The present study proposes to verify which factors inherent to the organizational and operational structure of the executing agents of the Food Acquisition Program-PAA, at the local level, that most influence their performance, reporting how the program is operationalized and the organizational structure present in the Purchase with Simultaneous Donation – CDS modality, based on the role played by the Food Bank in the municipalities of Araraquara/SP and São Carlos/SP. For this, case studies were used as a methodological strategy, based on the application of two methods: documentary research and interviews with the managers of the Food Bank in the two municipalities and with the manager of CRAS in the municipality of Araraquara/SP. Among the results, it is possible to highlight that the design of the organizational structure of the PAA, in both municipalities, demonstrated the central role played by the Food Bank for the performance of the program. And that this Bank, at the municipal level, should be treated as an intermediary unit rather than a receiving unit. It also indicated that, although the PAA was designed to be developed and implemented by all Brazilian municipalities, the execution only via CONAB proved to be very superficial and better executed when worked in conjunction with the existing structure for the Municipal PAA.

Nowadays, written communication is fundamental in the university context, not only in expressing ideas and information that have involved social, academic, research, and scientific transformations, but it is also the basis of the knowledge society. Therefore, in the present research, we propose a general objective to carry out a theoretical systematization to stimulate listening: Incidence in the academic-scientific written language of the Faculty of Marketing and Communication students at Ecotec University. It is qualitative-quantitative research where theoretical methods prevail. Such methods include the historical-logical for determining the main theoretical and methodological assumptions. Also, observation and surveys were applied. For the research development, a population of 300 students and a sample of 200 students taking the subjects of Research Methodology and Design of Research Projects were used. In the academic field, the need for teachers and researchers to use written language appropriately and precisely This paper makes a critical analysis of the importance of written language, the relevance of listening to produce academically and scientifically, as well as the main characteristics of listening in the process of writing academic-scientific texts.

The research has the aim to determine the efficiency level of the b-learning methodology as an extracurricular pedagogical strategy in the teaching learning process of the International Baccalaureate Math students; with the main intention of executing the online continuous learning in relation to a plan established by the International Baccalaureate Organization during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hence, it is proposed to develop an intervention proposal in the Math teaching-learning process, through the b-learning methodology and expose to a pre-experimental design test directed to 29 third-year high school students who are studying the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in Analysis and Approaches SL (Standard Level) in the specialties of Engineering and Administration, whom after a diagnosis testing will be exposed to an educational intervention through b-learning to get results that allow assessing, if there is an evident increase in academic performance between the pre-test and the post-test for the same group. The Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the Wilcoxon nonparametric statistical test are applied to compare their medians, the pretest average is 3.5 meanwhile the postest is 7. Consequently, it is identified that the p- value is less than or equal to 0.05; therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Thus, asserting that there are significant changes regarding the fact that the b-learning methodology as an extracurricular pedagogical strategy, reinforces the teaching-learning process of Math in high school students of the International Baccalaureate.

In the fight against the Covid-19 (COVID-19) epidemic, health personnel reported episodes of depression, anxiety and stress, today the severity at an emotional level can be evaluated through the DASS-21 scale and thus know the occupational health as it is handled in the area of these personnel. Objective to identify the presence of anxiety, stress and depression in health professionals in the intensive care area. Methodology descriptive, cross-sectional study carried out in a population of 60 health workers, sociodemographic variables and risk factors to know the state Psychopathological, the DASS-21 scale and section A2 of the ENEMDU questionnaire were used to identify occupational hazards. Results The results indicate that 60% of the study population suffers from psychopathological problems, and this was predominant in the female sex with 58.3%. Statistical difference was evidenced between knowledge of occupational hazards between medical personnel with 50% and personnel of nursing assistants with 8.3%. Conclusions: The DASS-21 scale is a tool that should not be lacking when making an occupational record to prevent mental health risks in health workers.

