En la actualidad el marketing de influencia está presente en la vida de las personas que manejan o dominan las redes sociales. Debido a esto las empresas a través de líderes de opinión o personas influyentes están guiando el comportamiento y tratar de impactar sobre las decisiones de diversos públicos de manera efectiva, los influencers manejan una credibilidad con respecto a un tema determinado, por ello, su objetivo es amplificar el alcance de una marca e influenciar los hábitos de consumo de su audiencia. Este artículo pretende analizar los influencers de las redes sociales, así como identificar la presencia de marcas en relación al comportamiento de compra del consumidor, se aplicó el diseño de investigación exploratoria y fuentes secundarias con el fin de recopilar la información necesaria, mediante la investigación se pudo evidenciar que los influencers están presente en la vida de las personas, intercediendo en el cambio de actitudes y comportamientos en los mismos, concluyendo que actualmente se han convertido en una una herramienta de gran importancia para la promoción de un producto a través de las redes sociales siendo capaz de influir en la mente del consumidor para tomar una decisión de compra eventual.

El turismo es uno de los sectores de alto interés en los estudios académicos tras la pandemia de COVID-19, que también afectó a los países latinoamericanos. De ahí la importancia de investigar los destinos turísticos. Por lo tanto, este paper tiene como finalidad averiguar la influencia que tienen los servicios generales, los servicios hoteleros y los servicios de restauración en la intención de los turistas de visitar un destino. Se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado a una muestra de 220 turistas ecuatorianos, mientras visitaban el destino turístico de Mindo en Ecuador. Las relaciones hipotetizadas se testaron a través de modelo de ecuaciones estructurales (SEM) utilizando el software estadístico SmartPLS. El estudio empírico confirmó que los servicios generales inciden en la satisfacción de los servicios de hospedaje y gastronomía que los turistas experimentan en el destino. A su vez, los servicios generales a través de los servicios hoteleros influyen en la motivación de los turistas para visitar nuevamente el destino. Mientras que, los servicios de restauración no inciden en los turistas para regresar al destino. Se concluye que en los destinos con entornos recreativos y espacios naturales extraordinarios la gastronomía no se encuentra entre los principales motivos para la visita a un destino turístico.

Es indudable que las emociones han jugado un rol importante dentro del peri?odo pandemia y post-pandemia producto del COVID-19. El rol del educador como mediador entre el estudiante y sus emociones ha significado uno de los mayores desafi?os dentro de la pra?ctica pedago?gica. Este trabajo de investigacio?n-accio?n tiene como objetivo incluir estrategias que permitan que los estudiantes expresen sus emociones y practiquen la resiliencia a partir del mapa de cambio - MAP (Freedman, 2012) y la mentalidad de crecimiento (Dweck, 2016), conectadas con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible - ODS 3 Salud y Bienestar promovido por las Naciones Unidas (ODS2030). Ante la necesidad de promover entornos seguros de aprendizaje en las clases si?ncronas de la asignatura de Ingle?s, se implementa el modelo Engage (de la frustacio?n a la emocio?n) - Activate (del temor a la valor) – Reflect (del juicio a la creatividad). Se utilizan estrategias conectadas con las emociones, en las cuales los estudiantes pueden expresarlas mediante actividades lu?dicas, el dibujo y el lenguaje corporal. El factor sorpresa, fundamental fundamental en este estudio, y el uso de websites y programas instruccionales ha hecho que cada sesio?n tenga su propio descubrimiento. This paper presents a proposal to implement a cluster method that best engage the educational data (socio- economic, academic achievement and dropouts) at the Engineering Faculty of Quevedo State Technical University. The use of graphical probabilistic models in the field of education has been proposed for this research. To complete the student diagnosis, and to predict their behavior as well, an analysis of such Bayesian networks learning models, as PC, K2, and EM optimization was made first. There should be a test for each case where the probability is measured in every model using propagation algorithms. Then, probability logarithm is applied to each case and the results are added in each model to determine the best fit for the proposed. The results of this research will help raise awareness of the various factors affecting students’ performance. Besides, this will allow institutional authorities to identify mechanisms for improving retention index and students’ academic achievement, what serves the improvement of quality indicators in face of institutional and program evaluation and accreditation processes.

 In Los Ríos province, environmental degradation due to human settlements and unsustainable productive matrices increases every day. This situation caused by human activity affects both ecosystems and biodiversity as well as rural and urban communities, caused by a lack of knowledge, environmental awareness and inadequate disposal of solid waste. This situation exacerbates the loss of environmental quality (air, water, soil), of ecosystem services and this also translates into an increase in poverty. This project developed capacities and skills in the rural and urban communities of the Quevedo canton that guarantee environmental awareness and sustainable management of natural resources, through the design and implementation of guides for good environmental practices in the 43 urban-rural communities of the Quevedo canton and its area of influence, implementing a correct management of domestic waste giving them added value such as compost production, production of handmade soaps, design of vertical gardens, design and implementation of organic gardens promoting food security, all these actions are aligned with SDG 4 Quality education, 11 Sustainable communities, 13 Climate action and 15 Life of terrestrial ecosystems, as well as the PEDI lines of research and strengthening the professional skills of our students

