The present work is the result of an investigation about evaluating managerial skills in educational management Los Jardines de Manchay. Quantitative, non-experimental, correlational-causal research. The sample consisted of 101 people, determining the entire population, the results were collected through a questionnaire for each variable. The results showed that there is an incidence of managerial skills in the educational management of the institution, that in the total of 101 workers it was found that 8.9% (101 participants) recognized that the low level predominates; 87.1% (88 participants) the moderate level and 4.0% (4 participants) the high level; Regarding the educational management variable, it is shown that, of the total of 101 participants, 10.9% (11 participants) recognized that the low level predominates; 85.1% (86 participants) the moderate level and 4.0% (4 participants) the high level. Within the conclusions, it was determined that there is a significant incidence of directive skills in educational management at the low and moderate levels of educational management of the Los Jardines de Manchay educational institution, with a Walt value of 17.854 and a p = 0.000 at the level low and a Walt 23.606 and p = 0.000 at the moderate level.

Introduction The economic crisis derived from the pandemic has led to the total or partial suspension of productive activities worldwide, The Economic Commission of Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) reported that more than a third of formal employment and a quarter of the Gross domestic product (GDP) of Latin America and the Caribbean are in sectors brutally hit by this economic crisis caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19). This has also hit our country, according to IPE (2020) The sectors and progress in mitigation and reactivation plans according to the economic distribution of the INEI. This analysis also includes information from representative companies and unions, as well as other secondary sources of information, that have suffered this economic blow, in our province of Cañete all sectors have also felt it. Objective. Know the impact of the socioeconomic impact of COVID 19 in micro, small, and medium-sized companies in the province of Cañete 2021 Materials and methods. The research was of an applied, pre-experimental type, a survey was applied to a stratified sample of 40 microentrepreneurs from Cañete, according to the research objective, such as the territorial framework, it was validated by experts who ruled applicable and highly reliable through the process of Crombach's Alpha, yielded 0.967, based on questions of impact on the economy, innovation and strategies, before (pre-test) and during (post-test) of COVID 19, using the google doc form. Results. They indicated that before the arrival of COVID 19 (pre-test) in the socioeconomic level, 23% were very well, after the arrival of COVID, none is very well, on the contrary, in a bad situation we find 77%, after the arrival of the COVID (Post test) compared to the Pre test that is, before the arrival of the COVID only 17% were in a bad situation, in terms of innovation before the COVID bad 79%, after the arrival of the COVID well in 55% and strategies, before the arrival of COVID 37% well after the arrival of COVID have improved well to 75, conclusion. The Pandemic caused by COVID-19, generated a health crisis, but also affected the economy, as a result of the increase in unemployment, reduction of salaries, decrease in income in Peruvian families that have less purchasing power, therefore many companies show a decrease in their production levels

In the era of information and communication, digital tools erupt with unusual violence in all areas of human life. Reality becomes virtual, text becomes hypertext, any content turns to multimedia, limits tend to disappear and everyday life takes place in constant connectivity. Men and women develop our activities linked to the network. In it we are “eyewitnesses” of the events that occur in the world, we are amazed by all the scientific and technological advances that occur daily. This reality has determined a change in all areas of society. Who does not want to enter the digital age, will simply be relegated from the world. However, aligning with it implies profound changes in all human and organizational aspects. Universities, institutions with a long history in history, are adhering to these changes and directing all their functions towards the new times. Undoubtedly, the application of ICTs in higher education institutions involves a whole change of canons, changes that range from everyday know-how to the development of new policies that direct university work. The objective of this research is precisely to determine those changes characteristic of the influence of ICTs in administrative management processes.

The objective of the following investigation focuses on explaining how statistical process control reduces the amount of defective products. The type of research is descriptive-applicative, because it seeks to specify important properties and characteristics of any phenomenon that is analyzed, it is also applicative, since a stimulus is applied to the dependent variable, which would become the independent variable: the control Statistical process. In the first place, the problematic reality is presented, compiled through the graphic organizer “Ishikawa’s diagram”; Later, with the help of the Pareto diagram, it will be possible to determine the main problems, to then identify the causes and propose possible opportunities for improvement. After applying the improvements, a 49.4% reduction in the number of defective or non-conforming products was obtained.