The objective of this work was to analyze the prevention of money laundering as an alternative for risk management in the Junín Agricultural Savings and Credit Cooperative. The research design was non-experimental and cross-sectional, of a descriptive type. For the collection of information, a survey with 11 items was applied, addressed to 12 officials. It was identified that the Junín Agricultural Savings and Credit Cooperative has an updated manual, demonstrates responsibility for managing asset laundering prevention processes and has a money laundering risk management system based on international standards and national regulations. That contribute to the prevention of money laundering, manages procedures for surveying the socioeconomic and financial profile and origin of the funds of the partners, using the risk matrix to determine and detect unusual and unjustified operations, which contributes to reducing the possibility of being used as a means of laundering money. It is concluded that the prevention of money laundering is achieved with the contribution of updated, approved and authorized regulations, which require responsibility for the management of processes aimed at the identification of illegal acts. The application of techniques, mechanisms and control processes based on international standards and regulations contribute to the prevention of money laundering.  

The administrative models contribute with the development of the companies, at the moment of adapting them to their own needs, they cause that their incidence in the productivity and services offered is constant, because it allows to obtain the total description on how the functions are handled inside and outside the same one, looking for obtaining the satisfaction of the administration, collaborators and consumers (clients), with the purpose of taking the best managerial decision due to the flexibility of each model. The objective of the research is to identify the administrative models applied in small and medium enterprises in the city of Machala, the usefulness of applying them. The qualitative-descriptive method was applied, to know the importance of having an administrative model, knowing the benefits that they provide and through a survey applied to 50 companies selected by convenience sampling that are registered in the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance. The results obtained show that the administrative models contribute to the internal and external improvement of the companies because they are based on strategies that allow them to meet the quality standards in the provision of their products or services through constant business innovation to achieve the desired economic gains, therefore, they are considered of great importance for SMEs engaged in commercial activity. The search for innovation in the construction of buildings in the city of Quito, due to the demand for structures with contemporary designs, creates the need to analyze the systems that are being used worldwide such as post-tensioned slabs, in order to apply them in the locality. So, this document describes the types of post-tensioned slabs that can be made, with their materials and tools applied in their slab; identifying the existence and costs of these inputs in the locality. In addition, data obtained in titling works that were developed in the country are analyzed, making an economic comparison with traditional slab systems making known the economic benefits that are obtained with the implementation of post-tensioned slabs in buildings, through a price update as of February 2020 of suppliers that offer the materials within the locality. Obtaining as results that with the system of post-tensioned flat slabs compared to a system of flat or relieved slabs of reinforced concrete one has economic benefits, these being better to greater lights between spans.

This research work was carried out with the aim of analyzing the impact of microenterprises as employment generators and their impact on labor law.  The research is of a qualitative nature with a descriptive scope, the search for information was carried out through official organizations.  The results reflect that, in the year 2020, 39% of jobs in Ecuador were generated by micro-enterprises, however, this is not entirely satisfactory since other studies reveal irregularities in the existing working conditions, since according to what was investigated, evidences the low quality of jobs generated by them, which prevents their workers from accessing decent and sustainable employment.  In conclusion, it was identified that Ecuadorian microenterprises could play an even more significant role for the economy of Ecuador, thanks to their impact on job creation and economic revitalization, but many times the administrator performs acts that violate the labor rights of the worker.

Social networks have become the most used means of communication by people to interact with each other, and if we speak at an educational level, it is more helpful today to report any type of content through these platforms. The present study analyzes the use of social media marketing and engagement among the universities of the city of Machala, in reference to which social networks are used, what type of content is uploaded in each of them, the level of interactions that they carry out followers through the application of formulas and metrics that will be used we can verify if the engagement is correct for each social network. The research is descriptive, with a qualitative approach applying the direct observation method, the variables used are social media marketing, use, tools, conceptual delimitation, type of content, engagement calculation. The results obtained show a low percentage in the Universities of Machala in terms of Facebook, unlike instagram, the Technical University of Machala (UTMACH) needs to work on content management, on the contrary, where the Metropolitan University (UMET), shows that it has with an optimal percentage of interaction with its users.

The research analyzes the variables of marketing e-wom and Brand love to analyze the bar and restaurant service in the sector. Applying the quantitative method, 285 surveys of consumers of bars and restaurants of the hotel sector of the city of Machala, province of El Oro-Ecuador were collected. For the analysis of the results, the statistical programs SPSS and Smart PLS SEM 3.0 were used. The results indicate that the variables e-wom, Tourism System, Brand love, Digital Marketing have a positive effect on the perception and behavior of consumers. It is also determined that these effects significantly influence the purchase decision. The results also provide important tools to the tourism and economic sector.
