Resumen
One of the brands that has risen in value in recent years, since the Inditex group created this commercial format in 1998, in the field of the youngest, most demanding and cultured fashion in aspects that integrate design and contemporary culture. Its aesthetics are oriented towards the demand of this young trend-seeking public.
Bershka develops a design methodology based on constantly attending to the needs, desires and demands of its customers, perhaps differentiated in each area of the world to favour local tastes and aesthetics, perfectly possible thanks to the company's great capacity to observe and translate the most personal sensations of its customers and, at the same time, to design and produce in a short period of time.

Resumen
“A brand is a symbol representing a company, a group of companies, and all its products and services. Words such as Televisa, Cemex, Zara, Café de Colombia, Iberia, Audi or Armani express this fact. These nouns are brimmed with symbolisms, meanings and contents that may distinguish them from their competitors. The importance of symbols lies in their possibility to cover and synthesize at the same time, by means of a visual sign, all that the company or institution stands for, as well as what the company does or communicates. This is valuable both for the company and the public. A strong, well-valued, well-known and properly managed brand is a leading strategic instrument.”

Resumen
This article highlights the main characteristics of design through an exploration of “good design” and the temporal restitution of the design as a “new design approach” to the system-product. Starting with the principles that favour the creation, management and implementation including design and integration processes, we will move on to defi ne a “new interdisciplinary approach” which goes “beyond design” and which will create the necessary links between several disciplines, such as ergonomic design and multi-sensory design. The aim of this is to inspire the individual through the synergy of diff erent types of identifi cation signals and languages supported by sensations.

Resumen
A graphic designer by profession, Paco Bascuñán's work is nevertheless difficult to categorise, accustomed as we were to his interstitial situation and his talent for moving fluidly between painting and illustration, between illustration and photography, between photography and typography and, in short, between art and design. His unique methodology, his research habits and his voracious propensity for creation in all the fields within his reach make Bascuñán an exceptional figure, with multiple and varied registers, not easy to find in the world of graphic design and only comparable to the profile of some of the avant-garde artists such as Schwitters, Rodchenko or El Lissitzky, whom he admired so much and with whom we can recognise certain affinities not only formal but also conceptual.

Resumen
In 2007 the Associació Professional d’Il·lustradors de Catalunya (APIC) awarded Rosario Velasco the Junceda Prize in the press and magazines category for the section she has illustrated weekly since 2005 "Lucía y..." in the Sunday edition of La Vanguardia. These words were said: "For the versatility of the treatment of the drawing and its conjunction with the text".
This Andalusian illustrator combines ease and skill when it comes to fitting and adapting her style to the different needs of each project, she manages, with this great versatility, to imprint her own character on the specific interests of each of the works she collaborates on. The result is fresh, rich and always suggestive, his creativity, the subtlety of his strokes and the dreamlike atmosphere of many of his creations stand out.

Resumen
In the early 1960s, Spain had an incipient designer base. In Madrid, a heterogeneous group of small-world creative directors sprouted up. Within SEDI, Cruz Novillo was also in contact with some graphic designers with similar concerns, such as Fernando Olmos. Until 1974 they worked on a series of projects such as the novel and cheerful synthetic image they made in the 1960s for the matchboxes of Fósforos del Pirineo and signage systems for the Ministries of Housing and Labour, images of visual identity.

The last decade has been one of change as far as graphic design is concerned. It is impossible to describe this period taking only into account postmodern parameters. Today, the expressions of graphic design are characterised by a formal restriction, a clean composition and a return to solid structures. In the fi eld of typography, the use of sans-serif fonts is usual, their confi guration being based on a modular grid with the aim of providing a consistent structure. ll these features undoubtedly take us back to the Swiss style and its subsequent developments.
