Resumen
Identificados a menudo como excepciones en la esfera capitalista, los fraudes practicados por las grandes empresas son un tema poco usual en las ciencias sociales. Considerando que las prácticas ilícitas involucran sumas voluminosas, este artículo analiza su significado vinculado a la lucha de clases y a la producción de las desigualdades. Son estrategiasutilizadas por los sectores económicamente dominantes mientras la correlación de fuerzas les sea fa vor able. Con poder e impunidad garantizados, los fraudes se concretan a partir de los negocios realizados a gran escala, permitiendo que determinados grupos se adueñen de la riqueza so cial en detrimento de los trabajadores y también de otros capitalistas más pequeños. Se sostiene la tesis de que los fraudes no corresponden a una etapa primitiva ni tampoco a una dimensión excepcional de las prácticas capitalistas. Incluidas en tanto dimensión pertinente en el análisis de las relaciones y estructuras sociales, ellas permiten desvelar las supuestas racionalidad y eficiencia del sistema, y cuestionan la legitimidad de las posiciones sociales dominantes.

Resumen
The suitable information of the documentalist is the overall aim of this research. The new resources, the new technologies and the proposing solutions that encourage the educational plans matters to the conjoint study of document and new forms of information.The journalist should be trained as a documentalist to be a complet journalist. With some intensive subjects or in a organized affluent course, it can extend its knowledge in new technologies, file and cataloguing. Nevertheless, the documentalist with its preparation, cannot defend by himself at the time of informing. Can manage the contents, but does not know how to treat them.The ideal preparation of the informer is the one that fuses the figures of the documentalist and journalist in a single one. The journalist will be able to make documentation tasks, whenever handles the suitable tools, whereas the documentalist, is limited when trying to exert of journalist. The specific aim is to try to define a study plan that achieve that the informer can know how to document itself by itself and the documentalist can inform with correction.

Resumen
The author assesses news and documentation-flows in the daily labour of an editorial team in a Spanish national channel news department, called LaSexta Noticias, where the use of videotapes has completely disappeared in the production line, being replaced with digital technology. The new production environment is bases in MAM (Media Asset Management), which has changed workflows in TV production and, obviously, the tools used by information. After a deep analysis of the new dynamics, the author concludes that the role of media librarians is getting closer and closer to journalist’s one, sharing both departments the same software and procedures in the edition of images, so much so that sometimes both take part in the same level of the production line.

Resumen
Nowadays, documentary films of the silent era (1895-1927) gain value from an anthropologic point of view. In the birth of this genre, documentary films were produced to explore commercial interests and divulgative purposes but today there are scarce possibilities for it to be commercialized or screened. In spite of the fact that documentary films were not created by specialists in anthropology, it is the study of its contents what may make us focus our attention on it today, technical issues aside. No doubt that documentary films stem as one of the best tools we have to outline the human being of the beginning of twentieth century.