Within occupational health, the appearance of a syndrome called Burnout arises. This is a reactive situation in face to prolonged exposure of stress, which can be exhausting exhaustion, a feeling of cynicism, and a feeling of ineffectiveness. Therefore, this study wants is to establish elements associated with Burnout Syndrome in nursing staff of 09D08 Health District through an analysis of surveys applied to professionals to prevent the appearance of work stress in the area. The methodology used presents a cross-sectional study, with descriptive and correlational analysis of the data obtained. A sample was defined as all the nursing personnel from Technical Office 9 of District 09D08, where the “Maslach Burnout Inventory” survey measured their factors and frequency of development of Burnout Syndrome. The results indicate that the staff presents emotional exhaustion as the main risk factor, due to the long working hours to which they are exposed. It is concluded that nursing personnel present risk factors within their profession, which can trigger a burnout syndrome, altering their physical and emotional state.

This work is synthesized in assessing the quality of care in the area External Consultation by measuring satisfaction with the services received. Designed with a descriptive cross section. The study was conducted at the General Hospital del Norte de Guayaquil Ceibos, and the study population was 287 users. Questionnaires validated by SERVQUAL were applied to adapt to the purposes of the survey, after attention to users of legal age. The informed study used the SPSS version 24.0 program for descriptive statistics. The discrete variables were addressed in number and percentages and the continuous variables in average ± standard deviation (X ± SD). Cronbach's alpha verifications (0.866) and Kruskal - Wallis were adapted. Significant areas of satisfaction were found in a large part of the areas indicated by the respondents and showed a global level (77.4%) with statistical significance (p <0.05). A high level of satisfaction was found with the global and individual service, which is reflected in a high-quality service. User satisfaction is related to the treatment he receives from health workers.

The evaluation of working conditions in companies is considered one of the most relevant aspects in their development, since it allows the early identification of situations that require attention or urgent changes. In this sense, there have been several tools and methods that exist to carry out the evaluation process.  In the present research, we intend to develop an evaluation of the working conditions in the sawmill area, through the LEST method in the company TECNOBLOCK S.A. located at Km. 14 Via Quevedo - Ventanas, San Carlos Parish. The risk assessment matrix NTP 330 was used to evaluate the high-risk positions, identifying the sawmill operator, the receiver, and the supplier in the sawmill area. The ergonomic evaluation of the workstations was carried out using Ergoniza software, with the use of the LEST method, evaluating variables such as the physical environment, physical load, working time and psychosocial aspects. From this information, a global diagnosis was obtained, which showed that the physical environment and the physical load are the dimensions with the highest incidence and harmful nature present in the workstations. Subsequently, a proposal was made for a comprehensive risk control plan with the purpose of providing training, personal protective equipment and thus reducing work accidents and/or occupational diseases, contributing to the improvement of the work environment.

Within the accounting and auditing mechanisms, internal control is basic and essential for organizational development. In this sense, the objective is to analyze the administrative, accounting and internal control management of the "San Camilo" Technical Fiscal College of the San Camilo Urban Parish, Quevedo Canton, Los Ríos province. The investigation was carried out thinking of a short-term solution for the accounting administrative problems that the institution has. The study involves the administrative accounting area, which is subject to the different regulations issued by the General Comptroller of the State (CGE) and the National Secretary of Salary Remuneration (SENRES). Through the application of the survey and interviews to the officials directly linked to the accounting economic administration of the institution, the information was obtained, which was subjected to analysis and study, and finally summarized and interpreted in tables and graphs. The study carried out made it possible to specify that although there is a favorable opinion on the part of the respondents about the application of internal control, the real situation of the San Camilo Technical Fiscal College in the accounting administrative area is not entirely satisfactory, which requires the implementation of an Internal Control System that allows improving the proper functioning of the entity. Based on these results, an alternative proposal is designed to improve internal control applied to accounting and financial administrative activities, which is intended to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company.

The present research work made reference to two labor variables involved in industrial activities such as forced postures and labor productivity of the workers of the footwear company, the development involved, the rate of occupational diseases to verify the percentage of musculoskeletal disorders and supplements for the control of productivity. For the ergonomic variable, the initial identification of risks was carried out, followed by an exhaustive analysis with detailed posture by posture and postural load, in addition, controls were implemented at the source, transmission medium, receiver and auxiliary means. For the productivity environment, the performance assessment and supplements were carried out before and after carrying out the occupational management being by; personal needs, due to fatigue, working standing up, abnormal posture, lifting weights and use of force, light intensity, air quality, visual tension, hearing tension, mental tension and monotony and physical monotony, with the infallibility of complying legal aspects required in the industrial field. The contribution found in the investigation mentions that the forced postures do affect the productivity of the workers and through this need, an occupational improvement program was implemented.
