Resumen
Some companies have chosen to implement Environmental Management Systems, under the context of ISO 14000 standards, and not limit themselves only to complying with what is required by legal regulations, thus demonstrating a high degree of involvement with environmental problems. In this exploratory research, the components of these systems (SGA - FONDONORMA) and an overview of international and national figures of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certified companies (from the CONIDUSTRIA perspective) are shown. Subsequently, four local experiences of companies committed to the environment are presented, addressing the characterization of their environmental management systems and the benefits that are perceived from their implementation. Underlying this article is the idea that environmental management responds to a dynamic process of overcoming that companies have expressed in their concern to improve the quality of their products, that is how VENEFARO, C.A. COCIPRE, C.A, COVENCAUCHO, S.A. UNITED DISTILLERIES, S.A. companies recognized and certified for the high quality of their products, through a set of measures, actions or practices allow us to obtain a profile of the most proactive local companies with the environment.

Resumen
The purpose of this study is to analyze the human resource management as it is one of the areas most affected by the changes occurring in the modern world and to relate the new production model for the twenty-first century. It is a documental research. This was an evaluation of these eras in the twentieth century characterized by three distinct eras. The classical era of industrialization, which imposed a hierarchical, functional, where the specialization of the workers was the most important. Followed by the neoclassical era of industrialization characterized by a double hybrid design matrix organizational structure. It was the twenty-first century information age, organizations are moving towards globalization, people, knowledge, technology and results. The changes are predominantly violent and the importance of human and intellectual capital. Comes a new production model which emphasizes the self-directed work teams, it looks for repetitive tasks are performed by each worker machines and represent a source of value creation and strategic business unit. This is the initiative and motivate employee behavior, far more qualified. It has a humanization of the process, since each worker controls his own work because it has the necessary skills to do so. All workers are subject, and not at a voltage of productivity, but a creative tension.

Resumen
The dissemination of scientific knowledge requires suitable spaces that allow communicating and disseminating the results and contributions generated by research. There are various types of events where the exchange takes place, such as congresses, conferences, seminars, forums, among others.
The Workshop is a meeting activity between experienced and initiated researchers, which is carried out in the interest of sharing knowledge and promoting scientific discussion on approaches, developments and advances in theoretical and empirical studies of a certain discipline.
Recently, the Research Coordination and the Postgraduate Coordination of the DAC held the I Workshop on Business Administration and Management, aimed mainly at students of postgraduate programs in management and accounting, doctoral students and research professors.
Participation was carried out through the presentation of works in three different modalities: communications, doctoral thesis works and preliminary works.

TEMNOCEPHALA LAMOTHEI N. SP., A COMMENSAL OF POMELLA MEGASTOMA (SOWERBY, 1825), IS DESCRIBED HEREIN FROM SPECIMENS COLLECTED AT ARROYO YABOTÍ-MINÍ (MISIONES PROVINCE, ARGENTINA). JUVENILES AND ADULTS WERE REMOVED FROM THE MANTLE CAVITY BY HOST RELAXATION. DISTINCTIVE CHARACTERS OF THE NEW SPECIES ARE: NON-PARTITIONED INTESTINE; CONICAL CIRRUS WITH 1 FACE FL AT AND ANOTHER CONCAVE; DISTAL AREA WITH SPINES, AS EVIDENCED BY A STRONG, OBLIQUE SCLEROTIZED RING, AND 2 ROWS OF LONG SPINES, AN INTERNAL ONE WITH LONG SPINES ARISING FROM BASE OF INTROVERT AND AN EXTERNAL ONE ARISING FROM DISTAL END OF THE INTROVERT. THE CLOSEST SPECIES ARE T. IHERINGI, T. ROCHENSIS AND T. HASWELLI, WHICH ARE ALSO COMMENSALS OF MOLLUSC SPECIES. THE PRESENCE OF THIS NEW SPECIES OF TEMNOCEPHALA, AND ITS SIMILARITY TO THE OTHER SPECIES THAT ARE COMMENSALS OF MOLLUSCAN SPECIES, SUGGEST THE EXISTENCE OF A MORPHOLOGICALLY HOMOGENEOUS GROUP.

DIDYMOCYSTIS LAMOTHEARGUMEDOI N. SP. IS DESCRIBED FROM THE OPERCULUM AND PALATE OF THUNNUS ATLANTICUS (LESSON, 1831), PALATE OF THUNNUS ALBACARES (BONNATERRE, 1788), AND THE OPERCULUM OF KATSUWONUS PELAMIS (LINNAEUS, 1758) CAUGHT ON THE COAST OF RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL. THE NEW SPECIES IS MOST SIMILAR TO D. ALALONGAE (YAMAGUTI, 1938), D. EXIGUUS (YAMAGUTI, 1970), AND D. OESOPHAGICOLA (YAMAGUTI, 1970), BASED ON THE VITELLINE AND OVARIAN BRANCHES LACKING RAMIFICATIONS. IT VARIOUSLY DIFFERS FROM THESE 3 SPECIES IN THE NUMBER OF OVARIAN AND VITELLINE BRANCHES, THE LENGTH OF THE VITELLINE BRANCHES, EGG SIZE, BODY SIZE AND SITE WITHIN THE HOST. IMMATURE FORMS ASSOCIATED WITH ADULTS ARE ALSO DESCRIBED.

Resumen
ONE OF SUCH STIMULI TO THE PROGRESS OF BIOGEOGRAPHY HAS BEEN THE DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF NEW COMPUTATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES AS GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS (GIS) AND A VARIETY OF SPATIAL STATISTICAL METHODS. INSIDE HISTORICAL BIOGEOGRAPHY, A WELL-KNOWN FOCUS KNOWN AS PANBIOGEOGRAPHY, FEATURES AS ITS BASIC UNIT THE INDIVIDUAL TRACK, MADE UP OF PRIMARY TAXON COORDINATES IN SPACE. HOWEVER, TRACK CONSTRUCTION CAN BE DIFFICULT AND SUBJECTIVE WHEN THERE ARE MANY TAXON RECORDS. THEREFORE, I PROPOSE A METHOD THAT COMBINES SPATIAL ANALYSES BY GEODESIC DISTANCE CALCULATION, CREATION OF A CONNECTIVITY MATRIX AND MINIMAL SPANNING TREES, WITH THE HANDLING OF LAYERS AND GIS SPATIAL OPERATIONS OF BUFFER AND INTERCEPTION
