Resumen
This article intends to examine the relevance that it has, for Costa Rican education and for the Business Informatics career of the headquarters an campuses of the University of Costa Rica, that the professors of the career dedicate themselves to the investigation of their disciplinary fields in addition to of their work in the classroom. For the realization of this document, the main driving reference is taken from the "Plan for the strengthening of the investigative work of the faculty that collaborates in the Business Informatics career ofthe headquarters and campuses of the University of Costa Rica 2021-2022" in response to the commitment of improvement of 2019 before SINAES. It is argued that the link that maintains the action of inquiring as a contributor to the improvement of Costa Rican education today is of an essential level, therefore, it is necessary to make the discoveries of the investigations available to the entire academic community. Thus, to achieve this, the imperative is proposedto provoke in the teacher the desire to investigate and that this aspiration is materialized and sustained over time so that, as a result of the above, the educational crisis facing the country is diminished and, In addition, the same career is strengthened. This fact is expected to be the beginning of a complete educational transformation that will have an impact both on the student body and on society in general.

Resumen
Research in the educational field aims to answer questions that arise in teaching practice. Every research process is based on the scientific method and can resort to different paradigms according to the needs of the researcher and the area of knowledge in which they are applied. The objective of this study is to provide a general bibliographic review of some important concepts related to qualitative, quantitative and mixed research. In this way, it seeks to provide researchers with a synthesis of educational research approaches and their relationship with the practice of teaching. In this way, an overview of observation is presented as an essential technique for research and improvement of the educational process. It is possible to verify that researchers in education have at hand the resource of observation within their classrooms, which can be used to continuously improve the work of educational practice.

Resumen
Education has always been considered a fundamental element for the socioeconomic development of countries. For this reason, research has been carried out, developed approaches, paradigms and within which hybrid education is found. This is understood as a combination of face-to-face and virtual classes, where ICTs play a predominant role in pedagogical mediation for this education model. This education model also entails a series of challenges for the educational institution, teachers and students. The foregoing because it requires having infrastructure, resources and technological equipment, connectivity, skills on the part of teachers, among others that many institutions and students lack. Therefore, there are many challenges that must be faced and that must be analyzed and considered as an essential part to make this teaching modality effective. In the present work, a small outline of some topics related to hybrid education will be made, such as Incidence of ICTs and technological tools in hybrid education and Synchronous and asynchronous communication in hybrid education, since they are considered fundamental elements in this type of education. teaching and learning. The foregoing because they are elements that in one way or another are not only closely related to the subject, but also have an influence on the success or failure of hybrid education.

Resumen
The objective of this essay is to reveal the adaptation of three oral expression techniques to virtual classes: the individual exposition, the debate and the cineforum. Every technique’s adaptation is detailed in three parts: planning, platform and proposal. It is concluded that, even though the sudden change to virtual learning due to COVID-19 represented a challenge for the development of the oral expression in the classroom, the use of new technological tools allows for the improvement of the oral expression to continue evolving in those scenarios in which those tools are available.

Resumen
This paper focuses on scientific dissemination practices implemented by Social Sciences academics at the Universidad de Sonora (UNISON). The initial assumption that guides the study is that the policies that evaluate scientific activity have caused changes in the dynamics of scientific production in Social Sciences. From this, it is proposed to analyze the dynamics of scientific dissemination of academics in Social Sciences of UNISON. The study contemplates academics who participate in the National System of Researchers (SNI), which appears as a meritocratic policy based on performance in research activities. For this, a questionnaire was applied to a total of 40 professors recognized by the system; a study with a descriptive scope is presented which analyzes the trends and frequencies in which academics use certain significant scientific dissemination strategies, crosses between the indicators of the instrument and the characteristics of the teaching profile. The main results denote a prioritization of the production of scientific articles over the rest of the products (book chapters, papers, monographic works), the visualization of publications in international media and a tendency to publish in scientific networks.

Resumen
The following paper starts from the premise that the classification of the Cuban regime lacks a comprehensive theoretical framework and a systematic examination of empirical patterns to better understand Cuba's digital politics. Therefore, the research compiles different criteria on the categorization of Cuban authoritarianism, where the historical evolution is taken into account, to culminate with the exposition of those characteristics in the digital political scenario, which will be our case evidence. The study has a qualitative character and is supported by the logical-historical methods of the marxist social theory and systematic review of the literature. It examines the research published on the subject in this century with the aim of identifying the key elements of the relationship between regime type and digital policies on the Internet. From this development it is concluded that another path of ideas opens up as ICTs become more frequent on the island and, while some are betting on breaking the old adages that have eaten away at the Cuban system, through different variants that promote these technologies; the others, clinging to power, have also learned to use to their advantage the benefits offered by the Internet and its range of applications.

Resumen
The prosumer’s role (user that consumes and creates content) is highly representative in the mass media and network society. The research’s target is to know the way that this actor has interacted with the media and its gamified contents during the pandemic. To achieve that, a theoretical framework is being created to review all the main investigations about the topic linked to gamification and mass media. Discursive method is used along the research. Finally, results come to light and show that there is an efficient development of gamified contents by informative mass media, but those contents must include rules and targets as they can generate prosumer’s engagement, who should be free to choose in which communities and contents wants to participate.

Resumen
The purpose of this article is to investigate the theoretical and methodological trends of research in communication and digital culture on digital feminist activism in digital platforms from the last 15 years (2006-2021) worldwide. From a state of the art, a review of academic literature of 190 articles systematized through a search in Google Scholar was carried out, to know the focus of the current research from an interdisciplinary sociocultural perspective. This study provides an overview of future challenges about research on digital feminist activism.

Resumen
This research aims to find relationships between the portraits and frames which Press made about Canarian unemployed women and the conceptualisation and ideas which Canarian workers had about the job market and themselves during the Great Recession. To achieve this goal, we have carried out a content analysis in pieces of news about unemployed women and a discourse analysis in a sample of female workers from the Polígono de Los Majuelos (Tenerife). As main results, we find a gender bias in females unemployment press portrait. Media remain silent about structural and social determinants which make women a second class work force in the market. This fact, besides, affects female workers' self-portraits, the reservation army's perception and in a “will” to become flexible workers.
