Resumen
At present, information and communication technology and its use as a pedagogical tool has caused great relevance for the benefit of the teaching-learning process. Objectives Analysis, description and establish the importance of information and communication technologies within the educational field. Methodology, documentary or bibliographic research was applied and thus be able to validate conceptualizations that were relevant: Conclusions It will be possible to obtain a quality education through the use of information and communication technology at all educational levels and thus generate a positive change in academics and intellectual.

Resumen
Objective: To carry out an analysis of the literary production related to the management of human talent as a resource used by public management to increase its competitiveness, through a bibliographic review and under the New Public Management (NGP) approach. Materials and methods: Scientific articles published in the last 5 years in internationally renowned journals were used. Applying the first filter, that of agreement with the title, two more were applied to the articles found: that of agreement with the objective of our research and that were related to the public sector. Results: From a total of 50 articles, 20 were finally chosen, the same ones that developed the context of human management as a tool to achieve an improvement in the public sector, based on these, a description of the subject is made. Conclusion: Talent management represents an important tool for public organizations because, if done correctly, it is of great help to increase their productivity.

Resumen
The coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) caused a total turn around the world, such as the closure of schools, universities and institutes. Distance education for its benefits of flexibility in time and space is an option for people to continue with their education and an immediate solution to respond to this emergency. This literature review is descriptive as it reviews the literature. Its objective is the approximation of the different conceptions of distance education, the benefits and the important role played by the actors, the teacher and the student through the interaction of both. The methodology is of a documentary type because it investigates, selects and reviews the literature of various research articles on the subject. It is concluded that distance education is a flexible offer that generates great interest in students to continue their education. It allows the development of student autonomy as well as development in the use of technology and, in the current context of the pandemic, they are an option that allows us to face the problem of closing schools, institutes and universities.

Resumen
The objective of the research is to carry out a bibliographic review on the problematic factors related to nomophobia in adolescents and young people, the design has a qualitative approach, a bibliographic search was made in the databases of ProQuest, Scielo, Scopus, Ebscohost, Redalyc; The initial sample consisted of 100 articles, of which 35 met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, it was taken into account: title, abstract, methodology and duplication, for the exclusion the articles that were not related to the variable to be analyzed were removed and the magazines that were not indexed. The findings show that nomophobia can lead to problematic repercussions related to mental and physical health, affective problems, antisocial, academic and work problems.

Resumen
The present investigation studies the composition of the advertising visual messages in artisanal foods of the Productive Showcase of Tungurahua, based on the design of the information. Its objective is to understand the configuration of the advertising image under the analysis of compositional, social and cultural elements. It is the visual language that allows the articulation of advertising messages without any distinction regarding the product or service. The configuration of the image is analyzed from the discourse generated by the companies and their products. A qualitative research useful for the observation of aspects related to the visual is carried out. Techniques such as discourse analysis and observation and instruments such as the observation record are used. The object of study comprises 82 advertising displays made by students from two preparatory cycles of the graphic design career at the Technical University of Ambato. His contribution contributes to the development of communication graphics with tools for the creation of a communicative, simple, clear and universal discourse, designed for the user. The result shows the image as the representation of the object itself, arranged on a device (display) whose image is a two- or three-dimensional scheme.

Resumen
Introduction. Professional practices are a process of university extension that allows thestrengthening of competences in young university students. The relationship between university and companies has been distant, depending on its purposes, however, in the face of changes in modern processes, transformations have occurred. Objective. To demonstrate the construction of the State of the Art around remote professional practices in accounting university students as an alternative to confinement. Materials and methods. The research was developed through the systematization of information derived from the implementation of the logical framework methodology for the construction of the state of the art. Results. The transformations that the professional practices have through confinement led to the adaptation of the exercise through virtual processes, thereby allowing the democratization of the opportunities of professional practice not only in the local context but also the international one. Conclusion. It is expected that, with the adaptations within the face-to-face university dynamics, the professional practice can continue to be promoted from the virtual stage, likewise, the lines of development of the continuity of the research were drawn, determining its transformations in the axiological, formative and socio-productive.

