ResumenEn el presente artículo se pretende sacar a la luz los presupuestos filosóficos e ideológicos que subyacen a la teoría del pastiche postmoderno del pensador norteamericano Fredric Jameson. Pese a que las descripciones que se encuentran en La lógica cultural del capitalismo tardío son breves y escuetas, los fundamentos marxistas y estructuralistas que las ahorman ayudan a entenderla. En paralelo, se explica una de sus tesis más desconocidas, la relativa a la llamada «película nostálgica», y se explica su actitud ante otras manifestaciones artísticas postmodernas como la arquitectura historicista.Palabras clavePostmodernismo, pastiche, Fredric Jameson, arquitectura postmoderna, película nostálgicaAbstractThis paper intends to clarify the philosophical and ideological backgrounds that underlie the North American thinker Fredric Jameson’s theory of the postmodern pastiche. Despite the fact that the descriptions provided in Postmodernisms, Or the Cultural Logic of Capitalism are brief and succinct, the Marxist and Structuralist foundations that form them can help understand thistheory. ResumenEste estudio ofrece una presentación del trabajo de investigación desarrollado en una tesis doctoral sobre el problema de la conciencia del tiempo en la fenomenología de Husserl defendida en la Universidad de Barcelona en abril del 2007. Tras justificar la importancia que el tema tiene para el pensamiento de Husserl son presentados los diferentes acercamientos a esta cuestión en cada una de las épocas de su pensamiento, distinguiendo fundamentalmente tres periodos: las lecciones sobre la conciencia interna del tiempo (1904/05), los manuscritos de Bernau (1917/18) y los manuscritos C (1929/34).Palabras claveFenomenología, tiempo, conciencia, Husserl.AbstractThis paper offers a general overview of a research developed and defended as a PhD at the University of Barcelona in April 2007 concerning the problem of time- consciousness in Husserl’s phenomenology. ResumenEl siguiente artículo es un intento teórico de análisis sobre el tema de las fobias y el temor expresado en la paradoja profesional. En efecto, nuestro tiempo es testigo del surgimiento de una cantidad insoslayables de miedos y terrores que deben ser discutidos a la luz del interesante trabajo El Leviatán de T. Hobbes. Resumen¿Es relevante la propuesta moral cartesiana? La influencia de Montaigne sobre Descartes se sitúa no sólo al inicio (como lo que debe ser superado) sino también al final de la filosofía cartesiana, porque la moral cartesiana recoge aspectos clave de la actitud vital que aparece en los Ensayos de Montaigne. ResumenEl presente trabajo tiene por objetivo mostrar en qué medida el tratamiento nietzscheano en torno al concepto de vida se revela como el espacio adecuado para pensar la lógica de la comunidad y la inmunidad planteada por Roberto Esposito. En vistas a ello hemos de desarrollar la lógica de la comunidad y la inmunidad, para luego mostrar el modo en que la filosofía nietzscheana ofrece en su tematización del fenómeno de lo vital un adecuado trasfondo ontológico para comprender dicha dinámica.Palabras clave Comunidad, inmunidad, vidaAbstract The aim of this paper is to show to what extent the Nietzschean approach to the concept of life offers an adequate field in which we can understand the logic of community and immunity as developed by Roberto Esposito. ResumenEste ensayo reexamina la concepción hegeliana de la voluntad libre tal como es expuesta, principalmente, en la introducción de los Fundamentos de la filosofía del derecho. Según Hegel la voluntad, en tanto que conciencia práctica, crea su objeto. Por eso puede reconocerse en él. Esa creación es la libertad. Lo que la voluntad libre quiere no es sino ella misma. Ser libre es, por lo tanto, quererse libre. According to Hegel the will, being practical conscience, creates its object. For that reason the will can be recognized in this object. This creation is freedom. So what the free will wants is the free will itself. To be free is, therefore, the will to be free. Peruvian radio shows a huge diversity in direct proportion to its multiculturality, the same which shows a process full of different influences of social actor which have produced a complex and extremely rich scenario, that is also filled with opportunities and challenges. Beyond the great capital commercial radio are the other radios, small companies, provincial, from church or the mayor or small business owners sons of folkloric melomania, different actors with a passion to establish a new media. The multiple motivations produce a scenario with many types of radio that we wishes to start knowing.

This work is a synthesis of the origins of these audiovisual regulatory authorities, analysing their regulatory functions and responsibilities regarding control of content. It also reflects on the actions taken by Audiovisual Control Boards as a result of their analysis of content and the problems arising from these analyses, along with their instruments of control: sanctions, recommendations, instructions…to conclude that free and independent societies need these boards to exist as a means of channelling their demands against the abuses of the media, and as elements that protect the most vulnerable sectors of those societies.

From a long-term outlook, the shaping of subjectivity is a historically meaningful matter. It has been unfolded throughout different periods according to different patterns of knowledge and sensitive perception. Intimacy is closely intertwined with secularization, as the releasing of the inner self has been inversely proportional to the fall of the ruling characters of the greater metanarratives. From gods to heros, from realistic novel characters to film fiction, and from there to the contemporary anti-hero, becoming finally oneself the narrator of one’s own life.

The essay analyzes the communication strategies used by Barack Obama in order to win the democratic nomination to the presidency of the Unites States and the strategies used by republicans and democrats in the constitutional election in 2008. It is concluded that Obama won the presidential nomination be cause he was the candidate more competitive in communicate with voters. His elevated communication competences, his excellent organization and mobilization strategies of voters and the creativity of his campaign allowed him to defeat to Hillary Clinton’ electoral machinery
