El objetivo de este artículo es poner en diálogo las tensiones entre los conceptos de arte y artesanía como constructos colonizados, pero con bordes y fronteras que invitan a ser vulneradas desde una óptica contemporánea para la inclusión de la artesanía en el campo del arte. Adscribiendo a la perspectiva relacional de Bourriaud y al paradigma de la hermenéutica diatópica por de Sousa Santos se analizan aspectos y categorías que intervienen en los orígenes de los conceptos y los emergentes que han determinado las problemáticas de cada uno de los campos en cuanto a las cuestiones de autor, obra, materiales, técnica y tecnología, modos de producción, ámbitos de circulación, comercialización y validación de la obra.Se analiza la obra de dos artesanos-artistas riojanos y de uno peruano, evaluando los puntos de contacto con la contemporaneidad y las rupturas de aquellas fronteras que en la tradición artística marcaban la contraposición de la dupla arte-artesanía.Finalmente se trata de acercar ambas posiciones en las argumentaciones acerca de la carga simbólica de la que son portadoras las llamadas artesanías y el papel que cumplen en la recuperación de la memoria, la construcción de la identidad y la renovación de las prácticas artísticas comunitarias Tensions between the concepts of art and craftsmanship: thoughts for a filiation-paternity judgementAbstractThe aim of this article is to discuss the tensions between the concepts of art and craftsmanship as colonized constructs, but with borders and frontiers that invite to be breached from a contemporary perspective for the inclusion of the craftsmanship in the field of art. Adscript to the relational perspective by Bourriaud and the paradigm of diatopic hermeneutics by de Sousa Santos, The aspects and categories that intervene in the origins of the concepts and the emerging ones that have determined the problems of each of the fields are analyzed in terms of the author, work, materials, technique and technology, modes of production, circulation, commercialization and validation of the work.The work of two craftsmen-artists from La Rioja and one from Peru is analysed, evaluating the points of contact with contemporaneity and the ruptures of those borders that, in the artistic tradition, marked the opposition of the art-craftsmanship duo.Finally, this paper tries to bring both positions closer together in the arguments about the symbolic charge of the so-called handicrafts and the role they play in the recovery of memory, the construction of identity and the renewal of community artistic practices.Keywords: art, craftsmanship, border, identity, periphery

Frente al sistema educativo patriarcal todavía vigente hoy en día, en el cual se normaliza la desigualdad de género, principalmente mediante estereotipos y descalificaciones; se presenta en este trabajo un análisis documental cualitativo sobre la educación feminista desde una visión histórica y de qué manera esta perspectiva de igualdad puede ser una alternativa para prevenir la violencia y la discriminación de género. Los propósitos de este estudio fueron: 1) analizar la importancia de la educación feminista; 2) su estudio como tema transversal en el sistema educativo; 3) la evaluación del impacto que puede tener en la prevención de la discriminación y la violencia de género y 4) revisar las implicaciones de despatriarcalizar el currículo. A partir de la investigación documental realizada se encontraron tres categorías como resultados: 1) la pedagogía feminista, encaminada a crear una conciencia crítica y transformadora; 2) el sistema educativo patriarcal y su repercusión en la educación actual y 3) la prevención de la discriminación y violencia de género que puede resultar de una educación desde la perspectiva feminista. Se considera necesario mayor difusión de la pedagogía feminista en el ámbito educativo con la finalidad de ejercer y recibir una educación equitativa e integral. Feminism theory: educational revolution originFacing the fact that the educational system is still working with a patriarchal perspective today where the gender inequality is normalized, mainly through stereotypes and disqualifications, this work presents a qualitative documentary analysis of feminist education from a historical perspective and in what way this perspective of equality can be an alternative to prevent gender violence and discrimination. The goals of this study were: 1) analyze the feminist education importance; 2) the way of incorporate it in the educational system; 3) evaluating the impact it may have on the prevention of violence and discrimination gender 4) reviewing the implications of de-patriarchalizing the curriculum. From the documentary research, three categories were found: 1) feminist pedagogy, guided at creating a critical and transforming consciousness; 2) the patriarchal educational system and its impact on current education and 3) the prevention of violence and discrimination gender that can result from an education from a feminist perspective. More diffusion of feminist pedagogy in the educational field is considered necessary in order to teach and receive an equitable and complete education.Keywords: education, feminism, gender violence; patriarchy

