The purpose of this paper is to make a brief comparative analysis of the contributions of the Political Relation of Law, in its relationship with society and its application with justice, as opposed to the positivized legal norm in the theory of the State, in the new South American democracies with the ideal of socialism of the XXI century, for that reason. Justice is the first virtue of social institutions, as truth is of systems of thought. A theory, however attractive, eloquent and concise it may be, must be rejected or revised if it is not true; similarly, it does not matter that laws and institutions are orderly and efficient: if they are unjust they must be reformed or abolished. Each person possesses an inviolability founded on justice that not even the welfare of society as a whole can trample upon.

The purpose of this study is to explore the different trends revealed in recent times about human learning linked to life and being from the role of science education and its mission in the 21st century. A bibliographic review of specialized literature was carried out, identifying and describing five trends regarding the conception of science education: pluralistic epistemology or epistemological anarchy, inter- and multicultural science education, science education from its relationship with environmental education, science education from the perspective of citizenship and science education from the perspective of new trends in education. Each of the trends was described, identifying its key aspects, to then contrast them according to the following criteria: the need to review and transform science education, the very conception of science and finally, the linkage and effects of science education with respect to society; to finally conclude with respect to the linkage of science education, in this case science education, with learning to live. As a conclusion, it is assumed that learning to live is seen in different ways by the studied tendencies, but they tend to coincide in the vindication of respect by the hegemonic positivist official science towards knowledge, values, beliefs, experiences, cosmovisions that are different, as well as the incorporation of ethical and political judgments in scientific learning that result in learning to live together and to live together in true freedom.

This paper presents an action-research experience that was carried out with 12 students in their last semester of Civil Computer Engineering at a private Chilean university, whose objective was to contribute to the development of oral communicative competence from an academic and disciplinary point of view. A methodological distinction was made between formal and technical aspects that allowed the development of these skills through interdisciplinary work between engineering teachers and communication teachers thanks to the implementation of a didactic module that encouraged disciplinary communicative practice, self-evaluation, co-evaluation and timely feedback. The results obtained indicate that, at the group level, this experience contributed to obtaining scores with a narrower dispersion and shifted towards passing levels, while at the individual level, more than 90% of the students managed to improve their oral communicative performance.

Research is one of the key processes of university management, which is facing a complex situation as a result of the health crisis, exacerbated by the digital and generational gap in terms of the approach to virtual scenarios. The Objective: to determine the impact of technological digitalization and the generation gap on university research. Methodology: a documentary research was carried out by means of a bibliographic review of scientific articles taken from Latindex, Redalyc, SciELO, electronic books, documents from official organizations. Results: The university of this century should be dominated by science and technology with the participation of all its researchers. The levels of digital divide: access, use and appropriation of ICT by individuals and organizations (public or private), delay the use of these technologies. The analysis is complex and hinders the development of strategies that allow an adequate management of the generations at work and Conclusions: The challenge for teachers is even greater when being aware that they are working with students born in the digital era, and therefore are constantly receptive to all kinds of innovations.

The ancestral communes, as a form of organization, have their own jurisdiction and collective territory, in which they exercise their administrative, productive, social and cultural activities. The objective of this research is to analyze the organizational and economic structures of the ancestral communes located in the San Lorenzo canton, province of Esmeraldas-Ecuador. The methodology was built from a documentary review and interpretation, based on different constitutional, legal, regulatory, statutory, doctrinal, books and scientific articles, as well as the information requested and provided by the competent agencies. The results showed the need to restructure the substantive and adjective norms that regulate the existence, forms of coexistence, social organization and economic operations developed in their legally recognized spaces. This implies coordinating, planning, managing and executing the actions of each government instance, with respect to the regime of the communes, for the achievement of the common good.

This article focused on the media's treatment of sports news and the presence of women in these narratives.  Undoubtedly, women struggle to resignify changing stereotypes for new expressions that favor decision making, equal treatment both in real life and in the media. In this way, the empowerment of her role arises, a trend that makes her promote herself as a media protagonist, acquiring visibility.

In a world in constant movement, which in recent years has seen progress in women's struggles for equal treatment, there are still situations of gender discrimination, lower participation of women in the labor market, and situations of gender violence in the workplace. To analyze gender equity in the workplace; Materials and methods: An exploratory systematic review was carried out, making a pre-selection of 35 articles that met the inclusion criteria: articles of primary studies, articles that contain in their abstract key words related to the search, as exclusion criteria the notes to the author, postgraduate research, articles older than 10 years, at the end there were 20 articles of an exploration of the last 10 years.

The purpose of the research was to establish how to improve the processes to optimize the quality of care for patients undergoing specialized examinations at the María Auxiliadora hospital, Lima 2021-2022; It is theoretically justified because its preparation was intended to give the starting point to carry out work procedures that emphasize internal processes, improving the outsourcing of specialized tests and it was possible to have a practical justification because the study allowed to report on the situation of the patients undergoing specialized tests; For which I use according to its purpose the type was applied, according to its level it was explanatory and according to its temporality it was transversal; A non-experimental design was used, since the characteristics of the variables studied were identified and described to propose changes in the problematic reality. The validity through the judgment of experts resulted in its applicability and the reliability was through Cronbach's Alpha, they were reliable with values of 0.849, 0.874 and 0.910. The data collection techniques were the survey, therefore, the population and sample consisted of 86 patients, the census sample was used. The results showed that the management improvement to optimize the quality of care for patients undergoing specialized examinations at the María Auxiliadora hospital, Lima 2021-2022, is adequate.

In recent years, the governance and management of the flow of Venezuelan migration in Ecuador has been questioned, so that several countries in the South American region have modified migration legislation in accordance with international standards, protecting the rights of migrants as all human beings in vulnerable situations, who have traveled miles to reach Ecuador in search of opportunities, This has led to an increase in the number of evicted families, in a situation of mobility with a greater burden of difficulties when accessing basic services, including the most worrying, health in the face of a global health problem such as the pandemic, in addition to mental health problems associated with xenophobia, stigma, begging, among others. A qualitative approach was used with theoretical and analytical methods and data collection through interviews with representatives of the Venezuelan community in Guayas; information is generated on the needs of this target group and the management of the migration flow with a more conscious management, with a focus on reducing stigma, prevailing human rights with actions that allow the generation of opportunities by applying public policy with the objective of protecting migrants located in the city of Guayaquil.

The linkage projects represent an advantage in the development processes of communities in a state of poverty or vulnerability, since they work systematically to achieve objectives that serve as a solution to the problems that afflict the people who live in these places. On the other hand, linkage projects are also recognized as a useful tool for educational institutions to have real approaches with the communities, and that these experiences can contribute to the integral formation of their students. For this reason, the main objective of this study is to propose, through the Instituto Superior Tecnológico EuroAmericano, a linkage strategy focused on the case of the Jujan canton. In order to determine which is the ideal strategy for the case studied, the method of bibliographic review was used to study similar cases where strategies that allow the economic development of this type of communities have been applied. Based on the information found, it was determined that the best option in the case of Jujan is to focus the linkage strategies on animal husbandry projects in the homes of the families in the community.
