Resumen
When before it was unthinkable to consider that within the family spaces could be created to provide formal education and even more so that parents were the main managers in the acquisition of their children's learning, this idea was totally banished, since, as a result of the pandemic, many homes became collective learning centers where the family has been assuming an extremely important role. For this reason, the present research aims to identify the perception that parents of early childhood children have, about whether learning is taking place in this context and how their participation affects the domain of technology. In this sense, the quantitative-descriptive research whose sample is comprised of 500 parents from educational institutions to whom a 20-item instrument was applied to validate the relationship between virtual education and the development of learning. Concluding that there is a significant perception in relation to children's learning, as it is necessary to empower parents of technological tools for a better intervention.

Resumen
This research addresses the analysis of educational management in schools in the jurisdiction of the Ventanilla district, in circumstances in which the country faces a pandemic such as COVID-19.
The objective of the study is to analyze the consequences of COVID-19 in the educational management of the schools of Ventanilla, 2020.
The method used is the qualitative one, in a basic research and from an epistemological-phenomenological approach, with a descriptive design. For this, descriptive observation, in-depth interview and documentary research were used as field tools.
Results. The participants, manifested the socioeconomic gaps and the lack of technologies in the material aspect as in the application have highly impaired learning.
Conclution. In addition to the existing weaknesses in the education system, those generated by COVID - 19, according to opinions and reports of the teachers interviewed, 60% of the
students failed to meet the minimum learning commitments, not only due to the digital divide that is clear evidence of the manifestation of economic resources but
also because of the importance of the social role that the school plays in student learning, harming students with special abilities in a singular way.

Resumen
Introduction. Municipal revenues are to carry out projects and works that benefit the community such as public cleaning, citizen security, public services, creation of parks and for the improvement of the district's decoration, for this reason the municipal tax is considered important and mandatory that it must be fulfilled by the citizen. Objective. Determine the analysis of sustainable development in the framework of tax evasion in Chincha. Materials and methods. The research was developed along the problems that affected the consequences as well as the collection, which showed a sustainable municipal development; For this, 12 questions were posed to the 53 residents of the Chincha district. Results. They came to work based on the result of questions proposed directly from the Chincha district, in addition to carrying out the processing and analysis of data of the questions. Conclusion. They were obtained as part of the process and the Recommendations were established emerging contributions of the research work, following with the bibliographic references and annexes.

Resumen
The objective of this research was to analyze the induction program for novice teachers accessing the public teaching career 2018 - 2019 case study in an educational entity, basic type, qualitative approach, case study design, the techniques that are They used the interview and the documentary analysis, as an instrument, the structured interview guides; the teacher induction guide and Ministerial Resolution No. 217-2018-Minedu that were carried out in the educational entity. The results of this research allowed us to know that there were strengths in the reflective narratives of the professional development plan, on the other hand, the contribution of the components in the pedagogical practice of the new teacher was improved and the professional skills of these teachers were strengthened, although it is Certainly the strategies were adequate, in the virtual mode, it was not possible to review the content as a whole due to the overload of activities to be developed and lack of time.

Resumen
Empowerment is associated with the ability to make decisions and the ability to exercise power in full demonstration of the valid conditions to exercise the assigned activities and those that their judgment deems necessary to act in an appropriate way, in this sense the person assumes a reflective critical attitude to make decisions and transform your reality. This construct in the labor field of the educational professional is closely linked to self-efficacy, insofar as it allows to conceive of himself as a being capable of exercising his will and with decision-making power that reaffirms his favorable perception regarding the performance of his functions to define the guideline for the exercise of their teaching role and how they carry out their teaching processes, as well as the conditions it generates for learning.The objective of this study was to carry out a systematic review on teacher empowerment, considering as a starting point the conceptualization of the term teacher empowerment according to the perspective, as well as analyzing its relevance in the educational field. In this study, a documentary review is carried out to establish the importance of teacher empowerment to act with social responsibility and assume their transformative role and incorporate innovation in the teaching task with critical awareness.

