The objective of this work is to design and implement a didactic proposal aimed at strengthening the communicative competence of Spanish Pedagogy students based on genre-based writing and, in addition, supported by the contributions of neuroeducation, particularly in the executive functions. For this purpose, the proposal was carried out using the guidelines that emerge from the Gender Theory, on the one hand, and considering some key elements proposed by neuroeducation, on the other hand. After the application of this proposal, it is expected to promote the installation of situated writing practices that allow students to develop skills that favor their autonomy when facing writing challenges in both academic and work contexts.

The present hermeneutic phenomenological research aims to highlight the importance of mental and physical health care in post-pandemic contemporary life. With this brief background, the need to generate a "mental health culture" from the university classrooms is proposed, incorporating projects of linkage with the community that include physical activities, sports and recreation. Methodologically, among fifty articles, the 12 main publications related to the proposed research topic were taken, six of them have been published during the year 2020, and six in the course of this year 2021. The search databases were: Psycinfo, MEDLINE, Google Scholar, Psicodoc and PsycARTICLES.

Ecuador has gone through a series of stages in the construction of a Nation State with a better capacity to sustain a higher level of quality of life for its inhabitants. In the global context, the planning and management of a country's resources must be guided by the development policies that economic science provides in the theories put forward, some of which Ecuador has addressed with a series of social repercussions. The National Program of Good Living whose role is to create an economic, political and social planning at the service of the human being expands its more humanistic reason in its theoretical structures and takes the name of "National Development Plan 2017-2021 All a Life". The main arguments set out in the plan, the policies it addresses, the goals to be achieved and statistical data in its first two years of implementation will be presented to determine the trend of compliance with its objectives.

The effect of the pandemic originated by Covid-19 has caused variation in the economy worldwide affecting various sectors, this has caused people to think of new ways to generate economy for their households and become entrepreneurs. The economic crisis and periods of high unemployment can push people towards self-employment due to the absence of other opportunities, an entrepreneurship is initiated, as a tactic to confront the challenges of economic and work components that arise throughout life, this has generated considerable importance due to the emergence of the pandemic. This research paper on the increase in post-pandemic entrepreneurship and its impact on economic growth seeks to conduct an analysis of the increase in post-pandemic entrepreneurship and how it has contributed to economic growth. For the development of this research the deductive methodology was used in addition to a documentary research by means of bibliographic analysis different stages of elaboration were reached. The virus called Covid-19 is causing damage to the economy worldwide, more acute than the economic crisis of 13 to 14 years ago due to the changes we had to go through, it is estimated a reduction of the economy for the region of 1.8% of GDP and 10.0%, regarding unemployment on average.

The Orientations for the linkage with Society in Master's Programs in Educational Sciences constitutes a need for theoretical systematization for the Coordination of Graduate Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Educational Sciences, which is the focus of this article. It is not intended to regulate, nor to stipulate articulations that pretend to legalize a fundamental pedagogical process that needs methodologies and didactic-curricular views for its execution, more than articles and law designs, but to present a result of how to act and do in the Linking of Society for the postgraduate of the faculties of Educational Sciences. It is offered as a methodological thought, from positions of the Pedagogy of Higher Education to try to guide the directors, teachers and students of the faculty in the process of Linkage with Society.

The assumption that public international law has a homogeneous way of being conceived is one of the major problems observed in its teaching in Peru. This article aims to deconstruct this preconception based on two critics. The first criticism is against the ideological universality that the debate between normativism and jusnaturalism assumes, with the consequent revelation of other possible approaches of international law. The second criticism is against the ideological neutrality in the study of our subject, showing the presence of a global north and southin academic production. For the preparation of this article, it will analyze contemporary literature both produced by Peruvian and foreign authors.

The Russian-Ukrainian crisis presents a series of complex approaches to international law  that start from the Donetsk and Lugansk declarations of independence and even the use of force to claim territories or to enforce international conventions. The truth is that international law and the Charter of the United Nations seek to prohibit any threat or use of force against the sovereignty and integrity of a State, regardless of the type of controversy, dispute or historical or cultural claim of a territory. These inviolable legal provisions mustbe analyzed and contrasted with factual facts for a better understanding of the seriousness of this aggression against Ukraine and against international peace and security.

At the 50th anniversary of our diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China, we believe it is pertinent to reflect on the evolution of the factors that contributed, over time, to its strengthening and consolidation, as well as its various edges and mechanisms they present today. In this sense, this article analyzes the different stages through which this relationship has passed, and how a comprehensive strategic partnership was progressively built between the two countries.