Objective: To determine the relationship between autonomous learning and digital educational resources in students of the 1st semester of a private university in Lima, 2021. Methodology: Basic, non-experimental design and correlational descriptive level. Census population of 90 students. To measure the variables, two questionnaires were used respectively, validation was performed under the expert judgment and reliability of the Cronbach's alpha. Spearman's Rho correlation statistic was used to test the hypotheses, obtaining a bilateral significance value of 0.000 at the 0.01 level, therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. In conclusion, regarding the general hypothesis, there is a moderate positive correlation of 0.750 between autonomous learning and digital educational resources in students of the first semester of a private university in Lima; In the first specific hypothesis there is a moderate positive correlation of 0.750 between autonomous learning and the technical dimension of the digital educational resources variable, finally, in the second specific hypothesis it is concluded that there is a moderate positive relationship of 0.700 between autonomous learning and the pedagogical dimension of the digital educational resources variable. Regarding the use of pedagogy, equality was observed in the three initial, intermediate and advanced levels of (33.3%) in autonomous learning.

The objective of the article was to reflect on the effects of the implementation of the virtual problem-based learning strategy on the achievement of competencies in the medical university student. The research was based on a descriptive bibliographic review, using scientific articles as primary sources of information, in which ten articles sent in the results were rescued after having specified the methodological process, these were classified in tables: the first with general data, the second with the results of the investigations and the third with conclusions. With all this, it was concluded that the implementation of the virtual problem-based learning strategy has positive effects on the achievement of competencies in the medical university student, this has been seen in the various advantages that they represent in critical thinking, collaborative work, accurate evaluations, and improvement in decision-making. In addition, it must be emphasized that this will have a relevant impact on the future of the university student at a professional level, since they will be a competent graduate and suitable for the different realities with their objectives that arise on a day-to-day basis.

The Covid-19 pandemic has directly impacted the educational systems of all countries worldwide, having digital skills as tools to face the challenges of the current times that we are living in an unexpected virtual education, which leads to the use efficient use of teacher technology. Thus, this article aims to carry out a theoretical analysis and review of digital teaching skills, where teacher training in digital skills, innovation of digital skills, ICT in the teaching-learning process in teachers have been developed, the article is qualitative approach, which can be part of the pillars of a new competence or knowledge, based on scientific and review articles, in a number of 64 articles obtained from high impact sources. It is concluded that teachers have to be leaders in digital skills in education, conducting continuous training to improve teaching practice, promoting the development of innovative strategies in the teaching-learning process in this new challenge of virtual education, having to use the ICT and thus achieve technological skills, thus demonstrating being digitally competent.

This article addresses the development of alternatives responding to the needs of human groups, especially those who build a vision for the future. Society is in a hurry to reduce the uncertainty of the phenomena that affect it positively or negatively. Our world is constantly changing and the impact that social phenomena generate is inevitable, therefore it is necessary to have contingency plans based on different possible and probable scenarios. The objectives are inspired by carrying out a research work that seeks to identify prospective strategic planning as a tool for national development. The utility of prospective strategic planning in government management allows strategic decision making. In this sense, prospective strategic planning can be used to build scenarios that may occur, and this develop timely action plans on issues of public interest; these plans predict or anticipate the scope and consequences of social and political phenomena.

The general objective of this study was to determine the willingness of local people to receive compensation for reorganizing their economic activities to protect the environment in the Pommac Forest Reserve (SHBP). The research method was applied at the descriptive level of the retrospective design. To collect the data, the survey was applied to 600 residents of the area around SHBP and observation sheets were applied. Through the data processing, the main conclusion is that the people in the area are willing to be compensated for the restructuring of economic activities for the sustainability of the forest.