Resumen
Introduction. Face-to-face education has been abruptly replaced by virtual education in the face of the pandemic since 2020. In this context, difficulties of a structural nature were made visible, such as the lack of technological tools, of personnel in terms of ignorance of ICTs and didactics that teachers were to use. Objective. To determine the perception of engineering students about the didactic strategies in the virtual classes of teachers in a public university in Lima, 2021. Materials and methods. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect information. The research was of a quantitative type with a descriptive cross-sectional design. Results. 50 % have a perception that teachers use teaching strategies in virtual classes. Conclusion. The students' perception of teaching strategies in virtual engineering classes is mostly favorable; with an acceptance of 62 % the activation strategy; 61 %, the organization of the learning strategy; to a lesser extent, with 48 % the evaluation strategy; and with 29 %, the feedback strategy. This result indicates that it should be consolidated in the teaching tools and didactic strategies in virtual classes.

Resumen
This study aimed to determine the relationship between administrative management and the Work Climate in teachers and administrators. The research was carried out in Guayaquil - Ecuador, during the year 2016, in the educational institution "Vicente Ramón Roca". The study was processed under the quantitative method. The research was of correlational type, a descriptive - correlational design was used, the sample that was selected consisted of 24 workers. The information collection was carried out by applying an opinion questionnaire on administrative management and another questionnaire on labor climate, applied to teachers and administrators, which were validated through the respective validation matrix. Pearson's statistical tests r and the student's t were used to analyze the information, which allowed to determine the relationship between the variables and test the hypotheses. The results of the statistical analysis showed a predominance of the level of regular Administrative Management with 0.73% and a prevalence of the Labor Climate with 0.80%. They also determined that there is a significant relationship between the two variables. The degree of relationship according to the Pearson r coefficient was 547 ** indicating that the correlation is moderate, direct and significant at 0.01 level.

Resumen
Social networks play an important role in the teaching-learning process, due to the multiple advantages they provide such as communication, teamwork, feedback, active and social learning, favoring the continuous interaction of all those involved in the process, supporting collaborative learning activities. The objective was to carry out a systematic review to know the role of social networks in the teaching-learning process in university students during the period 2016-2021. With a methodology based on the systematic review of scientific articles, a quantitative - retrospective approach, a non-experimental, cross-sectional bibliometric design. Only scientific articles related directly to the variable under study were examined, in journals registered in databases such as DOAJ, EBSCO, ERIC, SciELO and REDIB, making use of Boolean operators such as AND and OR, taking into account inclusion and exclusion criteria. finally obtaining 30 scientific articles as a sample results reveal that the use of social networks constitutes a favorable resource for learning. They conclude that it has a positive impact on student-centered learning, allows updating knowledge and providing feedback, developing collaborative strategies, proposing its incorporation into Higher Education, with disadvantages such distraction and deconcentration in the process.

Resumen
Introduction: When talking about the modality of Ecuadorian senior athletic relays 4 x 100 m in both sexes, it is frequent to observe, within the national scope in Ecuador, that in that race the levels of technical efficiency are unknown. Objective: To determine the technical efficiency of the Ecuadorian senior athletic relays in the 4 x 100m test in the four-year period 2016-2019. Methods: The research is descriptive, documentary, and prospective, using the R&D&I criterion, as the results already existing in the databases of the Ecuadorian Athletics Sports Federation (FEA), the Provincial Sports Federation of Tungurahua, the Provincial Federations, and data from the archives of the coaches themselves were used. To do this, the sum of the individual times in 100 m of the four runners was subtracted, the competitive time in the relay 4 x 100 m. Methodology: Statistical techniques of central tendency were applied, percentile values. Results: It is possible to establish the scales to classify the Ecuadorian 100 m senior runners and the scales to determine the technical efficiency of the 4 x 100 m relays in the senior age group. Conclusions. In the research, a methodological instrument is achieved that evaluates the levels of technical efficiency of this test in both sexes.
