The pandemic has developed delimiting approaches in vulnerable aspects for the sustenance to be carried in a certain period, taking decisions to consequences of financial decisions, taking advantage of the synergy of the study and mutual benefit, under the perception of the objective of the cause-effect analysis and factors that prioritize the time limit of payment, determines the descriptive scope and the purpose of reaching the facts in a certain context, in the Cooperative of Savings and Credit OSCUS Ltda., for which a questionnaire was applied to the cardholders as well as to a sample of 187 members of the Cooperative, therefore, the incidence of the pandemic of COVID 19 and the descriptive strategies in the evaluation of needs and the process of integral information that contributed to a forceful approach for the relationship with the members were analyzed. Likewise, a bibliographic review was carried out that favoured the analysis of the factors and the correspondence of the users with the institution's credit cards.

In Ecuador, the National Finance Corporation is the financial organization that promotes the economic development policy through credits to the productive sectors, whether natural or legal persons; within these, credit lines were also established for tourism.The objective of this research focused on analyzing the behavior of the credit lines that such organization destined to the tourism sector, during 2019-2021, through the documentary review of statistics published by the Corporation and the Ministry of Tourism, in which the behavior of credit placement for this sector is determined by applying the analysis method. As results were obtained in the three years, the highest placement of the tourism segment in lodging activities, being this in 2019 (89%), in 2020 (5%) and 2021 (6%), having a slight recovery in the latter year, due to the effects of the pandemic covid-19; with respect to 2019 in which the placement reached 19 million; in 2020 there is a decrease of approximately 18 million and in 2021 a slight increase with respect to 2020 of 116 thousand dollars.In 2019 the credit operations benefited mostly hotel accommodation services, hotel suites, aparthotels, inns, resorts, activity that also generated the following 2 years; another activity that had placements in the 3 periods were restaurants, cafeterias, cevicherías, picanterias, take-out food. It is concluded that the credit policy implemented by the National Finance Corporation has achieved positive results in the placement of loans to the tourism sector, which contributes to the generation of sources of employment and development.Key words: lodging, public banking, credit, tourism, food services.

Entrepreneurship in Ecuador has been supported from various fronts, through political mechanisms established by government entities and private companies, as well as their strengthening with the support of microcredits to microenterprises. This support seeks to make these enterprises sustainable. This support has been strengthened with greater emphasis on Ecuadorian women. Because of this situation, it is important to be able to analyze government policies that allow sustainability to be thrown into these micro-enterprises developed by women, especially those who are single mothers in the city of Guayaquil. The methodology applied for this research is that of documentary-type bibliographic design. In conclusion, public policies are focused on the development of regulations, laws and programs whose purpose is to generate and support entrepreneurship that comes from the foundations of society; Unfortunately, these actions are not mutually binding in order to generate a comprehensive global support policy, added to the lack of support for the undertakings; therefore, there must be a firm policy to accompany government entities for the sustainability of new organizations, strengthening knowledge and techniques for the generation of products and services, which will first allow the creation of efficiency indicators that translate into an increase in productivity, which guarantees that the procedures are carried out with the relevant quality.

The main objective of this article is to design didactic strategies for the teaching of reading and writing in Elementary Basic Education in the return to attendance. After the application of the theoretical systematization and the historical-logical method allowed this research to support the main authors who have addressed the variables, the following stand out: Avendaño and Copertari (2022), Cassani (2020), Dussel (2020), Navarrete ( 2021), Santos Guerra (2020). The type of research was based on the methodology of descriptive and documentary studies, as a method the hermeneutic is assumed applying the technique of scientific triangulation, which allowed knowing the relevant aspects in the description of the teaching of reading and writing for the post-pandemic, concluding that education needs to evolve by applying flexible teaching didactic strategies, aimed at the development of fine motor skills for writing and the recognition of sounds, words and sentences for reading comprehension, which allows collectively integrating all students at the Elementary Basic Education level.

The game a look from the different authors is a theme, which focuses on the fact of ratifying the importance of this activity within the educational process, the game plays an unconditional and irreplaceable role within this area, through history it is identifies that the various authors qualify it as essential, primordial and natural; It is for this reason that teachers must recognize its importance to be able to put it into practice within the educational task, since in this way the integral development benefits. TARGET. Describe how the game has evolved in the educational field, through the exposition of some theories and contributions from various authors, to recognize its importance and transcendence in the development of children. METHOD. This research is based on a qualitative approach, through a bibliographic-descriptive review of legally recognized magazines and books that have ISSN or ISBN, articles that are within the years 2016 to 2021 were included, theses, repositories and blogs were excluded. , the bibliographic search action was exhaustive, digital and automated, through the Publish or Perish program, the search engines used were Academic.Microsoft and Google Academic. RESULTS. A timeline was drawn up rescuing the chronological contributions of the evolution of the game and two comparative tables were drawn up which answer the investigative questions, different contributions about the game are evidenced, brief descriptions of some game theories can be found and aspects are mentioned relevant.   Keywords: ludic theories and approaches, integral development, evolution of the.

