In 2005 PROIMMSE IIA UNAM, in conjunction with the Latin American Network of Legal Anthropology Mexico, RELAJU, organized the congress "Legal Anthropology in Mexico". The main objective was to carry out a critical assessment of the contributions and challenges of legal anthropology, in order to highlight and discuss the major issues and problems that have fueled the debate on this discipline as well as the new perspectives that were then being raised. . The event pursued two fundamental purposes: the first of them would constitute in itself the preparatory meeting for the IV Congress of the Latin American Network of Legal Anthropology that would take place in the state of Oaxtepec, Morelos, Mexico, in 2006 —see the report on CD -ROM of said event published in October 2006—; the second would consider the possibility of publishing the contributions of the RELAJU Mexico pre-conference in this digital magazine.

This essay is part of a broader study aimed at reflecting upon what it means to be indigenous in an urban setting such as that of San Cristóbal de las Casas in the Mexican state of Chiapas. In general terms, the content of the essay corresponds to an analysis of what it meant to be Indian in the traditional community environment, which, as evidenced in regional anthropological literature, was understood as synonymous with participation in duties or the cargo systems.

This article examines the history of the mentalities of the intellectual elites in the historical period between 1886 and 1930, that motivated in their political exercise in the radical liberal essence and the visions of nature and the society since the masonry, they answered with the creation of the Free and Lay University, to the installation of the structure of the confessional State and motivated to the consolidation structures of the dependency of the Catholic Church in the orientation of the Public Education. Among these institutions, we find the Externado University of Colombia, the Republican University and the Free University. The ideas of positivism, the values of the nationality committed to liberty, the right to free expression, with the tolerance of diverse thought and the knowledge of Law, Engineering, Medicine, Arts, Business flow into a context of civil-military confrontations that bled the nation by the end of the XIX century, convert some liberal intellectuals into promoters of a peace and living together gesture with respect to the scientific knowledge and ideological and political currents that renovate the old conceptions of the authoritarian and hierarchic state. In the argumentations of the actors and interests, we find the sources of the inspiration and free teaching, in search of science in the form of the model of the free University in Berlin, founded by Guillermo Humboldt. The influence of the Catholic Church through the encyclicals, with the political participation of the priests and prelates, creates the conditions to give a more laic, autonomous response, in search of ideals of commitment with the formation of a State – Nation more inclusive, more effective in the development of productive forces an the installation of a model of industrial and commercial development that allows the international insertion of Colombia. The teaching of science, techniques and industrial models, will allow the development and emergence of educational and university institutions that will forge the formation of direction squares and elites of power in the fields of Public and Private Administration. The school of Mines of Medellin is strengthened, the National University of Colombia includes the lecture room of Tropical Medicine, the universities Externado and Republican will offer the courses of formation that will bring out the Professors and students of great profile and influence in the National Politics of the beginning of the XX Century in Colombia. The mentalities of Rafael Uribe, of Benjamin Herrera, of Nicolas Pinzon, among many, will set the objectives to initiate the civility in the environment of democracy and respect for free thought.

This report pretend to jut out jut out the works that are doing several North American authors (principally Linda Booth Sweeney and David Hutchen, for treat of give Dynamic Systemic to the Childs’ and the managerial public with the use of stories and caricature. The teaching of the concepts and ideas’ transmition since a lot time are doing easier with the use of metaphor, parable or stories, this due that whit this tools, the persons aren’t felling attacking, It’s bigger remembering and the vocabulary that is used it isn’t large that to do its understanding faster and its reach to a big public. Childs’ literature have stories that can being used to transmit dynamics systemic way to the children how to explain “Linda Booth Sweeney” in her book “When a Butterfly Sneezes”, where she shows twelve (12) north american stories that are using how tool to transmit Dynamics Systemic ideas in a simple way. Other important authors that used stories supporting by caricatures to transmit Dynamic systemic ideas and the organizational learning in the managerial ambit, is David Hutchens, who has published recently “Learning Fables Series”, five illustrated book and other tools using like transparency, pocked book that are using as help to assessor and lecturer. Finally, we try motivatd the use of stories and caricature tools to transmit Dynamic System ideas in spanish

This article shows a proposal of the definition of what is meant by methodological competence for foreign language teaching from a configurational perspective. A definition is given to the term competence and from this definition, the content of methodological competence was determined through the subcompetences that foreign language teachers should have in order to be considered competent from the methodological stand point. The results which are presented in the article might be considered very useful, both from the theoretical and from the practical points of view. They can be used as a guide for the preparation of teachers with the aim of obtaining higher levels of efficiency in the formation and development of the verbal skills in foreign languages in his students. Such a goal is of great importance nowadays all over the world.

This investigation it is oriented from a qualitative design, it responds to a comprehensive perspective methodology, that we carried out by means of discussion groups, in which we directed ourselves to detect and to interpret the formation necessities of the teaching staff of four educative institutions of the Commune No 8 of the City of Santa Marta, around educating for a democratic and intercultural citizenship in Colombia, that the  2elaboration of a program of formation of the teaching staff like one second phase will have like immediate effect, and one third phase that consists of taking part before the necessities detected in search of its improvement.

The article gives a description of the work of ACPO in favor of rural women since 1947. Several difficulties were to be faced in order to rise women dignity by a proper education which required a change in social values as well as a new approach toward gender attitudes. Because of traditional constraints this task required extreme efforts in rural environments. By ACPO´s activities in the forties, “from cooking bending on the soil stove, women were raised to play chess upon tables face to face with clear sights”. By this clever process many of them were empowered to ascend into conditions of group leadership and social influence.

With the investigation faces the scientific problem related to the elevation of the level of formation of the professional abilities that is required so that a worker in formation of the specialty civil construction withdraws in conditions for showing a competent professional performance in the spheres of the process investor of the construction. The productive process unfolded to solve the problem had as it contributes to essential theoretician the modeling of the process of elevation of the level of formation of the professional abilities, which in the way in which it was conceived, shows own qualities to assume as a system of phycopedagogy considerations bases theoretician - methodology that nature and humanist with critery of a competent professional performance for the sector of the construction. The practical contribution is a methodology to elevate the level of formation of professional abilities that the workers in formation need the specialty civil construction to show a competent professional performance, and for which, the same one makes possible to assure, to orient, to execute and to evaluate the referred process in the polytechnical schools of the Holguín province, in Cuba.
