Introduction. During the times of a pandemic, the mathematics teacher changed his methodology and didactics to accommodate virtual classes; however, this change has not taken into account the way students learn, who have their own learning style. Due to this, the student has shown demotivation and even withdrawal from the course or career. Objective. Determine the learning styles of the first cycle students of the mathematics for architecture course, according to the David Kolb model. Materials and methods. The research was descriptive, and it was carried out on the population of 68 students in the second semester of 2021, to whom the Kolb learning styles test was applied on the first day of class. Results. The assimilating style predominates with 74%, then convergent with 16%, divergent with 8%, and accommodating with 2%. Conclusion. Knowing the learning styles of the students can favor the teacher to prepare their classes, change the methodology of it and look for new strategies that allow to increase the motivation of the students.

The study was developed through cross-sectional descriptive research. The multifactorial leadership questionnaire and the key performance indicators were used as instruments, which were applied digitally through Google forms. The population was 151 workers and the probability sampling technique. The results made it possible to determine the guidelines of transformational leadership are practiced in 74%, transactional leadership in 77% and 9% of laissez-faire. The level of digital transformation had an increase of 19% in the fourth quarter compared to the first quarter of the year, evidencing in practice the implementation of automation mechanisms, use of digital media and documents, and implementation of technology. It was concluded through the literary and theoretical review that to face technological progress, the transformation leadership style with all its dimensions is the most appropriate since it encourages development, innovation, and knowledge management.

The evaluation of learning in virtual environments allows the use of a series of technological tools that generate efficiency when working with students and is of great importance to complement the training process. The objective is to carry out a systematic review of how is the evaluation of learning through virtual environments in university students during the period 2016-2021. With a methodology based on the systematic review of scientific articles, a quantitative-retrospective approach, a non-experimental, cross-sectional bibliometric design. To this end, scientific articles directly related to the variable under study were analyzed in journals registered in high-impact databases; information acquired through advanced search, using Boolean operators such as AND and OR, as well as inclusion and exclusion criteria, finally obtaining 25 scientific articles as a sample. The results reveal that, in a higher percentage, the use of virtual environments is accepted in the evaluation of university learning. Concluding that teachers and students are satisfied, considering virtual environments as an adequate and acceptable methodological alternative, when meeting the objectives set in the monitoring, evaluation and co-evaluation of learning, raising the quality of university teaching.

Introduction: The development of science and technology has been modifying the ways of teaching and learning in schools, the performance of the teacher has taken on a very important role to contribute to the educational quality and to be able to obtain better achievements in the students. Objective: To establish generalities about the act of teaching performance in basic education, taking into account their definitions, characteristics that many authors point out, establishing similarities or differences that contribute to educational quality. Materials and methods: A systemic bibliographic review was carried out that included original and review articles published from 2016 to 2021, with the keyword: performance, teacher performance and teacher professional performance, allowing analysis and selection on the subject. Results: The systematization of information related to teaching performance allowed to establish generalities but also the need to include criteria that teaching performance must consider in these times. Conclusion: The teaching performance shows the teaching practice that in turn involves many aspects, therefore it is necessary to continue defining practices and theories that support the teacher and his performance in these times after the pandemic.

This research sought to corroborate the co-existence of job satisfaction and productivity of workers in a state entity. Therefore, its objective was to determine the relationship between them, in the period 2021. His approach was quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational. The population was 86 workers, and its sample was 70. Its variables were job satisfaction and productivity. The technique used was the survey, the instrument used was the questionnaire, with a Likert scale, aimed at workers in a State entity.  Through expert judgment, the validity of the instrument was determined, where it was found applicable; in addition, the result of Cronbach's Alpha reliability was 0.80. The inferential results, using the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.618, demonstrating a moderate association between the variables. Finally, it was concluded that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and the productivity of workers in a State entity during the 2021 period.

Within the framework of the new normal that we are experiencing worldwide as a consequence of the health emergency caused by the COVID 19 Pandemic, The inverted classroom or Flipped classroom stands as one of the innovative methodological strategies to provide a quality educational service against a traditional teaching, in which not only students can be involved but also parents, whose role in learning is of vital importance. The objective of this research is to identify, based on descriptive systematic reviews of scientific articles, how the flipped classroom strategy allows learning by competencies in the context of the Pandemic. The reviews of the articles have been carried out in a period of the last two years, with SCOPUS being used in 96% as a consultation database. The results found mostly assert the positive implication of the flipped classroom strategy for student learning.

The article reviews research by various authors exhaustively analyzing distributed leadership for continuous improvement in educational organizations, oriented to collaborative, organizational, participatory and democratic work, promoting a shared vision of common goals and objectives, contributing to educational quality and job satisfaction. Objective. Carry out a descriptive and bibliographic review that allows us to identify distributed leadership as a new pedagogical culture in school organizations for improvement processes, a very important factor to contribute to school effectiveness, teacher performance contributing to continuous improvement. Materials and method. The search was characterized by the type of descriptive and documented review, since the procedure involves phases such as: the tracking, organization, systematization and analysis of a set of textual documents and national and international databases, taking into account three basic moments such as exploration, targeting and deepening. Results. We find that there are high reliability values, in addition, they are evidenced as educational organizations of distributed leadership modalities, give way to changes at the internal level, which have an impact on educational improvement. Conclusion. The research may be of use to researchers, educational leaders and professionals in the different areas, levels and modalities of the educational field.

The teaching methodology has always been one of the tasks that the teacher has in the teaching-learning process; In the times of COVID, the teaching methodology changed radically, we were faced with a process of social isolation, therefore a physically empty classroom process due to the real exchange of the use of technology, use of 2.0 and 3.0. The objective, through didactic strategies, seeks that the country's universities are promoters of learning capacity to adapt to this reality, reinvention, exchange of knowledge and experiences as mentioned (Picón, 2020), in his research " Virtual education in times of pandemic”. Materials and methods, based on the bibliographic review of articles. Result, higher education is part of a distance learning process, it has been shown that this type of teaching methodology can be carried out (Henrique, 2020). The conclusions of the analysis of these investigations cited by the authors reveal positive results in relation to remote classes, the proposed methodological design and in relation to the application of activities and evaluations based on the use of active methodologies. Remote classes as a new didactic-pedagogical approach.

The objective of this research was to carry out a systematic review from 2020 to 2021, on virtual university student tutoring in times of pandemic. The study carried out was a systematic review of scientific literature, since it allows us to identify, evaluate, interpret and synthesize all existing and relevant research on a topic of particular interest. However, we will carry out an analytical-exploratory exercise, and it was used as a technique define, as a specialized database for the search, platforms that will house scientific literature journals such as Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc and Latindex. The data collected was processed using the Microsoft excel program and as a general conclusion, regarding virtual university student tutoring in times of pandemic, there is a general tendency to highlight that the success of virtual university student tutoring is only possible if the tutor is the guide, facilitator, counselor and liaison in learning. This article presents a systematic review of the literature on virtual university student tutoring.
