Resumen
The objective of this article was to develop an analysis of the influence of work stress on the performance of employees in the human talent area of the General Hospital Portoviejo, who presented various difficulties at the psychoemotional, psychosocial level and lack of performance.
To hit the target the objective, to know the causes that produce these disorders, we start from the hypothesis that the workload, the physical space - work environment and the confinement situation affected with greater vehemence the psycho-emotional state of the employees. For this reason, various research devices were used: observation sheets, user surveys, interviews with responsible personnel, digital questionnaires, which finally yielded results which allowed recommendations to be made, which were applied, including the organization of two workshops short for staff support; finally it was possible to re-implement the psycho-emotional file, noting improvement in 26% of the various variables which corresponded to psychosocial, psycho-emotional affectations, work performance of officials and their evolution in user service.
The results show that there is no statistically significant relationship between chronic work stress and the performance of workers within the analyzed work context, however, the work environment and the workload for mental and physical health are a crucial factor which somehow influences the service to the user. The research lasted one year from 2021 to 2022, aimed at a universe of 12 people belonging to the hospital's human talent area, between 30 and 50 years old, with various professions and roles within their work environment.

Resumen
Ecuadorian cocoa is one of the main biological assets that the international market demands, especially in Europe, due to its advantageous aroma and flavor; however, the limited development of the transformation of raw material to final product, the erosion of promotion policies, the lack of capital and resources have been an obstacle for Ecuadorian cocoa to be processed and sold as chocolate by small producers. The objective of this article is to conduct an analysis of the administrative and operational process of chocolate manufacturing, based on a bibliographic study of the elements and stages that require an administrative-operational analysis oriented towards industrialization, whose purpose is to promote a culture of administrative management with a technical and academic approach in entrepreneurs of the cocoa agro-industrial sector in the province of El Oro. The research is of a bibliographic nature, with an analytical-synthetic method with a solution-oriented approach to a problem. It was found that many ventures linked to the nature of this activity end up failing in the short term, due to the absence of planning in business models and inadequate operational management in the agricultural production sector. Therefore, the authors presented a comprehensive proposal based on a flow chart of the cocoa cultivation and production process and also for the production of chocolate for export, aimed at small entrepreneurs and companies in the agro-industrial sector.

Resumen
The global health crisis affected by the COVID-19 pandemic announced on March 11, 2020 presents enormous challenges for all developed and developing countries, including Ecuador, where its health system is put to the test and its economic and social deepen. For Ecuador, international trade is a source of economic improvement, it is for the well-being of the economies that they must specialize and take advantage of the benefits that they will bring us. A clear example is that Ecuador is a country that does not produce goods derived from metals, and therefore must import said goods. For this reason, in an economy such as the Ecuadorian one, the restrictive measures to the free entry of imported inputs have greatly affected the growth of the importing sectors and/or producers of other goods that benefit from the importation of this type of goods, and that is the case in the application of tariff safeguards. The main objective of the research is to determine the organizational analysis of customs in Ecuador, during the Covid-19 pandemic period 2020-2021. For this research, a quantitative tool was used in which a comparison of data was made on the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 on total exports and imports to see how covid-19 affected customs in Ecuador.

Resumen
The objective of this mixed-type research was to diagnose the management of service quality in four-fork restaurants in the city of Portoviejo, province of Manabí. The research approach was non-experimental mixed, in which analytical, descriptive and exploratory methods were applied. Through a sample, the population under study was established, consisting of the diners of the establishment, in order to collect relevant data on the management of quality of service applying the ServPerf model, as well as interviews with administrative and operational staff. This four-fork establishment has been providing restaurant services for several years, and is specialized in grilled meats. Among other attributes, it has trained personnel and quality certifications due to the hygiene and safety standards that apply in the product value chain. On the other hand, the application of the quality measurement instrument allowed to establish three dimensions: quality in the image of the establishment, quality in the performance of the employees and, finally, quality in the restaurant services. With the results obtained in the SWOT analysis, three strategies were established that respond to the dimensions evaluated. The investigation concluded that the current management model of the La Parrilla de Mosko restaurant must implement a new one that enhances the image of said establishment, as well as the skills and abilities of its employees, which are the key to generating an optimal quality of service.

Resumen
In the different companies that are managed both nationally and regionally and can even be referred to from a global perspective, the management that is carried out must be taken as leadership, that is, teamwork, learning and grow together, there is no individuality within the organization, although in a hierarchical way it is necessary to have different areas in which there is a work group or departments. The main tool that a company has is human talent, because it is vital knowledge, not a simple data collector, but it will help create value within the organization and thus profit from other companies. For a company to improve, it must modernize or hire more efficient employees, the HR department is also responsible for finding and attracting new employees. Talent management in relation to human resource management leads to the construction of normative metrics that can improve the process of selecting, implementing, evaluateng and training employees, which translates into significant improvements in motivation, well-being of employees and compensation and benefits.
