This research article is presented by the need to constantly address the investigative sense of the educational field at a higher level, the main purpose is to establish the factors that affect learning from a neuroscientific vision that improve the level of acquisition and implementation of knowledge in university students, using a methodology designed under a qualitative approach with descriptive research with an explanatory scope with the intention of making a detailed review of references and research and making a thoughtful analysis of the contributions of each source consulted and its application to the educational work of the higher level, this through the review of twenty (20) recent research articles using content and summary sheets as a data collection technique where it is sought to highlight a humanistic approach to the learning process reviewing internal factors s and external from a neuroscientific approach, where the results show that educational strategies make up a constant search for activities that improve education, develop thinking, form critical people, refine teaching methods and promote the construction of knowledge. Reflective and practical contributions are glimpsed for both the teacher and the student with strategies that must evaluate and highlight the emotional aspects, beliefs, attitudes of the students to achieve an active and cooperative work, apply emotional intelligence, maintain optimism, properly manage the interpersonal relationships and achieve self-realization and independence for the maximum performance of human potentialities. 

At present, due to the increase in population, industries each year produce millions of plastic products to cover and satisfy the needs of people, products that have completed their useful life cycle are discarded in landfills or in any part of the environment. Therefore, this scientific research aimed to analyze the feasibility for the production and commercialization of plastic pallets, in order to mitigate environmental pollution. For its development, descriptive and inductive methodology was applied, supported by the primary information search technique: surveys; as well as the secondary technique: literature review. The study denotes the wide use of polymers in companies, as well as the importance of their reuse to reduce the abundance of these residues in the environment. Therefore, the feasibility for the production of plastic pallets is evident given that all the necessary material, human and economic resources are available; On the other hand, the commercialization is feasible at the national level, since at the international level the pallet that is sent does not return to the country, since the Ecuadorian pallet is not considered an export product but rather a transport tool for other products.

In the present work, we seek to know the actions, challenges and limitations in the management of digital marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition in direct sales companies in the Manta canton belonging to the province of Manabí. For which a qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out through the application of interviews and surveys, identifying that the common factor of these companies is to manage SEO, SEM strategies and especially SMM strategies, which are explicitly developed through social networks. In addition, it is highlighted that for the development of these strategies, most of them have been carried out without prior planning or professional preparation because they observe a greater uptake through digital marketing, prioritized by the social network Facebook and its paid advertising. Concluding that it is essential to restructure and rethink the management of digital marketing strategies and implement others such as inbound marketing, email marketing and mobile marketing. Entrepreneurial activity in Ecuador has stood out notoriously in recent years, both in urban and rural areas, carried out by men and women of different ages and academic backgrounds, in various productive sectors; which denotes the contribution to the socioeconomic development of local entrepreneurship. In this context, the objective of the study consisted of analyzing the factors that influence the cycles of Ecuadorian entrepreneurship, based on the documentary review of the report of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2020 survey and the application of the interview to local entrepreneurial experts; having as results the identification of 9 factors in the literature review such as: financing for entrepreneurs; government policies; government programs; education in entrepreneurship; transfer of research and development; commercial and legal infrastructure; internal market; physical infrastructure and social and cultural norms; as well as the factors of motivation, professional advice, the ability to adapt, the business idea; the ecosystem in which it is developed; innovation capacity; human capital; initial investment; financial muscle; marketing and product positioning. It is concluded that there are several factors that influence the phases of entrepreneurship, being very important the ability to adapt or entrepreneurial resilience, which arises when the venture has been launched and the ups and downs that require immediate action to keep the business operational begin to appear.    Key words: entrepreneurial activity, entrepreneurship ecosystem, entrepreneur, motivation, innovation.

Dyslexia students face many difficulties in their learning environment and daily life. They need to compensate for their learning disabilities and be able to deal with the low esteem that is left from becoming aware that they cannot progress at the same speed as their partners. This study suggests using dyslexia-friendly adaptations in ESL texts to compensate for one fundamental thinking process, word recognition, which conforms to all functions developed while reading. By supporting single-word decoding and phonological awareness, dyslexia students take the first step to working with words' meanings. The study finds its relevance for EFL teaching, and learning since learning difficulties affect English Language acquisition, and additionally because of the difficulties that the English language already includes.

