Resumen
The objective of this research is to identify the different teamwork-based skills as managerial competencies, which are developed by some managers and their collaborators in hotels in hotel companies. The study was carried out based on the needs that exist among various companies in the tourism sector, aiming to know what their organizational management process are like specifically in terms of teamwork skills deployed by hotel managers. It seeks to identify those capabilities that directly affect the factors of competitiveness, especially in one of the most dynamic sectors of the economy such as tourism.
The research approach was quantitative, with a descriptive and cross-sectional scope, involving 114 collaborators close to the managers of the hotels in the city of Palenque, Chiapas. Principally, we sought to identify how leadership, integration skills and creativity are perceived by the managers' collaborators in the aforementioned companies; considering the free contributions of each collaborator, it was possible to define how these variables have been experienced in the daily work and professional environment in the hotel companies of the place studied.
The preliminary results indicate that there is a broad identification between the expectations of the collaborators and the empathy and managerial flexibility of their managers, which has allowed to reach agreements and results that benefit their companies to improve organizational management within the participating companies.

Resumen
This article shows an efficient technique for detection and prioritization of problems present in the teaching and learning processes of school mathematics. To do this, it introduces the Vester matrix as a facilitating instrument in the detection of factors that have a greater incidence in the training processes of nine (9) students, in sixth level, of the Institución Educativa Divino Niño Cormal of the Municipality of Quípama - Boyacá, located in the rural sector. The research had a mixed sequential approach with a predominance of the qualitative paradigm. This action allowed the integration of various sectors of the educational community in the process of detecting the causes that negatively influenced the teaching and learning processes of mathematics in the study subjects, evidencing an efficient procedure towards the prioritization of the problems that presented the greatest influence on the academic achievements of the students. Once the educational threats had been prioritized, a contextualized didactic sequence was used that made it possible to demonstrate that the students significantly improved their academic performance. It was evidenced that the interaction with the student’s context motivates the acquisition of meaningful learning, not only allowing the students to feel empathy towards the area but also giving the teacher the possibility of turning their practice into a fun and innovative experience, developing different possibilities of interaction and assessment of mathematical knowledge.

Resumen
This document presents the difficulties that were identified in a group of 76 students from sixth to ninth grade of a private educational institution whose training emphasis is the teaching of Natural Sciences. A questionnaire was applied to them in which there were five proposed situations which were based on the PositionTime graph associated with Uniform Rectilinear Motion. A quantitative approach was adopted at a descriptive level with a field design since the questionnaire was filled in by the primary informants. The main finding was identified as the presence of conceptions about the subject, so that there is no total understanding of the subject due to the teaching methodology promoted by the teacher. The results show that students have a long list of difficulties mainly due to the lack of articulation of mathematical concepts in physical contexts, a situation that prevents them from analyzing the proposed statements, reasoning about the approaches, and improving in the process of searching for alternative solutions with clear arguments.

Resumen
The research is oriented towards the development of computational thinking through the design of algorithms in technology with Scratch, with students of basic secondary education. The general objective was to develop Computational Thinking through the design and implementation of algorithms to solve problems. The research was framed in the qualitative paradigm through the action research method; it was oriented to transform the current pedagogical practices regarding the solution of problems that students must solve problems with technology. The study context was composed of students from the sixth grade with intentional sampling. The technique and the instrument were observation and a Likert type questionnaire. The results show that the students perform some daily tasks whose sequences allow them to be initiated in the basic structures of sequential programming, which enhances processes towards problem solving. It is concluded that the ability to solve problems can be promoted with strategies that use technological tools such as Scratch, because students are motivated using ICT.

Resumen
This document presents the results of an educational research focused on the political formation though the use of (auto) biographic narratives. Thus, it shows the application of the teaching and learning strategy, “me en-video con las normas escolares, me en-video con la escuela”, from which written and audiovisual narratives are built up about the experiences with school norms. Pedagogically, the research aimed at creating awareness of the political power or thought that allows the group to transfigure the way they see and relate with each other. For research purposes, the focus laid on determining the potentialities and limitations of the classroom narratives to form political subjectivity. Specifically, it draws attention to the fiction as a particular component of the narratives to explore its power in the description, reinterpretation and projection of new ways of being. By doing so, it responds to the need of generating other types of thought beyond instrumental rationality to understand the school world. It is concluded that the (auto) biographical-narrative tools do not guarantee by themselves the formation of elements that configure political subjectivities. For this, it is additionally required to have spaces for social mobilization articulated to formative, pedagogical and politically delimited objectives. Through the production and circulation of stories, thanks to the fictional element, the bases are built to transfigure collective identities, the ways of seeing themselves and relating to others, as well as the construction of a political way of thinking.

