and organizational development, its results provided recommendations for the continuous improvement of internal processes, in order to effectively direct the operation of the organization.

Currently companies are reactivating their economy during the pandemic, all thanks to the gradual lifting of restrictions, vaccines, distancing, the use of masks and other biosafety standards, for this reason companies are looking for strategies to help them maintain and meet the needs and requirements of consumers, this research analyzes statistically the brand management as a factor of economic revival within SMEs in the textile sector of the Province of Tungurahua. Through a quantitative approach survey to know the relationship of the mentioned variables, the instrument was applied to 164 consumers, and then analyzed statistically, using Pearson's correlation coefficient to relate the variables of study. The results confirmed that brand management helps to position companies, decreases the competition margin, reactivates sales, and increases loyal customers. For this reason, it is important for companies to work on brand management, since it is an investment and not an expense, that entails positive aspects in the short, medium, and long term; it also helps to know the new needs of the client, since after the health crisis, purchasing habits have changed and companies must adapt to them.
