The COVID 19 pandemic spread so fast around the world that the number of victims increased every day without stopping. When the compulsory social distancing in our country was decreed through the quarantine, it affected the educational system. Faced with this new reality, the Ministry of Education implemented the Learning at Home strategy to prevent thousands of students from losing the school year; the objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the management and the educational quality of the I learn at home strategy. It is a quantitative, nonexperimental research of applied type, cross-sectional correlational design, with a population of 354 teachers of public educational institutions of the community of Manchay, with a sample of 106 teachers; the technique used was the survey and as an instrument the questionnaire was used with 25 questions for the variable educational management and 15 for the variable educational quality, of the 106 surveys carried out, it was determined that there is a moderate, direct and significant correlation between the management and the educational quality of the I learn at home strategy in the public institutions Manchay, having obtained a r of Pearson equal to 0,489.

The present study called "FTA and export of alpaca coats to the city of Montreal-Canada in the period 2019", aims to determine the relationship that exists between the respective variables within our study environment. The study was approached under the type of applied research because we are looking for theoretical knowledge that can have a practical use. With a population of 30 people who work in companies that manufacture and market alpaca coats in the international market. In this study, a self-made survey instrument was developed, proceeding to obtain results from a database for statistical formulation with the SPSS using our frequency percentage. Regarding our general hypothesis, we have confirmed that, if there is a significant relationship between the FTA and the export of alpaca coats to the city of Montreal - Canada in the period 2018. Within our present case, which the sample is intentional already that was surveyed 30 business owners, directors, managers, administrators and executives of companies that export alpaca coats. Regarding our specific hypothesis, the first one was shown that if there is a significant relationship between both variables of a 0.20 correlation, as well as our 2 remaining hypotheses that also had a significant correlation relationship respectively.

At the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, the world was forced to interact and communicate only with the use of ICT in the framework of a quarantine forced by the virus; educational institutions, organizations, work environments used digital tools to continue with the activities, many professionals from different fields with deficient digital competences worked remotely in the framework of the current digital transformation; the purpose of this article was to know the global treatment in a systematic way about digital competences for professionals of the XXI century, initially we started from the state of the art in the international context and later we systematized the information found in the Scopus database. The research methodology had as design; type of descriptive and retrospective bibliometric study of 30 articles collected from the Scopus database period 2016 to 2021; the result revealed the existence of few studies on digital competencies. As a conclusion, professionals of all branches need in their training and development of digital competencies, it is necessary to know and apply in their organizational and work performance.

Understanding culture is essential for the proper functioning of an organizational system, as it gives it coherence and cohesion through the exercise of a series of habits, norms and customs, keeping its identity alive, reinforcing its values ​​and foundations, and guiding it towards the achievement of common goals and objectives. The study aims to describe the characteristics of the current organizational culture of the Rural University located in the Central Sierra of Peru, through the dimensions of Denison (2000). This research is developed methodologically from a qualitative approach, at a descriptive level and applying the case study method to respond to the proposed objective that seeks to describe the organizational culture of a university in the central highlands of Peru. The data collection is obtained through the technique of the survey carried out with the collaborators. For the categorization, the dimensions of the Organizational Culture model of Daniel Denison (2000) were used. The results obtained showed an organizational culture not yet consolidated, but we consider that, with the findings presented, possibilities are opened to apply assertive strategies if they are built in a participatory way and from an intercultural relationship, a feature so important for the University under study.

