Resumen
The expulsion of the Jesuits in 1767 produced a vast spread of the most of his artistic collections, especially those which were in the controls of the schools. The Imperial School of Madrid was one of the most affected and of its great collection of paintings, only a few remain these days. In this paper we try to identify one of the paintings which belonged to the Imperial School, which is attributed to Francisco de Zurbarán, as well as explaining the reasons of why a painting of such magnitude did not leave a mark in the artistic literature of the XVII and XIX centuries.

Resumen
In this article I examine the peculiarities of the representation of landscape in Alexandre de Laborde's (17731842), "Voyage Pittoresque et Historique de l'Espagne" (1806-1820). The illustrations for this work were done by a large group of draftsmen, which include Jacques Moulinier, François Ligier, Dutailly, Jean-Lubin Vauzelle, Constant Bourgeois, and Laborde himself. The different parts of the article are ordened with the purpose to introduce the reader to the universe of ideas and artistic practices that are on the basis of landscape compositions in the "Voyage". The first question analyzed are the diverse meanings of the "picturesque" and the way this concept fitted to the varied functions of the "picturesque voyage" genre in general and to Laborde s work in particular. Then, examining the drawings, prints and text of the "Voyage", I spell out the artistic patterns, graphic techniques and the literary and philosophical background that gave origin to these images, i.e. the world of references that shapes the interpretative system applied by Laborde's crew of drafsmen to carry out their compositions of the Spanish landscape.

Resumen
During the Nineteenth-Century "Living the Past" became a constant intellectual and political endeavour. The aim of this article is to analyze how a certain historical mindedness was projected upon some heritage spaces: the house-museums of Cervantes and El Greco, at the beginning of the 20th Century. The mythopoetic reconstruction of both spaces along with its institutional direction through the Comisaria Regia de Turismo, articulate a conscious desire of creating a precise National Identity though the staging of the past.

Resumen
The artist's youth, Gregor Schneider (Rheydt, 1969), has not supposed an obstacle at all to build along two decades a disquieting extremely personal universe. In this microcosm different thematic passages such as the Sinister and Sublime concepts, from the everyday-life to extraordinary experiences or from the real to the fictitious thing are juxtaposed. In recent years, however, we have attended to a conceptual tum in which it is reflected of systematic way on the duplication. To it, it is necessary to add the gradual visibility of Schneider's works joined to a displacement towards the critic of a tenebrous and threatening political space. In the following text, we intend to make a balance of the artist's work by analysing afew examples: Haus u r (The U r House), Die Familie Schneider (The Schneider F amily), and the cubic proyects in different countries.