The issue of entrepreneurship has been very visible in recent times, allowing the design of regulations and laws in favor of providing entrepreneurs with support for their development. However, in Ecuador, despite having a wide range of laws, it is considered that there is still much to be done, especially to support the entrepreneurship of single mothers, who often do not have the knowledge of how to improve their skills or how to access financial aid, their enterprises die at birth, solving only for a moment their family economic situation. Therefore, the objective of this work is to reveal, through the consulted literature, the most important items of entrepreneurship of single women in Guayaquil, in order to identify the factors that influence female entrepreneurship. This bibliographic review allowed to identify the basic conceptions about entrepreneurship, the factors for their sustainability, the reality of single women in Guayaquil, as well as the decrees and policies of the different government entities. Finally managing to argue that there are great advances in this matter, but there is still a way to go for the triumph of female entrepreneurship, since it not only depends on the State authorities, but also on the women who must commit themselves and seek educational alternatives. and financial.

This article exposes the importance of the fundamental rights of children who live with their mothers in the Zaruma social rehabilitation center, a study applicable to the year 2020, since children are part of the prison population in Ecuador whose mothers are serving a sentence. deprivation of liberty, through a review from a point of view of the relevant regulations as rights recognized in the Ecuadorian Constitution, other applicable legislation, to establish the violation or not of these rights, compared to the reality in which they are found within the center of deprivation of liberty, and how it affects the cognitive, affective, emotional development of minors.Recognizing the problem of the prison crisis in Ecuador, the lack of allocation of resources, violent acts in prisons, lack of prison personnel; It is important to ask the following question:In what state are the children who live with their mothers deprived of liberty in relation to constitutional guarantees? This question is formulated in order to find a possible recommendation through bills, public policy projects, if it is the case to find that there is a violation of the rights of minors.The research method to be used is the Deductive through Documentary Research, Analytical Method and the interview as a tool.

The purpose of this article is to study the reliability and factor analysis of an instrument that allows evaluating the practices of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Innovation in large Mexican companies with the ESR® Distinction. It is integrated under the review of the relevant literature that addresses Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Innovation to later build the methodological matrix. Based on the methodological matrix, an instrument was developed with a 6-point Likert scale (in total disagreement, disagreement, indifferent, agreement, total agreement and does not apply) for a total of 65 items. The methodology is quantitative and with a transversal design that allows to obtain exploratory results. The instrument was applied via email to 172 companies that have the ESR® with a random sample selection strategy. The study was carried out in Mexico under the perception of people who collaborate in large companies with the ESR® Distinctive. The results show that the instrument reflects satisfactory reliability and acceptable factor analysis, which means that the proposed model explains corporate social responsibility and sustainable innovation.

This work is relevant and significant, given that it was due to a problematic contextual situation. In this sense, the purpose was to interpret the current state of virtual education in the context of universities. Case study, Technical University of Manabí (UTM). The methodology was developed under the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative approach and a hermeneutical method. The technique used was the documentary review analyzed through the hermeneutical circle. Five categories emerged in the findings: level of technological preparation of university institutions, migration from face-to-face to virtual education, socioeconomic aspects of students, health conditions, and student dropout. By being amalgamated, the current state of virtual education at UTM was obtained, appreciating their commitment and responsibility. The degree of success of the virtual education of the UTM was concluded in correspondence with the pre-existing level of preparation.

The present work entitled "El principio de inversión de la carga de la prueba y su aplicación en el proceso judicial laboral ecuatoriano desde la entrada en vigencia del COGEP”, addresses the problem of untimely dismissal considering it as an illegal cause of termination of employment. For this purpose, the principles that govern both the administration of justice and the right to work in Ecuador were significant in the topic analyzed in this study. A doctrinal and jurisprudential analysis was also carried out regarding the burden of proof and its inversion, taking into account that, according to the policies established previously by Supreme Court of Justice it has been well-known that untimely dismissal is an event that occurs in a certain time and place and that, therefore, must be demonstrated by the claimant. In order to study the problem posed, the following research methods were used: the inductive, accounting for the sentences of the Supreme Court of Justice. Likewise, the deductive method was used to study the fundamental principles of the administration of justice in Ecuador and of labor laws. Thus, allowing the establishment of what would be the correct application of the principle of equality in individual labor cases, especially considering that the worker is the most vulnerable party in the employee-employer relationship.
