Resumen
With the investigation, a study of consumer behavior and their purchase decision regarding tubers and their derivatives was carried out, to promote production and marketing strategies that strengthen the agricultural sector and its projection in the market. Likewise, within the methodological design, a qualitative and quantitative research approach was used, an exploratory and descriptive research level. For the analysis of the phases of the purchase decision process, a survey was applied, based on the model of consumer decision-making, which is oriented to the psychological field of the individual. In the same way, an exploratory analysis was carried out in the city's supermarkets, to qualify and improve the different aspects to improve the purchasing scenario for the consumer. The data have been interpreted showing the following as the most relevant factors in the purchase decision: quality, trust, and price, in addition, the need to improve the methodology to report the benefits of consuming the tubers to motivate production was observed. For this reason, the study is aimed at increasing the consumption of tubers and their derivatives in end customers, as well as improving the internal environment of supermarkets to raise the level of satisfaction and purchase decision making, generating data that is of use to the producer; The variables of this work must be taken into consideration to increase the production and consumption of tubers in the city and the country.

Resumen
In the city of Riobamba, information was obtained on the purchasing trend before and after the pandemic caused by Covid-19, which affected both the consuming and producing sectors. An exploratory, descriptive, and explanatory research was developed, where qualitative and quantitative elements were integrated in correspondence with current trends in the country. The stratified sampling that was used served to symbolize the study population. The results revealed that purchases of agricultural products, especially potatoes, decreased, due to the pandemic, as is known, the restrictions and security measures were strict at first, over time they adapted to consumers and the way How did they do their shopping. Most of the inhabitants of the city of Riobamba used their own car to purchase products, the same one that decreased in its use due to this time, on the other hand, data was acquired on the variety of potatoes that are consumed, highlighting in consumers the potato chola. Undoubtedly, these data will help producers to know the market dynamics for the commercialization of this tuber and to plan for its production.

Resumen
The study focuses on analyzing the financial statements of three companies of great recognition in the tuna sector in the city of Manta such as Conservas Isabel Ecuatoriana S.A., Marbelize S.A. and Eurofish S.A., in order to compare the absolute and relative variations between the period 2019 and 2020 where the tuna industry recorded a higher production, despite being a pandemic year caused by COVID-19. Being a research with a quantitative approach, the accounting and analytical method was applied, which allowed comparisons and analysis of the economic situation of each of the companies considered for the study.
After the analysis and as a result of this, it is observed that the tuna processors subject to this study did not have a great economic impact during this period, allowing two of them to generate increases in their income, such as Eurofish and Conservas Isabel, while Marbelize presented losses of 1%, which allows determining that although they went through different problems generated in the world environment, this productive sector maintained its sales at a considerable level because they are staple products.

Resumen
The objective of the research was to analyze the impact of BanEcuador's productive credit on the promotion of the agricultural sector in the province of Manabí. The development of the research has a mixed approach: quantitative as its main source of information is the surveys carried out to farmers in the province and the analysis of the credit information generated from BanEcuador and systematized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. Qualitative in that it involved direct observation, literature review and interviews with farmers. From the research and analysis of the data, it can be inferred that the public development bank and specifically BanEcuador, plays a fundamental role in the financing of the agricultural sector of the province of Manabí, despite the fact that the largest participation of financing occurs from private banks and also considering the weaknesses of public banks in the management of agricultural credit. It is evident that agricultural credit boosts work in the province, boosts the economy, and helps the farmer to grow economically. It reflects the criterion that agriculture cannot do without public banking in the case of BanEcuador, especially if it needs to adapt to the real needs of the farmer depending on the particularities of the sector. The study shows that, in Manabí, despite being a province with enormous tourism, fishing, industrial and commercial potential, the agricultural sector is essential because of the productive chains it generates, mainly in the rural sector.

Resumen
The interactive pedagogical strengthening of reading and writing skills in middle school general education students is of great interest in this century due to their usefulness and urgency. This research seeks to analyze these skills taking into context the rural situation of the educational institution located in the highland’s region of Ecuador and the event of the pandemic present in the world reality. It is a quantitative study, descriptive and explanatory, with longitudinal temporality (pre/post-test), its design is quasi-experimental and with non-probabilistic sampling. For data collection, the Key English Test for Schools (KET) was applied to the three grades of Basic General Education, under the Ecuadorian education system. The results show a low growth in the skills of learning and mastering a second language, measured through the t-student statistic and with a correlational analysis. It is concluded that the circumstances of the pandemic plus the common factors of the context and teacher training are considerable limitations for strengthening the learning of a foreign language as an element of personal and academic growth. The geographical location of the educational institution is another limitation towards learning a second language due to the socioeconomic conditions of its inhabitants.

