Resumen
Impulse purchases of new products have become a key element for entrepreneurs in the commercial sector, since, due to the emotions that consumers express, the demand for products positioned in the market increases, for this reason, sales rise significantly. Therefore, the objective of this research was to analyze the behavior of the acquisition of new products in commercial companies in the province of Tungurahua. The factor analysis statistical model was drawn to determine the coincidence of consumer behaviors versus impulse purchases. To do this, 180 people who purchased a new product in the last 6 months were selected. Findings showed that new product awareness and consumer desire based on enthusiasm and personal esteem promote impulse buying behavior and intention. It was concluded that some of the determinants of impulsive buying is materialism and emotional stability with a high degree of significance.

Resumen
The selection of personnel has been classified as a macro-process composed of several activities. From this point, the objective of the work was to analyze how human resources professionals use social platforms in hiring decisions during the different stages of the selection process. The research uses a mixed methods sequential explanatory approach. The first study consisted of a questionnaire-based survey of professional recruitment with the intention of describing various aspects of current practice (n = 429). The survey data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The second study comprised semi-structured interviews with hiring professionals to provide a greater depth of analysis (n = 24). The data from the interviews were analyzed using a qualitative thematic analysis. The results revealed two types of users. Single-stage users emphasized efficiency concerns, while multi-stage users mentioned accessing profiles as needed. The evaluation of information from social platforms is not usually systematic, but some employers reported that they use scales, mainly in pre-selection.

Resumen
The problem of micro, small and medium-sized companies (MIPYMES) in the pandemic, faced situations of government restrictions where it generated a shortage of supplies of raw materials, problems with the delivery of finished products, among others. The objective of the study is to examine the role of social media marketing in the performance of companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. A survey was applied to 254 companies and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used. The findings show that the use of marketing in social networks is influenced by compatibility, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, in addition, for marketing it has a positive effect on the performance of companies, it even increases sales, relationships with customers, productivity and creativity. That is, the better the management of social networks for marketing, the better the performance of companies.

Resumen
The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of strategic planning on educational quality in the Accounting and Auditing career at the University of Guayaquil (UG) in Ecuador, carried out in the period 2021. Non-experimental research with a descriptive design was used. correlation between the study variables to know the perception of teachers and students; adding company supervisors for the analysis of work and communication skills acquired by students. The data collection was used the survey technique, it was carried out to 3 populations: 76 teachers, 168 students of the Accounting and Auditing career and 80 company supervisors, the latter has an with the University of Guayaquil. For the analysis and processing of the data, the statistical program called Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v26 was used; which allowed to establish the incidence between the variables. Using Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient, results were obtained that allowed establishing that there is a significant and positive correlation between the responses of the teachers that represent the strategic planning variable versus the responses of the students that represent the educational quality in the career. of Accounting and Auditing of UG with a value of 0.479. It was also concluded that the dimensions of the independent variable such as mission, vision, SWOT analysis are positively and significantly correlated with Spearman's Rho of 0.605 and 0.297, respectively.

Resumen
The purpose of this study was to interpret, from a phenomenological perspective, the resilience of university teachers under the threat of a pandemic from the discourses and actions of social actors in the field of university teaching. In this sense, the research is located in the qualitative approach, under the theoretical perspective of interpretivism, methodologically supported by phenomenology and hermeneutics. The reality under study is assumed from an ontologically complex, multiple, divergent context and in a dynamic of permanent construction and reconstruction where intersubjectivity is present throughout the research process. The teachers linked to this research constitute the social actors, who versioned the reality of the study in four (4) teachers belonging to public universities and three (3) to private ones. Phenomenological techniques such as in-depth interviews and focused testimony were used ( virtual); The information obtained was systematized through coding, categorization and triangulation, from which categories such as: occupational psychosocial risk factors, work performance and factors that consolidate the virtual modality emerged. Finally, I present as a conclusive aspect; the university teacher has been favored and strengthened since they resumed their work from other spaces with responsibility, quality, mystique, commitment, trust and futuristic vision, all with the purpose of fulfilling the moral commitment that they have acquired with society to continue in the personal and social training of students, betting on their knowledge and experiences with an attitude of strength, in order to overshadow their weaknesses and face such a situation with integrity.

Resumen
The purpose of the research is to construct an instrument of academic procrastination IMDPA to measure and diagnose it. Whose methodology was approached from the quantitative approach of applicative research type, pre-experimental-post-test research design, for which the analysis used factor analysis; with a population of 1976 people, for which the age of 18 to 35 years was considered. Results, where 4 factors were analyzed, where a variance of 58.593% was obtained, in the validity by experts a score of 0.95 was obtained, which affirms that the instrument meets the criteria of coherence, relevance and wording of items. Conclusion: the IMDPA instrument with 22 items measuring 4 factors, so when a high score stands out, it allows knowing the inadequate habits for academic work. As for the validity of the instrument, the explained variance was 58.593%. The reliability was 0.937, which shows a good internal consistency of the instrument.

