The development of this research aimed to determine the impact of knowledge of the COVID-19 pandemic on the increase in stress and social panic in the case of the Puno region - 2020, under the hypothesis that indicates that the COVID-19 pandemic 19 has had a detrimental impact on the levels of stress and social panic, increasing them significantly in the case of the Puno region, the realization of it was based on the hypothetical deductive method, a quantitative approach, correlational descriptive scope and non-experimental design. , for this, a simple random probabilistic sampling of 317 people from the Puno region was used. For the processing and tabulation of the collected data, statistical tools were used through the program known as SPSS v.24. Finally, the development of the research concluded that the pandemic has been a detrimental factor for the mental health of the Puno population, since in this pandemic reality that we are going through, mental incidents in citizens are a matter of concern for the system. of health and for the professionals who are related to it, since the effects on mental health mentioned will trigger a multitude of cases of diseases due to stress and panic.

The present research work responds to the latent problem in the Puno region, especially in the Macusani district, on the notion of justice between custom and positive law, as a result of which the objective was to analyze the notion of justice that residents present between custom and positive law in the district of Macusani - Puno Region, to achieve this objective I conducted a qualitative approach research because it sought to know the perception regarding the function of the administration of justice according to the settlers in the district of Macusani - Puno Region, for this a direct interview was applied to the designated settlers, an intentional sample of population groups was selected between patrolmen, settlers, prosecutors and judges. Once the investigation was developed, it was evidenced that the custom or customary law still prevails over time, therefore, it constitutes a form of justice in the district of Macusani, however, it is agreed that the positive law is more effective at These are cases that go against the fundamental rights of the person despite the administrative bureaucracy that burdens them. Therefore, today the Customary Law is still considered the most effective, less expensive and less lengthy way of administering justice than the Positive Law in the administration of justice with regard to daily and minor crimes that occur in the district. from Macusani, Puno region

The intervention carried out by the state authority to improve the condition in the prison has been overtaken by the constant growth of the prison population, which is why prisons currently continue to be a space crowded with individuals in an unhealthy manner with greater problems for medical treatment and various aspects that unfavorably conditions the life of the inmate who is deprived of liberty. Therefore, the objective of the study is to establish the relationship between the right to health and the personality disorder that emerged in the inmate, Puno prison, 2021. The research corresponds to the quantitative approach, deductive method and the technique applied is the survey. and instrument the questionnaire. Concluding that there is a significant positive relationship between the right to mental health and the personality disorder of inmates, and it is highly significant, since in the Pearson Correlation test it is (0.839) positive and finding a significance value of 0.000, with p<0.05, so the alternative hypothesis is accepted.

The present study approaches the subject of human trafficking constituted from the evolution of the social figure of slavery, therefore in the study the evolution of the phenomenon of human trafficking was analyzed from the position of Thomas Kuhn. Nowadays, accounting has been established as a fundamental element for entities, providing organizations with transcendental information that contributes to timely decision making, which is measured through the impact generated in the business environment by financial, fiscal and economic accounting functions, a successful use of these functions establishes an adequate managerial decision making, thus guaranteeing the presence of a company as a going concern. In this sense, the present study focuses on an analysis of the functions that accounting fulfills in companies, specifically on how they contribute to the managerial decision-making process, from the perception of students in the last years of the Accounting and Auditing Career of the Technical University of Machala. In this context, a literature review has been approached from the perspectives of some authors, obtaining from them relevant aspects on issues related to accounting, the methodology used is quantitative with statistical analysis, which has been used in order to obtain results that help to extract significant information on the functions of accounting. Among the most relevant results, it can be observed that the accounting functions are of great importance, considering that these functions are capable of providing accounting information of great relevance that serves as support in the management decision making process.

Trade relations have marked the history of the evolution of humanity, and within the current context of globalization, world markets play a fundamental role for the advancement and growth of the economies of regions and countries. In the case of Ecuador, which has a range of products with which to carry out commercial exchanges, it has an ambitious foreign trade infrastructure, among which the commercial agreements with great world powers such as the European Union and the United States stand out. The objective of the article is the presentation of relevant information regarding the negotiations between Ecuador and the United States, as well as its impact on the country's economy. The methodology was carried out through bibliographic documentary research in which a search for information was carried out in scientific texts and publications, scientific articles, publications in specialized magazines on the subject, as well as information from the corresponding government entities. It is concluded that the negotiations between both countries are vital if the progress of the Ecuadorian economy is sought and a boost in international markets is sought.

One of the most interesting and relevant factors in terms of macroeconomic results is related to economic growth. This represents the increase or improvement of goods and services of a state and is defined as the purely transformation process in which a country increases its wealth over time; that not only involves the increase of money, but also the generation of value or wealth of a country and for current economists, all the theories, models and bases of classic and modern economic growth have allowed to converge in that the causes of it are diverse but can be grouped into 3 particularities. The first is that investment is essential for growth to exist, the second is that the education of the population is a determining factor in increasing production, and the third agrees that the technological process is decisive in obtaining greater productivity. Thus, economic growth can be broken down into two factors: the accumulation of productive factors and technological progress, and it is for this reason that this article aims to identify the determining factors of economic growth in Ecuador. This research presents a descriptive methodology and used official statistical information from entities such as the BCE and INEC to verify that the policies adopted have focused on the increase of cumulative factors oriented towards taking advantage of the opportunities of green growth, which has allowed the reactivation economy and stable growth of the country.

Organizations of all kinds in the world consider various scenarios to obtain results based on their needs, they are prepared to carry out a planning of a macro plan that contains duly analyzed strategies to be applied in order to advance in some topic. of the organization, this type of plan is called a project, in which the main actors of a company combine strategies to obtain some expected result in a given period. The projects are of different nature and purpose and respond to various needs of the organization. The present investigation focuses on conducting an investigation around the limitations that the elaboration and implementation of a project may present. The methodology used was the documentary bibliographic, in which a certain amount of bibliographic material available on the network was logically reviewed for the construction of the information presented. After presenting the information, it is concluded that there are multiple factors that limit the management of a project, but basically it is three variables, including the budget, the time factor and the objectives set.
