With the last institutional evaluations carried out by the Council for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (Control Body) to which the Universities and Polytechnic Schools of Ecuador, it was possible to standardize behind a series of indicators the quality and trajectory of the institution of higher education; which leads Ecuadorian education to move to the next level, being internationalization the way to consolidate research, teaching and extension, in order not to lose its space in the competitive global market. Discussions on internationalization have revolutionized and have become a new challenge for Ecuadorian universities, so they are forced to adopt certain policies formulated by national and international organizations, inducing them to go through specific evaluations (career) or institutions, framing as an objective to identify and program internationalization processes that universities in neighboring countries have executed, and that according to the procedure of these foreign higher education institutions are related to the Institutional Development Plan (PEDI) and the Institutional Plan of Internationalization, which deserves attention in this research, which for this purpose will be taken as a reference to the impacts on the University of Guayaquil-UG.

The origin of questions and answers about social initiation do not always come from the same source: that is, social science. The purposes of this reflection consist in the selection of initial questions for social thought and the possible forms of their answers. An examination of four epistemological currents of sociology is carried out in the perspective of determining: object, scope of research, method and type of resulting data. It is proposed as a problem the need to determine the attitude to be assumed in front of the existence of being.  If theory assumes the answer to this problem, it implies the systematization of knowledge about existence and admits the possibility of considering it as a system or, at least, in a systematic way. We consider, on the contrary, that not the entire framework of the subject's existence is limited to society, that the existential place is broad and resists positive theorization in general. a) For certain dimensions of the real, we formulate the option of dispensing with the systemic as an ontological condition. However, for others, we choose to sustain it. b) When in societal phenomena, one event has the same probability of appearing as another, the result is disorganization.

This work is aimed to obtain knowledge by applying data mining using classification algorithms to design and implement security policies that suit the needs of the population to a reliable diagnosis of the most common crimes by specialized personnel public safety to meet the strata of the study population and analyzing the factors that trigger the crime rates in certain areas.

The UNHCR (2020) establishes that there are 6.04 million migrant refugees from Venezuela in the world, among them, more than 1,729,000 are located in Colombia, of which 966,000 are in a regular situation.From a social and socio-economic conflict resolution perspective, this phenomenon generates an imperative of attention due to the direct relationship with the environments that bring them, since they must guarantee an effective deference to all their needs and requirements; This article allows analyzing the impact on the quality of life of Venezuelan residents in El Espinal - Tolima, during the years 2019-2021, from the characterization of their families, the identification of sanitation conditions and their risk scenarios, with a sample of 15 families from the subjective and objective well-being of the same from schemes outlined by ECLAC, from a concurrent mixed research from social mapping, survey and content analysis, concluding from the subjective perception of the members of the nucleus a basic average in their welfare from housing conditions, informal ambulatory jobs, and imbalance in the guarantee of rights such as education and health due to lack of agency.

The subject remains in a constant exchange and interaction betweenhis experience, the confirmation he perceives from the other and thepositions he assumes in the situation, taking into account the above,the subject will relate in this way to the world, creating roles andrelational positions. Objective. To understand the socialrepresentations of early childhood educators about gender in theireducational function and integral development. Materials andmethods. The work is based on a qualitative methodology of socialrepresentations and a complex-existential analytical approach.Results. It is found that educators perceive conflicts around genderand how it is perceived, in addition to the fact that there should be aninteraction for the integral development of students, as well as anopenness towards knowledge for gender equality and equity.Conclusions. The relationships between teachers and the other rolespresent in the intersubjective field of education favor the educationalfunction, integral development, as well as the dialogue of knowledge.

En el presente artículo se enseña una revisión histórica de la evolución y caracterización tipológica-funcional de una de las principales manifestaciones del patrimonio histórico religioso del Ecuador, ubicado en el cantón Colta, provincia de Chimborazo, la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de las Nieves. En concreto, se analizan varias consideraciones en las etapas de su construcción, algunos los principios de funcionamiento usados y las principales aportaciones de dichas manifestaciones patrimoniales, basándose en bibliografía especializada, información proporcionada por los expedientes histórico/religiosos e información primaria levantada a través de entrevistas a actores clave, representantes de las comunidades, además del uso de instrumentos tecnológicos. Finalmente, se realizó una discusión sobre los resultados obtenidos y se subrayó que la evolución de las invenciones fue en paralelo con el desarrollo tecnológico de la época, ajustándose al contexto social, cultural, religioso y sobre todo el natural.

The objective of this research is to describe the barriers that women have faced over the years, which leads to establish their impact on economic, financial and social aspects. The research has a documentary design, for the collection of information a brainstorming session was carried out, the topic was chosen, the documents were searched in Google academic articles, Mendeley was used as a database and the most important data related to the topic were analyzed. The results show that women have increased their level of education, which allows them to have access to a better job and therefore obtain more income in the economic aspect, in the financial aspect, women have greater access to credit to be able to undertake, although this is of a minimum value and in the short term, the aim is to increase the credit capacity of women and increase it to a longer term and at a lower interest rate, within society there are still problems in terms of respecting women's rights, macho men who consider women to be inferior still do not respect them and assault them, even so the struggle continues and the strength of women to increase their participation and make their voices heard continues.

With the present investigation it has been possible to identify that in the container of the San Juan del Valle Church there are four pictorial works that are considered cultural patrimony of Ecuador, besides it has been possible to decode the iconography of sacred art. The objective of the study is to present to the readers the first approximations of the meaning of the symbols present in the colonial church of the city of Loja. The methodology was of qualitative character and by means of a documentary analysis, comparative of religious works in other contexts. The results of the research allow us to have a clearer vision of the iconography of the sacred art of the colonial and republican period. It is concluded that this study will allow to deepen in the future other researches that are developed in the same line.

The article analyzes, supported by an exhaustive and updatedbibliographic review, the evolution of education and development inCuba, detailing the training system and its public policies, pointing outthe main challenges for its economic progress. He recognizes Cuba'sscientific and educational potential, although he points out that itneeds to be rapidly transformed into greater economic and socialdevelopment, for which he bets on a recent update of its economic model. It shows that Cuba cannot focus its development on primaryproducts, betting on developing its human resources through theaccelerated development of science and education, which has been anessential strategy for the social transformations achieved. It states thatparallel to the achievements in Cuban education and health, there arenegative aspects related to weaknesses in the Science, Technology andInnovation System (SCTI), as a result of adverse economic conditionsand various internal inadequacies. 

This article establishes a reflection on the circular economy and its impact on environmental sustainability, which is bases on the optimization of resources avoiding pollution, as well as environmental degradation through reduction, recycling, and reuse, that is, the circular economy aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of use of resources. In this sense, the circular economy is an alternative to the linear economy whose approach is to take, manufacture and dispose of, which is unsustainable for economic growth due to scarce resources. Therefore, this research aims to identify the components of the circular economy that affect environmental sustainability. In this document, it analyzes the concept, principles, as well as the components of the circularity economy, describes the difference between circularity and sustainability, in turn, tries to correlate the circular economy with environmental sustainability.
