Resumen
Introduction: Pulse oximetry is a non-invasive tool to determine peripheral arterial oxygen content (SpO2). Currently, little research indicates which fingers are the most reliable for measuring SpO2.
Material and methods: An observational cross-sectional study was carried out, the purpose of which was to compare the SpO2 values of the different fingers to identify significant variations. One hundred healthy, right-handed volunteers between 23 and 46 years old participated. After 5 minutes of rest, blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature, and SpO2 levels were measured in all fingers of both hands, simultaneously for 1 minute, with oximeters of the same brand and model.
Results: Indicate that in the left hand, the highest average was the ring finger (97.59 % ± 1.45) and only statistically significant when compared with the right thumb (p = 0.001), while the highest in the right hand was the highest SpO2 was measured. In the ring finger (97.39 % ± 1.39), it was only statistically significant compared to the right thumb (p = 0.045).
Conclusion: We can assume that the ring finger of both hands with slight elevation in the left hand, even with no statistical difference between them, are the most suitable for measuring peripheral oxygen perfusion with a pulse oximeter.

Resumen
Objective. To describe the alimentary-nutritional profile of Dominicans residing in Puerto Rico and their association with the time of residence in Puerto Rico and food security.
Methods. Descriptive cross-sectional study with a non-probabilistic convenience sample of 100 subjects between the ages of 21-64 years. A socio- demographic, anthropometric questionnaire, food profile and prevalence of food safety was administered. Descriptive analyzes (frequencies, percent, averages and standard deviation) and association (Pearson correlation and chi square) were performed.
Results. Most participants were women (68 %), with approximately 50 years of age (46.9 ± 10.9 years). The average residence time in PR was 16.8 ± 10 years. The average daily consumption of fruits and vegetables was 5.8 ± 2.7 times/ day. The prevalence of overweight and obesity was 39 % and 37 %, respectively. 79 % reported having food security. No statistically significant association was found between residence time in Puerto Rico and the frequency of consumption of fruits and vegetables or with the body mass index. No association was found between food safety and the body mass index or the consumption of fruits and vegetables.
Conclusion. High frequency consumption of fruits and vegetables among the Dominicans interviewed and high food security; however, a high prevalence of overweight and obesity was found. No statistically significant association was found between the length of residence in Puerto Rico and the BMI or the consumption of fruits and vegetables, nor between food safety and BMI or the consumption of fruits and vegetables.

Resumen
Introduction: Emergency departments must have adequate structural and functional organization, qualified personnel with sufficient knowledge and skills to provide quality care to those seeking emergency care. There are few data related to these fundamentals on pediatric emergencies in the Dominican Republic.
Objectives: The objective of this study is to analyze the situation of pediatric emergency services in the Dominican Republic in relation to international standards for these services.
Methods: A face-to-face interview was conducted, directly observing 7 pediatric emergencies from all regions of the country, which was mediated by a questionnaire extracted from the guidelines of the Accreditation Norms and Standards of Spanish Emergency Services.
Results: The 7 emergency services provided assisted approximately 201,500 patients in a year. Architectural difficulties were evidenced due to the lack of essential areas and capacities due to the volume of patients served. In most pediatric emergencies there was an absence or shortage of basic equipment. Regarding the administration, only two centers do not have a chief of pediatric emergencies.
Conclusion: It is extremely important to have national norms and standards following international ones since the pediatric emergency services of our country have important opportunities to improve the quality of care for the benefit of the pediatric population.

Resumen
This article maps the presence or absence of the Theater of the Oppressed in the Bachelor’s Degrees in Theater of Public Universities in the Southeast of Brazil, making use of the analysis of Pedagogical Political Projects and the curriculum summary of such institutions, in addition to semi-structured interviews with artist-teachers, researchers, scholars of the subject. From this study, it shows the impacts and contributions that the method created by Augusto Boal can offer to the training of theater teachers, as well as to basic education. Finally, it proposes the curricular design of a discipline centrally dedicated to the Theater of the Oppressed as a possible and necessary revolution.

Resumen
The article describes a study carried out based on the parameters for Research in the Arts according to Henk Borgdorff. Such parameters are presented and put in dialogue with contemporary authors of the Performing Arts in order to point out similarities between them and demonstrate the possibility of dialogue between their conceptions. The study consisted of the mixture of different procedures of scenic practice, carried out in different stages and phases, with the objective of systematizing the process of dramaturgical creation by actors. As a result, two versions of a dramaturgy, a stage performance, an open rehearsal of the performance in progress, and a finished theatrical show were produced. A methodological proposal systematizing the process of dramaturgical creation by actors was also elaborated. The results show that Research in the Arts is configured as a methodological approach that can be adopted by actors/actresses-investigators for practical research.

Resumen
The aim of this paper was to propose a possible definition of reperformance, comparing it with the general problem of the relationship between presence and archive in the field of performance art. For this, the historical emergence of the reperformance in 2000s was considered through Marina Abramović’s exhibition Seven Easy Pieces, with emphasis on the analysis of the artwork entitled Seedbed, taking into account its similarities and differences with the “original” performance by Vito Acconci. As conclusion, the notion of “archival reduction” was proposed as a central category for the reperformance definition, considering its dialogical and transhistorical potentialities.

Resumen
Result of artistic studies and experiments in dialogue with the Performing Arts course at Federal University of Grande Dourados, this reflection addresses sociocultural issues in the problematization of socio-discursive imaginaries that surround the hybrid theatrical-musical universe. Through the popular musical theater of So and so, which premiered at the Municipal Theater of Dourados in 2018, we observe concerns that pervade tensions between popular culture and high culture, and that can act as an encouragement in the propagation of stereotypes. The topics of the article go through the recognition of these tensions, through the dialogue with the work So and so, and culminates in reverberations in the academic sphere with proposals for discussions in teaching and research spaces.

Resumen
This article discusses the creative process of the performance of the Odisseia dos sentidos, a circus show that debuted in 2011 and has been reassembled several times to finally constitute a big juggling show of lights and fire. The descriptive analysis exposes the point of view of two artists about a circus creation process, and focus in the object manipulation technique. In the first moment, the work was predominantly performative character, but later it received new aesthetic nuances, in a process of collective direction and construction, which allowed the creation of an dramaturgy that showed the point of view of artists and the public that watched the presentations in different cities in Bahia, Brazil and Europe.

Resumen
The text is an experience report that deals with compositional elements in the collective creation process of the videodance Endless - or I forgot to remember, by the group Tatá, produced at a distance due to social isolation, in 2020. One element is corporal preparation: practices of production of body-world connection as a continuous space. Another element is the relationship of the performers-creators with the camera and its adaptation difficulties. The third element covered is video editing, focusing on transitions. The research identifies Endless's composition as a transcreation. It shows the emergence of the presence dimension in the transcreation operation, recognized as the production of affections. It presents the notions of affection, infinite body and connection, which emerge from the experience of creation.
