The present investigation pursues to elevate the quality in the formation of the students of primary teaching, by means of the application of a strategy that integrates control mechanisms and of attention to the human diversity in its dimension physical perfomance. For they are used it verification methods or collection of data that allow to verify the outlined hypothesis. The attention to the diversity in spite of being a recurrent topic in forums intrernacionales, continues existing in the educational environment an evident ignorance on the topic and a confusion of terms, jointly with an erroneous identification of the human diversity with the discapacidad or the Educational Necessities. A lot of envelope mechanisms of attention has been written to the diversity in the primary teaching and in the secondary. Strategies are sketched to assist children with discapacidades: however we don't know of investigations that approach the attention to the diversity in “normal” students of the primary teaching , it is in and of itself that our investigation reaches singular significance.  Key words. The present investigation leaves of recognizing to the context where it is located the school, like one of the agents’ transformers of the education of the scholars, active agent in this sense in the learning of the basic motor skills in the Physical Education. In this stands out the necessity of appropriation of the necessary culture in the children of these ages, having as objective: Establishment of a didactic strategy for the development of the basic motor skills, that for they were used it the theoretical and empiric methods that next are described: historical logical, inductive deductive, analysis synthesis, systemic focus, the observation, the interview, the survey, the revision of documents, those that allowed to end up when knowing the characteristics of the scholars of this context, of the educational ones and the very particular dynamics that one gives in this pedagogic process, as well as the main demands that it requires for a normal operation that pays to incorporate these children to the society in that lives, through a methodological strategy that contemplates steps and very particular stocks for the educational ones and students, based on didactic units of expression and corporal communication using as methodological resource the positions concerned to the game in the activity, with a focus as a whole of the teaching in the motor tasks proposals. Being obtained a process more affordable, durable and effective in the development of the basic motor skills as a result, with stimulating, applicable and live-giving learning’s that it is translated in significant learning’s.    Key words. didactic strategy, basic motor skills, diagnostic, rural context.

With this work an imminent recreational need is satisfied, with the youths from 20 to 30 years in the community EL Pital, Gibara since through the same one it was diagnosed the interests and recreational physical sport needs of youths as well as proper and irrational use of time off in the population object of search through physical recreational, cultural activities in the formation of people. To carried out  this work we use methods and technique, a high rate of growth in percentage  terms, survey,  observation  and  interview to the head  of the district to which belongs the community, during a period of seven months are able to combine activities of passive games, animation competition of  tourist recreation, recreational sport festivals in their different variants, camping, meetings  that allows  actions of  activities of  social acceptance and  methodology that guide the INDER head and also the work in the community.  Key words. This paper deals about independent work  of student at sport university. Specifically in the universalitation context. This model  of high education  permit that all people have possibility to get university  level,  that ´s why   is very important to   improve the effectiveness of independent work. The work presented is based in new type of task witch permit the inclusion of the students in their independent activity The results show that it is an important approach to this topic because students are the most important human factor in the educational process.  Key words. The investigation approaches the topic of the formation of values through the subject of Computation in the Ability of Physical Culture of Holguín. It proposes a group of activities that they foment the values of responsibility and industry by means of the use of the technology. It was used, besides the theoretical methods: historical - logical, analysis - synthesis, induction - deduction, the observation and the interview for the foundation of the problem. The population or universe conformed to with the groups of first year-old athletes, integrated by 88 students. When applying the formula for the sample size, a group of 45 students was selected and they were applied the type of proportional stratified random sampling inside the samplings probability, when existing three groups with different registrations. As main results one could verify that the proposed activities contribute to the formation devise politics and they favor the development of the cognitive independence of the students and fundamentally of the values of responsibility and industry.   Key words. This work is about the sport skills development in basketball which have some difficulties, to avoid these lacks we applied a group of game in order to develop the motor skills that are in order to develop the motor skills that are in this kiad of sport of main importance, the result of the research is on this work.  Key words. Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica sobre la informatización del sector de la salud en Cuba y su impacto en desarrollo del proyecto de la Biblioteca Virtual de Salud (BVS), como un espacio de interacción de personas, fuentes de información e instituciones del Sistema Nacional de Salud. Se describen las BVS desarrolladas por el Sistema Latinoamericano y del Caribe de Información en Ciencias de la Salud y las BVS cubanas. Se concluye que gracias a la informatización se han beneficiado las organizaciones de información biomédicas del Sistema Nacional de Salud, favoreciendo la creación de BVS, provinciales y temáticas. Estas herramientas cubren un gran abanico de temas biomédicos y tienen la gran ventaja de que la selección de la información registrada en sus bases de datos es realizada por personas (profesionales de la salud, bibliotecarios, profesionales de la información, etcétera), y además, validada y certificada por instituciones de reconocido prestigio, dentro y fuera del país.

El autor se interesa en los distintos usos contemporáneos admitidos por las nociones de gobernabilidad y capital social. Al detenerse en los problemas a la vez analíticos y políticos planteados por ambas categorías, el autor explicita sus ventajas y limites, interesándose en las promesas implicadas, en algunos usos gubernamentales a los que han dado lugar y en los riesgos de deriva hacia modalidades subrepticias de privatización de la decisión pública que éstas pueden llevar.

Este artículo pretende analizar la participación de las mujeres en el presupuesto participativo de Porto Alegre. con este objetivo presentamos los resultados iniciales de una investigación que está centrada en dos niveles: a) el perfil de las mujeres que participaron de las reuniones y b) la relación entre hombre y mujeres en términos de composición del Consejo del presupuesto participativo.
