Resumen
At the international level, evaluation is considered as a systematic process that, through the collection of data, makes it possible to verify whether the objectives set with respect to a set of standards have been achieved; in the case of education, it is a trivial issue, especially considering that teachers are constantly evaluated; although there are often methodological flaws in both the design and the process. Most Latin American governments have made significant progress in their teaching career proposals, however, despite good intentions, they fail to have a "successful" educational system. In the present research work, it is intended to determine the perspectives that teachers have regarding the process of teacher evaluation; having motivation as positive aspects as results, since 9 out of 10 teachers consider evaluation necessary within professional development, since they stand out as an opportunity to improve their performance in the classroom. This majority acceptance is reflected when analyzing the results of the application process of the evaluative instruments, it can be seen that on average more than 90% agree both in the way of carrying out the entire evaluation process (from the previous induction, during the evaluation itself and the socialization of the results), as well as on what is evaluated (mastery of their subject, teaching-learning strategies and formative research).

Resumen
The formation of research competencies is a challenge in the contemporary university that prepares students to successfully meet the challenges of today's society. With the objective of analyzing the perceptions of medical students in Azogues, Ecuador on the research competencies that favor learning in higher education, a non-experimental quantitative cross-sectional research was conducted during the period April-September 2022, which included a representative sample of 296 medical students of the Catholic University of Cuenca [UCACUE]-Azogues campus. To evaluate research competencies, a questionnaire was applied; the instrument was structured by competencies and their respective levels of domain, focused on 5 themes: (a) cognitive competence, (b) attitudinal, (c) procedural, (d) communicative e) professional. To guarantee the internal consistency of the questionnaire, it was submitted to expert judgment and validated with Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, obtaining a reliability of 0,947. In the results, it was found that the students had a predominance of the moderately adequate and adequate level in the formation of research competencies. In conclusion, the research competencies that most favored learning in higher education were those related to the selection of methodological design, sample design, data collection techniques, data analysis, dissemination of results and training through research subjects.

Virtual education in times of pandemic the educational actors of the Dentistry Career Cuenca-Ecuador

Resumen
The pandemic left virtuality as a legacy to the new generations, higher education institutions currently have platforms to teach online classes. This investigation analyzes the organizational, pedagogical and technological capacity of virtual learning teaching of the dentistry career in times of pandemic. The study group was made up of students enrolled in the academic period April September 2020 and teachers who work in the same period. It was a descriptive cross-sectional study, the instruments used obtained a Cronbach's alpha of 0.946 and 0.919 for students and teachers, respectively. The results obtained were quantified on a Likert scale where teachers indicated that the organizational, pedagogical and technological axes in times of pandemic were percentage higher on a very good and excellent scale, while students report a higher percentage for the regular and good scale. It is concluded that despite the fact that students adduce problems of the virtual teaching process in the different axes, it is necessary to emphasize the importance and usefulness of this modality in times of pandemic. Teacher training processes must be maintained and reinforced by the university with respect to digital tools and permanent advice must be provided to educational actors.

Resumen
The objective of this study was to analyze the perception of medical students regarding the use of Kahoot as a learning gamification tool. A quantitative, non-experimental cross-sectional study was carried out, which included a representative sample of 97 first-cycle students, of the Medicine career of the Catholic University of Cuenca [UCACUE]-Azogues Headquarters. To fulfill this task, a structured survey adjusted according to the local reality was applied. The instrument was structured in five categories: (1) commitment, (2) concentration, (3) motivation and competence, (4) learning, (5) fun and enjoyment. In order to guarantee the internal consistency of the instrument, it was submitted to expert judgment and validation by means of Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, obtaining a reliability of 0.758. Among the main results, it was possible to show that students perceive Kahoot as a tool that keeps them motivated, committed, and that, accompanied by the competitive element, stimulates their individual and collaborative participation. Finally, it is concluded that the use of this type of gamification tools should be extended to other subjects to establish a better environment in the classroom and strengthen academic performance.