The unprecedented consequences of the global impact due to COVID 19 can be highlighted, resulting in a health emergency, in accordance with the provisions implemented by the countries in terms of care and containment, focusing on the validity of the protective mantle of human rights. In the contemporary context, there is validity in the constitutional and regulatory text regarding human rights, protecting all citizens, in situations that endanger legal assets such as life, health and legal status before the spread of COVID 19; It follows that in the medium and long term the common interest, and in particular with respect to individuals and groups susceptible to violation of rights.

Motivation affects the learning of English, since motivation drives the interest of the student, who initiates an action to achieve the goals, adding the lack of educators specialized in foreign language with high levels of knowledge in English. Therefore, the research aims to establish the relationship between the motivation for learning the English language and the academic performance of students at the secondary level of the UGEL San Román 2021. The study corresponds to the quantitative approach, hypothetical - deductive method and the The applied technique is the survey and the instrument is the questionnaire. Concluding that, From the investigation we can point out that the motivation for learning the English language is directly related - negatively in the academic performance of the students, which is reflected in the regular academic performance of the students of the secondary level of the UGEL San Roman 2021.  

Introduction. The processes focused on a linear production are characterized by the excessive consumption of natural resources, for which the current challenge of continuous improvement is the application of sustainable management systems that create a cyclical view of production in order to take advantage of resources usually discarded, this concept is taken to the use of wastewater and purification treatments prior to reuse. Objective. Identify the most effective method for wastewater treatment and find a relationship between production methods and wastewater generation. Methodology. Analyzes and reviews of the research sources of the last 7 years were carried out starting from January 1, 2015 to August 8, 2022, in which the systematic review of the literature (SRL) was used through search engines such as Sciencedirect, Scielo.Org, Dimensions and Dialnet, the inclusion and exclusion criteria were also used. Results. The relationship between the variables was established, demonstrating the need to implement treatment plants according to production, for which an analysis of the different treatments was carried out, such as biological, physical and physicochemical ones. Conclusions. Through the SRL, several purification methods were analyzed, from which it was concluded that physicochemical treatments are the most effective for the purification of wastewater generated in industries.

The present investigation is developed with the objective of studying the importance of the financial structure of small and medium-sized companies in the province of Manabí. Therefore, a scientific article is carried out framed by a quantitative approach methodology of a descriptive and non-experimental nature, applying documentary review as information collection instruments that highlight the importance of the financial structure in the strengthening of SMEs and the survey, to know the opinions and experiences of the owners of SMEs in the province of Manabí. Among the main results, it is highlighted that, through the financial structure, the financing funds of the company are known, so it is important to study this tool by virtue of making safe economic decisions, which prevent the failure of the organization and lead to profitability and sustainability over time. In this line, the owners of SMEs in the province of Manabí consider it important to study the financial structure as a tool for making the right decisions, so they keep a financial record by virtue of controlling finances, allowing this to strengthen companies. Through the efficient execution of the resources available to organizations, since financial control is a diagnostic instrument that allows controlling, evaluating, and analyzing the funds available to these SMEs that symbolize an extremely important sector in the community economic development.

In Ecuador, the change of its productive matrix has been a challenge that has had a remarkable improvement because it has increased productivity and boosted innovation in recent years. It is established that among one of the several triggering factors, the possibility of obtaining technological capacity through capital goods, allows them to gain opportunity in industrialization for various productive sectors in order to become a nation with a thriving industry. The objective of this article is to promote the import of machinery through ZEDEs for the footwear sector Huaquillas-El Oro 2022 through the presentation of an import guide. According to the type of research it is explanatory-transformative, with a field research. The study has a quantitative methodological paradigm, where empirical and statistical methods were used. The selected sample consisted of 38 manufacturers from the Huaquillas canton. A questionnaire of questions was used as an instrument; for the interview a bank of open questions and for the survey a multiple choice questionnaire was used. As a result of the dimensions studied: internal, external factors, purchase and import in the real context, factories do not have sufficient and technical machinery for the development of their activities, as well as, they lack an import culture which has prevented industrialization in the various productive sectors.