Resumen
The Nursing Care Process Methodology (MPAE) is a guide for professionalization in the discipline. Therefore, it is convenient to analyze and propose educational strategies that contribute to increasing mastery of it. Objective: To implement a virtual learning environment on the MPAE that positively influences the professional nursing practice of a second-level hospital in Campeche, Mexico. Methods: Quantitative, quasi-experimental study with pre and posttest, descriptive, correlational; with 52 nurses as target population. Simple random probability sampling. Descriptive and inferential statistics, Pearson’s chi-square, and Student’s t test. The instrument Application of the MPAE (A-MPAE) was used in the clinical nursing records. For implementation, an ADDIE instructional design is adapted in e-learning mode. Results: The representative sample was determined by 46 participants. Specific relationships were registered between the contractual category, academic level, and seniority with respect to performance indicators. 22 cases required training, after this a significant difference in means was obtained (p = 0.42). Discussion and conclusions: Based on the results of the posttest, it was possible to affirm that the professional practice presents greater correspondence with the MPAE after the training.

Resumen
This approximation to the characteristics that define the constitution of the individual as a social subject in the context of a utilitarian society, has resorted to the integral and dialectical vision of the pedagogy of hope to reveal the possibilities of determination of his freedom. From the global governance oriented by a capitalist socioeconomic model, we question the possibilities that the current subject has to assume the commitment that has with itself to participate, take initiatives, and appropriate convictions that give meaning their existence. With critical hermeneutics, Freirean thought is entered to re-signify the proposal of a subjectivity capable of guiding the structuring of identity. Understand the incidence of different forms of social manipulation in the responsibility of man as a social subject that manages to configure the consciousness of himself and of his world, by strengthening its criticality in the act of valuing a society in constant contradictions.

Resumen
Quality of Work Life (QWL) is understood as a dynamic and continuous process that allows the integral development of the employee, in which objective and subjective aspects are articulated and environmental, cultural, educational and social aspects intervene. In this sense, variables such as Gender Roles designate functions, expectations and norms that women and men are expected to fulfill in the various contexts of interaction, such as work, so that certain gender roles can influence the worker, in the functions performed and in the development of their competencies.
Considering that in universities, teachers from their professional and gender roles are exposed to conditions that can affect the execution of their work, health and well-being; the objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between Quality of life at work and gender roles in teachers assigned to a public university in the city of San Juan de Pasto (Colombia). For this purpose, we started from a correlational quantitative paradigm with a cross-sectional design.
The main results indicate in university teachers a medium level of QWL, a considerably stereotyped perception in gender roles, and a weak relationship between the two variables under study and their dimensions.

Resumen
The title of this issue emphasizes the recognition of the person as a human being. Although on other occasions this topic has been addressed in Redipe from ethical, anthropological and ontological political approaches, this time it is done from the social ontology and also from the pedagogical thought, in particular of Freire and Simón Rodríguez. In this sense, Mario Gil elaborates an ontological and social reflection of the refugee, the displaced and the marginalized, their political impact and the importance of hospitality towards the most disadvantaged, claiming the importance of recognition. A matter that can be consciously addressed from the Eurocentric world on which the author is based, or from approaches of decolonial encouragement, among other possibilities. Likewise, in the article on the multidimensional essence of recognition, by Natalia Paiba Alzate, recognition is addressed from the perspectives of Fraser and Honneth, and above all the possibility of integrating in the school the objective, subjective and intersubjective dimensions of this category, if this primordial value for the development of personality and self-realization is preferred, an uplifting good of the human being. 4 Without the formation of a comprehensive and uplifting consciousness, it is difficult to face in a critical and generative way the mental, cultural, social, legal and political obstacles, among others that inhibit recognition. The pedagogical thought of Simón Rodríguez and, in particular, of Freire and those who advocate the comprehensive and active strengths of the learner, recognize the liberating and humanizing potential of recognition.
