Resumen
Sports practices are activities where thousands of people gather who are associated with the same purpose, to feel the emotion, adrenaline, tension and adventure. However, to be part of the rally competitions it is essential to follow the parameters established by the Ecuadorian Federation of Automobile and Karting sports. It is for this reason that several problems were presented in question of high expenses, time and responsibility in the change of endowment of engine parts. The objective of the investigation was to carry out the maintenance, restoration and repair of the system components, focusing on the tuning of the head of an engine. The analytical method allowed to analyze and determine the power calculations. In addition, the experimental process was applied to verify results in the gain of power and speed of the vehicle. In conclusion, the engine modifications allow the vehicle to be in perfect condition for rally competitions.

Resumen
An article template and instructions on the editorial process and the text, figure and references format are provided. The permanence of companies during the Covid-19 pandemic responds to the management skills they use to manage business optimally. Thus, this work focuses on diagnosing the managerial skills of managers to face the health emergency in SMEs in the city of Ambato. As a problem, it was evidenced a lack of knowledge in managerial skills in managers and insufficient preparation of these for adaptation to adverse market conditions. In methodology, it was supported as an exploratory study, it used a bibliographic-documentary research and as a sample it was addressed to 330 SMEs in the city of Ambato, through a structured survey; statistical tools were then used for reliability and statistical analysis. Within the results, there are two sections: the situational analysis and the definition of the essential skills to face the covid-19 emergency in the SMEs of the city of Ambato; consequently, the conclusions were defined at the end.

Resumen
COVID-19 has had a negative influence on the social sphere, harming the ecuadorian economy, because of confinement, paralysis of activities, reduction of personnel in companies, lower income, causing a significant impact on poverty where the population does not have what it takes to meet their basic needs. Poverty registers a high index of scarcity of economic resources, due to the lack of employment where it was in 401,305 people were fired. For this reason, the objective of this work is to determine the social impact that COVID-19 has generated on poverty and other social sectors through the quantitative method with the application of multiple linear regression; In addition, correlational and explanatory methodology for the analysis of the reality of the institutions or companies that are going through Ecuador in the face of the pandemic. Given the complexity of the COVID-19 problem in Ecuador, the main high-impact social sectors were identified as the increase in the poverty rate, standing at 32.4%, extreme poverty at 14.9%, unemployment at 5% and a decrease in income by 5%, which reaches up to USD 116 for households.

Resumen
Given the digital evolution that the world has given in recent times, companies have changed their way of selling by applying digital marketing. Due to the pandemic, companies were forced to maintain zero contact with customers, where digital marketing grew in a large percentage worldwide, seeking to satisfy the needs of its consumers. The following article aims to determine the influence of digital marketing in the purchase decision process of consumers of the Etafashion company through quantitative research to diagnose the current situation around the application of digital marketing. The applied study has a quantitative approach with a sample of 384 Etafashion clients. The results were positive in response to the question posed in the study, demonstrating that if influence between digital marketing and the purchase decision process is observed in Etafashion consumers From this work, new research can be directed in other provinces, where The retail sector dynamizes the Ecuadorian economy, in order to study the purchasing decision process of consumers, not only in the local context and that can serve as a basis for digital marketing projects

Resumen
The objective of this article is to propose a commercial guide for the internationalization of an Ecuadorian company that produces textile goods towards the Bolivian market. The research is developed based on the bibliographic method, using a mnemonic file, the study of secondary data retrieved from indexed scientific bases such as Redalyc, Latindex and Dialnet was carried out, in addition, government data and reports by entities such as PROECUADOR, with this, market information, documentation, licenses and customs taxes are analyzed deductively. As a result of the investigation, it has been determined that Bolivia is a market that supplies itself with imports to cover the local demand for products such as sheets, duvets, pillows, and bedspreads. In addition, it has been identified that the most attractive market for the introduction of the product is in the city of Santa Cruz, due to the fact that there is a greater rotation of these textile articles.

Resumen
This study focuses on the use of financial tools in microenterprises in Santa Rosa city, where the objective is to study the use of financial tools in microenterprises in Santa Rosa city, through literature review and other primary and secondary sources; determining which are the most widely used financial tools among microenterprises and establishing the knowledge needs of financial tools for better management of microenterprises. The kind of research of the study is descriptive and bibliographic in which information was acquired from printed material, scientific articles, books and other resources. The applied research method is the logical-inductive one, where a representative sample of the universe of study is taken to generate necessary information in relation to the financial tools used in micro-enterprises, which revealed interesting data about the management of these financial tools, such as the Balance Sheet, Income Statement or Financial Indicators, for correct decision making.

Resumen
The authors presented the relationship between the subjective well-being of entrepreneurs and the internal facto-res of entrepreneurship, post world pandemic by Covid-19. Initially, documen-tary and bibliographic research was used for the independent analysis of the concepts and com-ponents of the variables. Among these, it can be highlighted that happiness is a term that is close-ly linked to subjective well-being, being positive emotions, a primary characteristic that derives from this term. The main findings of subjective well-being in entrepreneurs after the pandemic were the successful response that some entrepreneurs implemented in their administrative pro-cesses to cope with the health emergency; another key point was the opportunity for constant training, taking advantage of the confinement time. The measurement instrument helped to determine the relationship between variables. With re-spect to the results, the authors applied the statistical method of Spearman's correlation coeffi-cient, reaching the conclusion that the subjective well-being of the entrepreneurs is not affected by the internal factors that occurred in the company, post the Co-vid-19 pandemic.

Resumen
The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of green marketing tools on the consumer's purchase decision. It analyzes the relationships of the constructs: eco-label, brand image, green advertising, applying quantitative methodology with a sample of 385 consumers of bottled water in the province of El Oro, contrasted through an exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, with PLS software, the results indicate that the tools of green marketing have a positive effect on the consumer's purchase decision. Finally, this research provides a better view of how a company applying green advertising can have an effective impact on the needs of consumers, especially in relation to the green marketing branch. For this reason, there is a scientific interest in the research, emphasizing awareness, promotion and care of the environment around the bottled water industry, shaping a guide for future research.

Social Media Marketing in the SMEs of the city of Machala in the textile sector in times of covid-19

Resumen
The present study aims to analyze the importance of social media marketing in SMEs in the textile sector of the city of Machala during the time of the covid-19 pandemic. Applying a quantitative approach, using the survey as an instrument, where 271 online surveys were conducted to textile consumers in the city of Machala. As a result, it was obtained that social media marketing influenced a significant percentage in the minds of consumers, since consumers currently use 1 to 2 hours in the review of social networks and there, they can search for products in a way Quick and easy, it also served as an aid for the textile sector to continue its participation in the market, showing us that the social network most used by consumers is Facebook.