Resumen
This research collects dogmatic, normative, and jurisprudential contributions related to progressive use of public force, the protection of fundamental rights, and declaration states of exception as a prerogative of the States. It focuses on determining the nature and characteristics of these institutions, as well as developing, from theory and practice, regarding the different types of controls and limits related for political and jurisdictional; for this aspect, it examined Judgment No. 33-20 IN/21 of the Ecuadorian Constitutional Court, which, through the exercise of constitutional control, declared unconstitutionality due to the form and substance regarding regulations issued by the Ministry in charge of the Armed Forces, since these establish restrictions on fundamental rights by authorizing the progressive use of force during states of exception, in that sense, according to the nature, scope, powers and limitations that States have for the use of force during states of emergency, discussing the dichotomy between, on the one hand, legitimately addressing critical social situations, and on the other, the abuse of power by the State and the consequent violation of rights; therefore, it is proposed to answer the following research question: If the main doctrinal, normative and jurisprudential contributions that show limits and controls to the State regarding the use of public force within states of exception, are observed and respected by the framework institutional at Equator country?

Resumen
Before the effect of the pandemic, students and teachers spent their time online, largely to socialize. They had their own learning spaces, so that they could develop their knowledge independently and under the choice of the group of friends, materials, applications and communication mechanisms. The new conditions imposed by the pandemic encouraged a change in strategies and mentality to maintain the vitality of educational services worldwide. Virtuality gained even more strength, becoming the most viable alternative to achieve a successful teaching-learning process at all levels. The article aims to describe the methodological strategies for teaching the English language through synchronous classes. The methodology applied is qualitative, through a bibliographic review, taking into account that this type of research is based on the collection of data from several authors as the main mechanism. It addresses a review of relevant articles, scientific journals and degree works in the field; that contributed with the application of methodological proposals for the use of virtuality and describes the main ideas on the subject. The main problem was identified as the lack of experience of teachers and students in the use of this type of class. As a result of the research, the wide acceptance that virtual teaching has had in the new scenario imposed by COVID 19 is demonstrated, especially the use of synchronous classes as a technological solution to maintain the necessary interaction between students and teachers with the in order to achieve English language skills in learners. The need to combine synchronous and asynchronous classes was also evidenced in order to take better advantage of virtuality and be able to reach a greater number of students.

Resumen
As educators, it is sometimes difficult for us to make curricular adaptations to the subjects to achieve the inclusion of students with special educational needs. In this paper, we reflect on the theoretical foundations to consider when approaching the subject of curricular adaptations in learning the English language for students with hearing disabilities. A qualitative approach with a non-experimental design and scope of exploratory and interpretative research based on documentary review is assumed as a methodological position. The most essential results show the lack of training of teachers in terms of curricular adaptations to serve children with hearing educational needs in the area of English. This is evidenced in the degree of uncertainty in the face of having to serve students with hearing disabilities in the classroom and the lack of knowledge of the methodology to meet the educational requirements demanded by these students. That is why actions should be promoted that allow teachers to train in making adaptations or curricular modifications that contribute to the promotion of equal and inclusive education.

Resumen
Teachers in their daily work must use different strategies to work on the psychomotor development of children, turning plastic graph techniques into an important link in the stimulation that the student needs to strengthen the muscles and joints of the hands and fingers before initiate graphomotor activities. Thus, the objective of this research is to propose a set of plastic graph techniques for the development of fine motor skills in children of Initial Education II. A descriptive scope methodology was used, with a qualitative approach, and a non-experimental design. The instruments used were multiple choice surveys for the four initial education teachers and observation sheets to evaluate the children. The results obtained showed that when applying graphoplastic techniques, in 65.6 children improved fine motor skills. It is concluded that it is important to apply graphoplastic techniques because they help with the development of fine motor skills, the same that is necessary to achieve postural control, manual eye dexterity, pencil handling control, actions that allow children to easily function in various activities, strengthening their abilities and skills.

Resumen
This work aims to determine how interest influences the learning of the cognitive level of the students of the Educational Unit Dr. Odilón Gómez Andrade of the Chone canton. This study is of the explanatory, inductive and deductive correlational type, which is used to expose the analogies and correlations, is supported by a multimodal or mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). The information collection technique was a test applied to the 54 students of the middle sublevel of the institution involved. The results show that in the face of the accelerated production of knowledge, the students expressed enthusiasm when carrying out the tasks and finishing them with the same attitude, which stimulates the teacher to gradually practice the use of motivation to encourage participation, but establishing the respect by taking turns, accepting the different criteria of the group and maintaining order. This makes clear to us the changes between the old school and the new school. It can be concluded that the Ministry of Education, in addition to generating demands for knowledge, must also train its professionals so that they are prepared to face different social problems and individual cognition of each student, since they come from different social and family contexts. -beef. Interest should be one of the elements that the teacher will innovate, through various options that generate it within the classroom, so that students gain a more effective cognitive level in the school stage, for their academic preparation and social development.
