The tactic of developing new products through the use of social networks through interaction with customers has become the common action of multinationals. However, for SMEs it is a limited approach, which has been gaining strength as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has influenced the active participation of commercial SMEs within the digital market. Therefore, an integrated model for the development of new products was applied by means of a factorial analysis to determine the constructs that positively affect the use of social networks for SMEs. The results revealed that the factors: technology, characteristics, usability and cost of the product, and empathy with the customer did influence the integrated interaction with social networks, that is, the perception of the product in social networks by the customer if it is necessary for the production of new products. However, the focus on customer engagement on social media did not play a role. This arose possibly due to the ignorance of the benefits that can be obtained in digital platforms. It was concluded that, the study through the constructs implemented for the development of new products oriented towards SMEs, contributes to the feasibility of using social networks for business growth and the reception of customer perceptions quickly and systematically.

The objective of this research was based on analyzing the use of applications with augmented reality to improve socialization in children with Asperger's, and to understand the benefits, advantages or disadvantages that the use of this technology can cause in the development of children who present this syndrome belonging to ASD. To carry out this research, a literature review was carried out through a documentary-type bibliographic design. There are various applications and AR video games suitable and adapted to be used by children with Asperger syndrome, which allows them to develop communication skills with their peers, and their families, in a way that will allow them to have a calmer development and adulthood where they can be able to achieve a life and social interaction with their peers with less fear, reducing their anxiety episodes due to their lack of security when feeling that some situation is out of their area of control. It is important to consider that these AR applications must always be used under medical surveillance to control and verify the progress that children may have while using this equipment.

Social media have become the e-commerce adoption tool. Small and medium-sized businesses have used social media to promote and sell their products. However, many of them have not yet used the adoption of e-commerce, as it can be seen as a factor that influences business performance. This study aims to determine the factors that influence micro-enterprises that use social networks in the adoption of electronic commerce. 104 owners of establishments in the province of Tungurahua that have space in social networks were analyzed using a convenience sampling method. The results revealed that the adoption of electronic commerce through social networks carried out by micro-enterprises is influenced by the perceived benefits and the external environment. The results revealed that owner characteristics do not have a significant effect on e-commerce adoption. It was concluded that micro-enterprises that adopt electronic commerce through social networks obtain increasing profits.

Actually, the whole word isn’t going through a good economic situation because of the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies have been hit hard, others couldn’t continue operating because their resources weren’t sufficient, so they’re forced to close their companies permanently. In such virtue it´s considered necessary that the companies apply strategies to help their economic reactivation, so the main objective of this research was established strategies that encourage and promote the purchase of products from this sector, and so this way to help to increase their profitableness. It was used a descriptive nonexperimental quantitative approach, which through the apply to a poll to customers in this sector and previous studies has managed to establish strategies based on the marketing mix, same as that focus on customer satisfaction with the purpose to encourage the purchase and strengthen the relationship of this with the company, because if they are applied correctly this will improve the business economic level and even the success or failure of the business will depend on these.

The objective of this work was to integrate the theory of planned behavior (TPB), the technology acceptance model (TAM) to predict the viral attitudes, intentions and behavior of young consumers of Tungurahua. A survey was applied to 385 university students in the province of Tungurahua. The data were subjected to statistical analyzes including Pearson's correlation, structural equation modeling, and linear regression using SPSS statistical software. The test results of the SEM model confirmed the chain of viral attitudes of young consumers towards the intentions of real behavior. The subjective norm, perceived cost, and pleasure were significant predictors of their viral attitudes. Their viral attitudes, perceived usefulness, and subjective norm predicted their intention to convey entertaining electronic messages. Their intention to forward useful e-mails was determined by their viral attitudes, perceived usefulness, and market maneuvering. the aforementioned factors predicted their mobile behavior in the market.

Green supply chain management (GCSM) has transformed the business approach as a key to becoming environmentally sustainable. This paper aims to evaluate and describe the drivers, practices, and performance of GCSM among various Ecuadorian manufacturing organizations in the province of Tungurahua. The method used originated on the basis of a review of the literature, therefore, an empirical study was completed using surveys. The questionnaire was structured by 54 items according to the validated contributions of experts in the industry. The statistical technique of exploratory factor analysis was used to derive clusters of pressures, practice, and GCSM performance from the survey data that included 314 responses. The findings revealed that Tungurah companies have increased their environmental awareness due to regulatory, competitive, and marketing pressures and drivers. However, this awareness has not translated into strong adoption of the GCSM practice, let alone improvements in some performance areas, where expected.

The objective of the study was to analyze the process approach in the context of university management, applied to the economic and financial process, as a contribution to the fulfillment of the criteria of the formula of distribution of resources for the Ecuadorian Higher Education Institutions, describing the criteria and parameters based on current regulations. The research that was developed is empirical, descriptive in scope, using as methods, historical logic, analysis, and synthesis of the documentary sources linked to the study object, induction - deduction and mapping for the graphical representation of the information collected. The results allow identifying that the Ecuadorian public universities as of 2013 have an instrument that weighs the quality of the distribution of resources.

The problematic contingents have been related to business ethics, corporate social responsibility, perceived green marketing, brand loyalty, and have been related to the exploitation of the environment caused by technologies, which has affected society. The objective of the study was to determine the influence of business ethics on corporate social responsibility and its perception of consumer loyalty in Tungurahua. The applied method had a quantitative approach since the connection between perceived business ethics and social responsibility in commercial companies was evaluated based on the correlational scope. The applied examinee was probabilistic in a simple random order of 384 people. The results revealed that most of the clients did not perceive business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR) as separate constructs. However, it was evidenced that companies improved their corporate social responsibility (CSR) and green marketing practices to formulate sustainability strategies based on the aforementioned factors.

Social responsibility and human capital aims to raise awareness and importance of socially responsible behavior by reducing the negative impacts on society or the environment. Therefore, the objective of the study is to analyze the variables that have the greatest influence at the level of CSR and human development. The methodological design was qualitative-quantitative, qualitative, when analyzing the six (6) dimensions presented by the ISO 26000 model as a reference and quantitative framework, since it was an instrument validated by experts. The study sample was of three hundred and eighty-four (384) workers. The scope of the research was correlational, since it established the hypothetical criteria according to each dimension (human rights, labor practices, environment, fair practices, self-improvement and active participation). It is concluded that the dimensions that positively influence the perception of human capital on the level of social responsibility are based on: offering quality of work to employees, having strategies for caring for the environment, keeping in mind the opinion of the consumer and the active participation with the community.

The progress of technological development in recent years has been exorbitant, even more so in 2020 where the Covid-19 pandemic has boosted the demand for all available digital resources. In agreement with Ortega Ruiz (2020) who states "building a new society is the task of the whole family, not only of the educational system" helps us to understand an imminent reality where social responsibility, ethics and above all the commitment of each actor involved in the learning process is essential. However, a communicational environment, in our case the educational one, needs a digital environment that enables the teaching-learning process. This environment is affected by a prominent generation gap where the average age of the teaching staff is 45 years old and whose technological mastery is scarce, the need for an action plan arises. In this research work, the authors conducted surveys to parents, teachers and authorities that, in comparison with the theoretical, historical-logical and empirical method; the result covers the application of a strategy containing technological empowerment workshops addressed to teachers and the highest authorities of the school, with the aim of improving the teaching-learning process.