Many of the definitions of entrepreneurship are accompanied by various qualities and capacities of a person to make the most of resources and make them more efficient; That is why entrepreneurship carries with it a series of basic characteristics. According to John Kao (1989), the entrepreneur is a person with very particular characteristics. The purpose of this research is to analyze the entrepreneurial capacity of the students of the Tecnológico Nacional de México campus de los Ríos through five basic characteristics, among them: creativity, self-confidence and their abilities, perseverance, ability to handle problems and acceptance. to the risk proposed by Alcaraz (2011); this with the purpose of detecting areas of opportunity in the students of said institution and that allows establishing efficient strategies for the training of professionals capable of undertaking at any level, in turn analyzing entrepreneurship as an agent of change in institutions not only from From the business perspective, the development of the research is carried out under the quantitative methodology, with a descriptive approach and transversal design, using as an instrument a questionnaire with 25 items analyzing the entrepreneurial characteristics mentioned above.

Resumen
The study has focused on mobile banking, since these are concepts that are constantly growing within banks and their use through mobile phones will allow them to reach a broader set of customers. The objective of the work was to determine the impact that the clients of the banking entities have on the mobile banking services in the province of Tungurahua. The factors analyzed were satisfaction and trust as antecedents for the development of customer loyalty according to the quantitative method of correlational level. The results showed that satisfaction is supported by previous interactions, and this generates a positive effect on customer loyalty. Also, the usability and service of the mobile interface show that they generate a positive effect on satisfaction. It is concluded that banks should prioritize an easy-to-use interface and provide services valued by mobile banking customers. Although it is true, competitiveness forces these financial institutions to offer quality and pleasant experiences to customers.

Resumen
In Ecuador there are various problems in political campaigns such as visual pollution, poor campaign strategies and the lack of participation of the candidates in the population. For this reason, it is intended to analyze the impact generated by political advertising on the right of the voter in the Ecuadorian elections. A quantitative-correlational method was applied, based on a survey of 208 people in the province of Tungurahua, from which the factors of persuasion of advertising, attitude towards voting, intervention and trust were evaluated through the statistical technique of factorial analysis. exploratory. The results demonstrated consistency and confidence in the four factors of (Advertising Persuasion, Voting Attitude, Intervention, and Confidence). However, it is necessary to consider the lack of strategies in the political proposals, the little participation of some candidates in certain segments and the transparency, in the processes of electoral campaigns and voting.

Resumen
Biopolímeros são polímeros produzidos por várias espécies de organismos vivos incluindo microrganismos ou, até́ mesmo, obtidos sinteticamente. Os biopolímeros, quando comparados aos polímeros sintéticos, apresentam algumas vantagens, como estruturas bem definidas e de maior complexidade, degradabilidade e reciclabilidade, que determinam vantagens em seu uso. Seu emprego industrial é amplo e compreende materiais médicos, embalagens, cosméticos, aditivos para alimentos, tecidos, produtos para tratamento de água, plásticos de emprego industrial, absorventes, biossensores e dispositivos de armazenamento de dados. Neste cenário, diversos biopolímeros vêm sendo aplicados na medicina no preparo de implantes para reparo e substituição de ossos, olhos, orelhas, articulações de joelhos e quadril e, com destaque, para a confecção de implantes cardiovasculares como stents e valvas cardíacas. Dentre os diversos biopolímeros existentes, os polímeros biodegradáveis de poliésteres estão entre os mais utilizados na confecção de aparatos médicos, dentre os quais, destacam-se os derivados de Ácido poliláctico (PLA), Ácido Poliláctico-co-glicólico Poli-4-hidroxibutirato (P4HB), os quais, devidas as suas características de mecânicas e de biocompatibilidade e permitem um alto grau de modificações e seletividade para a produção de artigos médicos. Ainda, com os avanços científicos das últimas décadas, blendas diversas e modificações em sua estrutura/composição contornaram seus principais atributos adversos como a hidrofobicidade e a baixa adesão celular. Assim sendo, um volume substancial de pesquisas científicas vem sendo realizado para conferir aos poliésteres características específicas e distintas daquelas já comercialmente disponíveis. Esta revisão objetivou a produção, biocompatibilidade e na utilização de polímeros biodegradáveis preparados a partir de Ácido Polilático (PLA) e Poli-4-hidroxibutirato (P4HB), assim como em suas blendas com outros polímeros, na manufatura de stents e de substitutos para valvas cardíacas.