Resumen
The planning of public investment projects in the execution of works has generated that not all of these are executed, causing the return of the budget. For this reason, the objective is to determine the influence of public investment projects in the execution of works by direct administration. The research design was non-experimental of a correlational type and quantitative approach, the sample consisted of 38 officials of the municipality to whom the survey technique and collection instruments were applied. It was found that public investment projects in the execution of works by direct administration have the Chi square value of 5.391 and p_value (significance value) is equal to 0.068 compared to the statistical significance α equal to 0.05 (p_value > α), means that the null hypothesis is accepted, the data of the variable are independent, it implies the non-dependence of one variable on another. It was concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between public investment projects in the execution of works by direct administration.

Resumen
The research aims to carry out an analysis of critical thinking from a perspective of Latin America and the Caribbean. The type of research is exploratory. For the present research work, the repositories in different universities, academic Google, Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet, CIID Journal, among others, were used as a database. 57 documents were found, of which 29 were selected to carry out the work. The five IMRD criteria were considered, year of seniority, country, sector, variables; Regarding language, Spanish and English were preferred. Likewise, the inclusion criteria include research with a publication date that ranges from 2017 to 2021; They are in Spanish and English; contain the variables; have the IMRD methodology. It was concluded that the formation of critical thinking in students generates competencies and abilities that allow them to respond to the challenges demanded by today's life. It is one of the main challenges facing the education system.

Resumen
The present research study deals with the study of administrative innovation policies and strategic direction, having as its object the analysis of administrative innovation policies and their relationship with strategic direction, formulating the hypothesis: There is a relationship between administrative innovation policies and strategic direction at the University of Moquegua; it is the contrast which has followed a methodology according to the purposes, conceptualizing the variables and their dimensions, considering that the research is quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional. The study sample was determined in a simple random manner.
According to the purposes of the work, two data collection instruments were applied, a questionnaire on administrative innovation policies and a questionnaire on strategic management, validated by expert judgment, and an acceptable level of reliability (r=87.5%) and (r=94.9%), respectively, values obtained through the internal consistency method Cronbach's Alpha, in the SPSS software.
As results, there is a significant relationship between administrative innovation policies and strategic management at the National University of Moquegua, obtaining a value p<0.05; with a coefficient r=0.711 according to Pearson's R test, for a significance level of 5%, which indicates that making an improvement in Administrative Innovation Policies, leads to a better Strategic Management, according to the perception of public servants.

Resumen
University students have become a risk group for the presence of anxiety, due to their multiple demands in the psychological, social, educational field and a high level of stress to which they are exposed. The objective of the study was to determine the levels of anxiety existing in the students of the professional nursing career of the UPAGU-Cajamarca and to propose a program of methodological strategies for the subject of mental health, which allows to make the diagnosis on the levels of anxiety that affect these students. In this research, the quantitative method of a descriptive – propositional type was used; with a population formed by 40 students of the mental health course, of the professional career of Nursing of the UPAGU. The instrument used for the evaluation was the Zung Test, made up of 20 items formulated in writing to the students. The results show mainly that 25% of the study population has moderate to minimal anxiety. It is concluded that the anxiety levels of the students can be reduced with the application of a program of methodological strategies, being the level of Moderate or minimum anxiety the one that occurs with the highest incidence. It is recommended to disseminate the theoretical and methodological foundations that accompany the proposal, because they help to counteract the levels of anxiety in students, as well as their insertion in the teaching pedagogical proposal.

Resumen
In this investigation it is intended to establish whether banking institutions have the necessary tools to detect and report fraudulent transactions, therefore, the investigation had the objective of delimiting the consequences of fraud, money laundering in the national financial system by implementing of a set of processes and supervisions that allow the early detection and reporting of fraudulent transactions in the national banking system. This work is carried out with a descriptive method, qualitative approach, of a basic type with a design based on the phenomenological study. The techniques were the interview, the documentary analysis and the observation. The sample was 3 bank officials who are specialists in corruption, fraud and money laundering issues. The results are that our institution carries out competent work with the qualification of the personnel in charge of detecting in an early and timely manner the operations of possible fraud and unusual customer transactions, proceeding to the investigation as a suspicious report and on diligence in the risk of laundering. of assets. We conclude that money laundering fraud is a financial and economic crime that negatively affects national institutions. In addition, the established regulations must be controlled and updated with permanent surveillance and monitoring, so that the country's economy and its inhabitants are not affected by these crimes.