Objective: To evaluate the leadership of the director and the teaching performance of teachers of public educational institutions. Materials and methods: The research is quantitative, not experimental, descriptive cross-sectional (causal correlational). The study sample was 196 participants from different educational institutions. The instruments used were the questionnaires that made it possible to collect reliable information on the aspects of the investigation. Results: There is an impact on leadership and teaching performance. Regarding the variable studied on Leadership, it was found that, of the total of 196 participants, 65.3% (128) recognized that the ineffective level predominates; 32.7% (64) the regular level and 2.0% (4) the effective level. Regarding the variable Teacher performance, it was found that, of the total of 196 participants, 74.0% (145) recognized that the ineffective level predominates; 24.0% (47) the regular level and 2.0% (4) the effective level. Conclusions: It was determined that leadership has a significant impact on teacher performance at the ineffective and regular levels in public educational institutions in Manchay in the Pachacámac district, UGEL 01; there was a Nagelkerke variability of 39.8%; and a Wald greater than 4, and associated with values ​​of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Faced with a context of technological change and development, ensuring the quality of virtualcourses in technology-mediated higher education is becoming increasingly important. There arevarious evaluation criteria or dimensions of the quality of virtual courses but there are some that are the main and essential to determine it, for this reason in this study we seek to identify the main criteria that determine the quality of a virtual course, as objective research; For this purpose, a systematic review is carried out with a sample of 47 articles published from 2017 to 2021 in the Scopus, Doaj, Redalyc and Scielo databases. As a result, the main result was that there are three main criteria or dimensions to evaluate the quality of the virtual courses to which they were called: didactic dimension, design-pedagogical dimension and technical dimension. Finally, it is concluded that, in coherence with the objective that was raised, the main criteria found are decisive for evaluating the quality of virtual courses

Faced with the current pandemic situation, people's lives have been reformulated, the educational system is not exempt from this, teaching-learning has adapted to virtuality in all its processes, formative evaluation, applied in Peru, also adjusted to distance education. The objective of this article is to review research on formative evaluation in the current context, identifying within the teaching-learning process, the element of evaluation, adjusted to the virtuality and with the characteristics that compose it. This systematic and descriptive review of the articles in the period of the last two years, provides us with information on the adaptation of the evaluation process to virtuality, through digital and functional tools that effectively comply with the collection of information and its analysis. The reviews of the articles have been carried out in 95% in SCOPUS and their results in most cases are favorable, the perception that the teacher is the facilitator and / or mediator is present in the analyzed articles, as well as the use of digital tools for the application of formative assessment through virtual instruments widely accepted by students and the teacher himself.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the stress and professional burnout suffered by teachers in virtual teaching. Therefore, the need arises to address this aspect and try to examine the factors that produce this professional burnout. To achieve this objective, specialized literature has been reviewed, which delves into this valuable aspect during this unusual moment. Current education is reviewed: interculturality and intraculturality in Peruvian society. In addition, the existence of stress and teacher professional burnout is discussed: reality or myth. We see the experience, professional performance, virtual teaching and coping proposals are presented. Based on the data collected in this document, it is intended to analyze teaching work and provide proposals to face this indispensable factor in the context of education in general.

  The present article "Contributions of Service Learning in University Training", has the generalobjective of analyzing the research published during the last decade on the contributions of service learning in university professional training. A search for scientific articles was carried out in the Redalyc, Scielo and Scopus databases. As selection criterion, the investigations that present results of interventions implemented with the Service-Learning methodology and the contributions of these were considered; articles where students are specifically in university vocational training. The articles that were selected have been organized in tables for the purpose of this study. It stands out as a result that this methodology is being developed, especially at the university level; It has also been included in the study plans at different universities worldwide. Finally, it is concluded that the service-learning methodology has significant contributions in the development of students in professional training, emphasizing that in addition to developing capacities, it also contributes other skills related to their integral development, interaction and social commitment with their environment.

The general objective of the article was to evaluate the perspective of the STEAM methodology in the development of scientific competences in basic education and as specific objectives, to analyze the reality of scientific competences, describe the transdisciplinary approach and analyze the characteristics of the STEAM methodology, A qualitative approach was used from the hermeneutical and bibliometric perspective and with a document analysis strategy, it is based on the review of journals of scientific articles indexed by Scielo, Dialnet, Latindex, Redalyc, Redib and multidisciplinary and specialized databases. The results show that the integrality, contextualization, transdisciplinarity, purpose and dynamism in the learning generated by the STEAM methodology, seek to form autonomous students, capable of communicating, working collaboratively and developing investigative, social and personal skills that help to understand the changing world and respond to challenges by articulating their learning in the different curricular areas. Therefore, the STEAM methodology constitutes a powerful didactic strategy very useful for natural sciences since it contributes to the development of critical, creative and scientific thinking.
