The objective of this article is to make a Collaborative work is a way of interrelating between professionals who have the same interest in carrying out projects, allowing them to exchange efforts under certain conditions based on the theory of administration, which causes interest in improving management. Therefore, the objective was to determine the incidence of collaborative work in educational networks in educational management. Initially, some antecedents related to collaborative work and educational management are raised; later a conceptualization of them is carried out. The research was developed from the hypothetical deductive method, it is a study of a basic, explanatory nature, no experiment was carried out. 722 education professionals were part of the population of educational networks 16 and 17, the sample 252 participating teachers. In the chapter on results, these were obtained with the Nagelkerke test =, 833; so it is verified that, the higher the values of collaborative work, the higher the levels of educational management will be.

The objective of this article is to make a correlation on the management of processes for the improvement of learning in a public educational institution in Peru. Initially, some antecedents related to job performance and training are raised; subsequently, a definition of the management of processes and learning is made, and finally both variables are dimensioned, determining their indicators with the determination of their conceptions, to have a broad panorama of their scope. It was concluded that there is evidence to affirm that Process Management is significantly related to the improvement of learning, according to the personnel of appointed and contracted teachers surveyed, of the Educational Institution No. 1251 "Peruano Suizo" of Santa Clara, being that the coefficient of Spearman's Rho correlation of 0.602, with which it presents a medium correlation between the variables.

High school students show low levels of social science competencies development and this affects the approach on active citizenship. The general objective is to accomplish a systematic investigation of scientific research articles that allows identifying didactic strategies in the teaching and learning process of social sciences. The selected sample consists of scientific articles found in databases such as Scopus, Proquest, Ebsco Latindex and Redaly. Among the studies reviewed, the variables that coincided are: teaching of history, geography, social sciences and active citizenship. The didactic strategies studied proves their effectiveness in the teaching and learning process, where the student is the center of learning and puts into practice the development of active citizenship through proposals for solutions to social, environmental and economic problems. This study evidences the evolution of the methodology in the teaching of social sciences and the change in the role of both the teacher and the students from the perspective of active citizenship, being a great challenge that teachers must assume in the 21st century.

Among the many most relevant elements in the universe of national and international business, are service, quality and customer satisfaction. It is essential that financial or business entities strengthen their quality standards in order to compensate for all the shortcomings of their users. Therefore, the primary purpose of this analysis is to determine the relationship between the quality of service and customer satisfaction in the Rent A Card company Servicentros del Sur S.A.C. Arequipa- Peru, 2021; company dedicated to the rental of cars for the mining sector. The materials and methods of the project in a descriptive, correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional research. Population made up of the company's clients. The instrument was estimated on the Likert Scale in five dimensions respectively. The results revealed that there is no doubt that there is a relationship between quality of service and customer satisfaction in the company in question. It was concluded that a quality service must coincide with the requirements of the users and their perception realities, since he himself is the one who perceives his business environment, always based on his service expectations and finally demonstrating his satisfaction with what was received.

The objective of this article is to make a correlation between the use of YouTube and the entrepreneurial intention in university students in Peru. Initially, some antecedents related to the YouTube platform and the entrepreneurial intention are raised; Subsequently, a conceptualization of the use of YouTube as an entrepreneurship tool is carried out, and finally, the entrepreneurial intention is emphasized as a capacity in university students. It was concluded that there is evidence to affirm that the use of YouTube is significantly related to the entrepreneurial intention of the university students surveyed, with the Spearman Rho correlation coefficient of 0.399, in which there is a moderate correlation between the variables

In current times of the Covid-19 Pandemic, it has created great challenges for Education in general, in effect respecting the confinement to safeguard lives, it is that they were forced to adapt to virtuality, thus avoiding losing the academic year, likewise, Educational Management serves to measure progress in the field, with higher education being called upon to make important contributions to the development of the country. In these circumstances, a review of educational management is carried out as the main difficulty they face in achieving the high quality standards required by SUNEDU, even though they have been integrated into virtual processes concerned about the current situation in the world, adapting to various digital platforms there are difficulties detected. For this systematic review article, there were investigations whose methodology is quantitative, qualitative or mixed, and with secure inclusion criteria, which describes the state of the art of Educational Management in private universities and the real challenges that adjustment has caused. to the virtual.

Introduction. Work stress is currently one of the main problems worldwide because it not only generates problems in the health of employees but also causes economic losses in the organization. Objective. Determine the level of work stress in teachers of an educational institution in Lima Materials and methods. A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out in which 86 teachers participated and the instrument used was the ILO-WHO work stress questionnaire. Results. The most frequent stress level in this work group was the intermediate level of stress with 84.88% and stress with 15.12%. Conclusion. It is necessary to deepen the study of this important problem together with other labor variables.

The corruption of public policies in Peru originated from the conquest of the Spanish. This article is composed of an analytical observation of the municipal environmental management plan and the optimization of solid waste in the municipalities. It analyzes the set of proposals organized according to the specific general objectives and the actions to be taken on environmental management in the municipalities of Lima - Perú, with the purpose of preserving environmental conservation and preventing future environmental impacts. Perú is a country that is no stranger to environmental problems, even though it has a ministry of the environment and each of the ministries has an environmental unit, this has not been enough to preserve environmental eco-efficiency, because there are indications that they are working in a disjointed manner, ignoring common interests, giving way to a conflict of competencies. Within this research, first of all, the theoretical panorama is presented, as well as its conceptualization, and finally a variety of expectations are analyzed in relation to the improvement of environmental management and how the optimization of solid waste could be successfully developed within the municipal entities. In this sense the present study is carried out in documentary research that states the importance of environmental management and sustained decision making in the optimization of solid waste, as well as its impact within the framework of global citizenship, taking into account multiple alternatives that are identified and systematized with the intention of achieving the conception of sustainable development and incorporating the principles of participatory planning.
