Resumen
This research article analyzes, through a qualitative critical methodology, judgment No. 32-17-IN/21, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador against the indigenous Sumak Kawsay worldview, within a legal pluralism. The recognition of nature as a subject of rights; this being a great challenge of Andean ecological constitutionalism, characterized by a process of creation and application, within Ecuador, and that marks the emergence of an environmental protection paradigm contrary to the Western one, changing the anthropocentric legal vision to a biocentric approach, based on the balance between nature and humanity. The purpose of our article is to determine the relevance of the criteria of the constitutional court, its scope and application, on the declaration of unconstitutionality of articles 86 and 136 of the Environmental Regulation of Mining Activities (RAAM); these being contrary to the constitutional regulations. By starting from a recognition of rights to non-human entities until now excluded from legal thought, it allows to modify the form of the idea of nature, managing to put the sumak kawsay into practice, promoting equity, social justice, pluralism, and democratization. In addition to leaving behind premises of economic progress on nature as an object, but a coexistence in which diversity is no longer the exception, but the rule. Latin America displays a new conceptualization of the emergence of a global ecological rule of law capable of moving the objectives of sustainable development towards a more holistic dimension, facing future challenges, as well as possible future risks. We use theoretical methods, synthetic analytical, exploratory in scope and descriptive in form with a qualitative approach and non-experimental design.

Resumen
Methods engineering has become one of the most fundamental and important in the study of work for the continuous improvement of production lines. The objective of the study is to discuss the current state of the art of method engineering and the production chain under the PRISMA methodology. The registration of the protocol of systematic review of the current academic literature in this emerging field, allowed to establish the gaps of future research. The review was carried out by identifying relevant academic articles from leading journals using Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar and Dialnet databases by using filters and keywords such as "methods engineering", "methods engineering", "method study", "production chain", "production line" and "production line", only engineering and journal articles were taken into consideration. The search filter effect yielded articles that were available, but only 26 articles met the prerequisites. It is concluded that the invention of the study revealed how the different tools, techniques and instruments of methods engineering and the production line have an effect on the improvement of a company's productivity. Therefore, the countries that met the research disclosure requirements were China, Ecuador, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico.

Resumen
The military branches that make up the Ecuadorian Armed Forces are extremely important entities for the State to make effective the exercise of its sovereignty vis-à-vis other republics and to create a margin of security within the territory. In this context, it is essential that their actions, both external and internal, be framed within the provisions of the legal system, thus guaranteeing the legal security of the individuals to whom they provide service and of the members of the military ranks themselves, even more so in the disciplinary proceedings that may be carried out.
The objective of this work is to analyze the way in which the Military Discipline Regulations approach disciplinary processes relating them to the principles and guarantees that make up the right to due process and defense from a legal, doctrinal and jurisprudential approach through a qualitative method that allows identifying the most important aspects and, if necessary, enables the presentation of reform proposals that guarantee the constitutional rights of all military elements.

Resumen
Financial management systems are designed to lay up different financial transactions, the problem occurs when there are updates in the system, so it limits the delivery of information to its operators. The objective of the work was to examine the efficiency of the financial management system (SIGAME) by means of the statistical technique of confirmatory factor analysis for the checking of budget control in the financial department of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Latacunga. The research applied the quantitative method to evaluate the perception of the 87 participants according to the variables: trust, efficiency, improvement processes, internal control, information insecurity and budget. There was response precision in the total explained variance matrix of 76.87% of the constructs. It was concluded that SIGAME is not efficient, so there is a saturation of information, due to the constant updates of the system. However, if there is planning and organization in the budget that meets information security standards.
