Strategic marketing actions not only allow you to create directional guidelines in the commercial planning of a company, but also favor its strategic planning. Marketing currently performs an essential work in the business sector and is applied more and more in tourism companies, considering that for the service industry, the intangibility of the product is very important when it comes to satisfying the customer. This research started from the need that exists in the Recreational-Sports Center “Habana Golf Club” to create marketing actions that contribute to the commercial planning of the center. Therefore, the development of strategic marketing actions was determined as the main objective. For this, a theoretical-methodological analysis of the subject and an external and internal characterization of the organization were carried out, which allowed, with the application of strategic tools such as the cross-impact matrix, to determine its current situation and to propose the necessary marketing actions in the installation through the methodology applied by Antoni Serra in his book Marketing Turístico. Techniques and procedures such as semi-structured interviews and direct scientific observation were used. During the development of the proposed phases, objectives and strategic lines of action were defined and their implementation, through the design of an action plan in the final phase of the chosen methodology.

The training of the business coach has an impact on the development of organizations. The purpose of the following study is to identify the training needs of the business trainer in hotels in the tourist destination of Varadero. As a suitable scenario, a hotel was selected from each hotel group (Cubanacán, Gran Caribe and Islazul). For this, a self-made survey was used that contains general data eight questions, where the answers are quick and simple marking. The results of the diagnosis show the difficulties in training actions to contribute to the successful performance of business trainers. The most pointed weaknesses are inscribed in what refers to the teaching methodology, the mastery of participatory techniques, the updating of knowledge systems, ICT skills. They also present insufficiencies in relation to participation in training courses, methodological activities and participation in events. Among the strengths are the initial training for the performance of their duties and the years of professional experience of the workers.

The objective of the research was to determine the expectations of the students regarding the use of artificial intelligence for dentomaxillofacial imaging Materials and methods This study is a descriptive, current quantitative research, the population of this research had the participation of 283 people, 183 students of Dentistry at the Catholic University of Cuenca in fourth cycle and eighth cycle, specifically those who took the imaging subject in practically equal proportions. On the other hand, radiologists participated, including those who only practiced radiology and teaching radiologists. Information collected from radiologists and teaching radiologists. Results Little knowledge by students and teachers of the subject, high percentages in relation to teaching-learning strategy. Low level that the radiologist will be replaced by artificial intelligence. Little familiarity with the subject, limiting artificial intelligence as a teaching and learning strategy in a positive way for both the professional and the students for the anatomical and pathological field and that the radiologist will not be replaced by Artificial Intelligence.

Entrepreneurship is positioned as relevant element in the tourism sector, due to its ability to create creative and innovative products. On an international scale, cycling tourism is a rapidly growing activity, which is why it is a trend in the development of projects of an entrepreneurial nature. The objective of this research is to propose a business plan for a cycle tourism services venture in Artemisa, Cuba. The proposed business idea was developed under the methodology of the Canvas model, where the use of different scientific methods both theoretical and empirical, allowed the collection, processing and analysis of bibliographic information regarding the demand for the proposed undertaking and the environment, as well as information statistics resulting from the processing of the applied questionnaires. As the main result of the investigation, the proposal of the Artemisa Ride´s Bike enterprise stands out, which is projected as a business that seeks to approach the historical, cultural and natural heritage of Artemisa, strengthened in the practice of cycling activity. Likewise, the target demand segment of the enterprise and the characteristics and preferences that typify it were determined, which constituted the basis for the definition of the elements that make up the Canvas methodology. Finally, it was shown that the company is feasible from a qualitative and quantitative point of view; this way it has an optimal projection for its implementation.

The descriptive exploratory research had the objective of proposing neuromarketing actions for the tourist promotion of the Cuba destination on the Cubatravel website. The consumer's cognitive processes were described: attention, emotion and memory, which determine their behavior in the face of advertising stimuli during the purchase process. Web analytics tools and a survey of digital users were applied on the eye-tracking biometric technique. The qualitative and quantitative were integrated, with multivariate analysis methods. As main results, the portal needs to be improved, essentially its attractiveness, usability and web quality, as it does not meet many of the expectations of its users in terms of promotional effectiveness. The proposed action plan was validated by a group of experts from neuroscience, psychology, tourism and informatics, using the Delphi method and the ANOCHI coefficient as very adequate. It is an added value to the current promotion that is carried out in Cubatravel. The gradual advance in brain research and its understanding will make practical application in the advertising scene foreseeable.

One of the fundamental problems in mathematics, on the part of the students of the BGU, is the operations with vectors, by the different corresponding graphic methods and hence its importance of study and search for a process to be carried out, that possesses creativity, dynamism, easy to use and more advantages in favor of the learner, provided by the GeoGebra program. For the methodology of teaching mathematics, it is necessary that the teacher together with the student explore the different possibilities of solving the exercises and join the traditional. What follows is that technology was not previously incorporated, such as a comparison between graphical and analytical methods of dichotomous interaction of theory and practice carried out in GeoGebra and applying ICT, with the traditional ones carried out on the blackboard; such as differences in time savings, accuracy in graphics, creativity, etc., so that the student is the direct observer of their changes and successes in understanding. Even more so when we carry out an investigation of students from the rural sector and their deficiencies for the management of technology.

The use of information technologies in the classroom is increasingly important, since students are exposed to various devices with which they access information through the observation of audiovisual material. Consequently, teaching staff must be trained and updated in digital skills for the development of teaching material. The objective of the research work was to analyze teaching digital skills and their influence on initial and nursery education activities at the San Francisco de Gualleturo School. The study had a qualitative approach; the interview technique was applied to a total of 3 teachers and the categories were analyzed: knowledge, use and development of digital teaching resources. Among the main results, it was obtained that teachers know various digital tools; however, they require training to optimize their use. The development of training in digital tools for the preparation of 2D and 3D presentations was proposed, as well as the incorporation of the use of digital calendars. It was concluded that the use of digital teaching resources increases children's interest in content.

The present investigation was elaborated with the objective of knowing the perspective of the basic general education teachers of the Luis Rogerio González educational unit of the city Azogues. The methodology applied is of a quasi-experimental type with a quantitative methodological approach through a survey made up of 12 questions. As a study population in the research on a voluntary basis, there were 11 teachers who make up the basic area of said institution. The results show that teachers find it more advantageous to use educational technologies in the development of classes.

Communication has always been a fundamental pillar in the correct management of processes in organizations. Crisis Communication Management as an integral part of the organization's communication system and not separate from it, implies a constant relationship between workers, the different levels of management, the public and society. This research proposes a system of fundamental principles for the elaboration of a Manual for Communication Management. Having a certain perception of risk is the first step to avoid a crisis that affects the proper functioning of the institution. Therefore, it is necessary to take timely actions that guarantee minimizing the impact and provide a quick and effective response to the publics involved.

This work is about to discussion about the perfecting in the formation of tourisms university students by means of continues improvement of studies plans in the university of Cuba yet as COVID 19 scenario. The objective is to determine the impact to formation of cultural competencies in tourism students of the University of Havana. In this research the author analyses the different concepts to approach for some sing important professionals about the cultural competencies and her formation in the university. In this direction to expose ideas to specialists, teachers, employers and tourisms students to obtain by means of one questionaries’ and to application of Delphi Methods by experts for to determinate the impact of teleformation   in cultural competencies formation. At the final the author proposed some action to permit a continues perfecting of the docents process by the formation the culture competencies in the university tourisms students.