Resumen
It is very important that the university student have a good preparation, with knowledge, abilities and skills that can be applied in their professional life, so efficient instruction in university life is the basic for it, reinforcing said knowledge with practices and skills that reinforce learning. Currently, the game is being implements in the classroom, in order to improve the quality of education in the student, in addition to leaving the professional class that can be repetitive and boring, reducing the ability to contrate and directly affect the performance and later professional life of the student. The present study seeks to know Game-Based Learning can be used as a didactic strategy to improve the student’s educational experience in learning, in students of the Dentistry career at the Catholic University of Cuenca. It is an investigation that presents a mixed approach, with a descriptive -exploratory scope, in wich the importance of the game in the student is learning process is demostrated its approach is quantitative designed to have important information, based on the experience of teachers. A qualitative approach will be developed, with the formation of a focus group that will allow closely the challenges that teachers have and if it is possible to solve them.

The main objective of this article is to analyze the perception of digital marketing as a tool for entrepreneurship in the city of Machala. This research opts for a quantitative methodology, in which a survey is applied, with a sample of 385 people within the age range of 18 to 48 years with a total population of 119,556 according to projections made by the INEC, for the year 2022 The results obtained with the application of the questionnaire was that the perception of enterprises and people is that they trust digital tools to be able to promote or publicize their enterprises through social networks or online platforms, since the vast majority They look for information or businesses on the Internet to be able to buy and acquire a product or service.

Resumen
The research aims to analyze the loyalty strategy in one of the most recognized banks in the city of Machala. Taking into account the analyzes that we are going to handle during this article, in this research we will handle the quantitative method on validated scales, which we will seek results through surveys of a number of inhabitants of the aforementioned established population. It is worth mentioning that we will analyze the customer satisfaction strategies with the services offered by BM, which is why we have taken the economically active population to obtain the sample of 223 people. Next, we present each step that we have studied in this article to obtain results that lead us to the conclusion that loyalty strategies are used to obtain customer continuity.

Resumen
This research aims to identify the parameters of legal assessment regarding criminal action, prosecution and reparation to victims of the crime of libel and slander caused in social networks according to international and national criminal systems. Because the massive use of social networks has caused Internet users to exchange or publish messages that violate the honor and dignity of people. Referring to the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador (2008) where the right to freedom of expression is established, and other legal bodies, however, the Comprehensive Criminal Organic Code of Ecuador places limitations by typifying in its article 182 that the person who by any means makes a false accusation of a crime can be punished with a sentence of six months to 2 years in prison.
It is important to highlight that the insult is an unpleasant manifestation for another person while the slander is an expression about a false accusation; this leads to the affectation of honor or human dignity; In these cases, the taxpayer must obtain a legally classified computer support to file a complaint. It is worth mentioning that this study is of hermeneutical methodology with a qualitative approach, in addition to analytical with a support of primary and secondary sources, the interview instrument was extracted. It is concluded that a computer-criminal system is needed to monitor to determine the people who anonymously carry out these types of infractions.

Resumen
Countries that are parties to various organizations in defense of human rights have the obligation to adopt protection measures in crimes of domestic violence, these must be reflected in constitutional processes. That is why this research aims to analyze, in the ca Sucre County, whether protection measures such as not doing acts of intimidation or persecution and prohibiting approaching the victim are effective in eradicating all forms of domestic violence. At the global level, international codes or laws require states to prioritize the right to the family, and that is that within this group many links are transmitted, in which, various learnings are developed in a human being, if this link presents factors of violence can affect the behavior of a person and these are reflected through the personality presented by an aggressor and by the lack of psychological resources is may continue with a parenting style and patterns of relationship, culture, and beliefs. For Ecuador, the system of protection measures is set out in article 558 of the Organic Integral Penal Code, whose spirit of the norm is to prevent, punish any act of violence against women and the family, even more so when this issue has acquired greater prominence in recent times, this phenomenon becoming part of the study of sociologists, politicians, and lawyers.