El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer y analizar las características principales de las elecciones vocacionales que efectúan los adolescentes y jóvenes escolarizados, que cursan el último año de educación secundaria, en escuelas públicas y privada, de la ciudad de Chamical, Provincia de La Rioja y su relación con el capital cultural y sus trayectorias escolares. Se enmarca en una línea de investigación realizada a nivel nacional llevada a cabo en el interior del país, especialmente en Universidades situadas en capitales de provincia sobre elecciones vocacionales en estudiantes, a los fines de comparar esos resultados con los obtenidos en el contexto local. Las escuelas que participaron en este estudio fueron , 5 escuelas públicas :Escuela de Comercio, Escuela Polivalente de arte , Escuela Agro técnica (ETA), Escuela Técnica (EPET) , Centro de educación para Jóvenes y adultos(CEJA) y una escuela privada ( Instituto Pbro. Luis Torres Molina) Se incluye además el abordaje del capital cultural y de las trayectorias escolares desde la perspectiva crítica de Bourdieu y su incidencia en las expectativas, obstáculos y proyecto de futuro en los jóvenes escolarizados antes mencionados.Se trata de una aproximación exploratoria y descriptiva del fenómeno. Para el relevamiento de los datos, se aplicó una encuesta a todos los estudiantes que cursaban el último curso del nivel secundario en el año. 2018.Los resultados de esta investigación permitieron obtener un diagnóstico de situación, insumo básico para la planificación e implementación de políticas y estrategias de acompañamiento para una mejor transición al mundo adulto, ya sea a los estudios de nivel superior y/o al mundo ocupacional. The vocation of adolescents and young people attending school in the city of Chamical: a matter of choiceAbstractThe present research study aimed to know and analyze the main characteristics of the vocational choices made by adolescents and young people in school, who are in the last year of secondary education, in public and private schools, in the city of Chamical, Province of La Rioja and their relations hip with cultural capital and school trajectories. It is part of a line of research carried out at the national level carried out in the interior of the country, especially in universities located in provincial capitals on vocational choices in students, in order to compare these results with those obtained in the local context. The schools that participated in this study were, 5 public schools: School of Commerce, Polyvalent School of Art, Agrotechnical School (ETA), Technical School (EPET), Center for Education for Youth and Adults (CEJA) and a private school (Instituto Pbro Luis Torres Molina). En este artículo se analiza el proceso de articulación hegemónica que tuvo lugar en la Universidad Nacional de La Rioja (en adelante UNLaR) en 2013 denominado “La Toma”. Este movimiento derribó un régimen de más de 20 años. La UNLaR vivió una crisis institucional sin precedentes, que implicó “La Toma” de la Universidad y la destitución de las autoridades con una nueva institucionalidad propuesta desde las bases en período de normalización y diseño de nuevo estatuto universitario.El origen del conflicto radicó en una serie de irregularidades de diverso tipo extendidas en el tiempo, que dieron lugar a la emergencia y visibilización de un conjunto de estos malestares latentes, acallados durante años. La puesta en escena pública de estos malestares, que atravesaban a los cuatro estamentos, posibilitó la articulación de demandas de docentes, estudiantes, graduados y no docentes, hasta entonces absolutamente aislados unos de otros. Hasta el 2013, el rector Enrique Tello Roldan llevaba 21 años de gobierno. El régimen tellista fue hegemónico durante ese tiempo y se constituyó en el exterior constitutivo del movimiento reformista que se articuló en torno al significante “democratización de la UNLaR”.En función de lo descripto, este trabajo intenta mostrar como emerge este proceso que establece su articulación en la significante democratización y que produce un sujeto político universitario generando rupturas y continuidades. A new hegemony at La Rioja National College in 2013: emergence of the conflict and articulation of demandsAbstractThis article analyzes the new hegemony process that took place at the National University of La Rioja (from now on UNLaR) in 2013 and which was called "La Toma". This movement brought down a more than 20-year-old regime. The UNLaR experienced an unprecedented institutional crisis, which involved “La Toma” of the university and the authorities’ dismissal with a new institutional framework proposed from the grassroots in a period of normalization and design of a new university statute.This origin of this conflict lied in a series of irregularities of various types, spread over time, which gave rise to the emergence and visibility of a set of latent discomforts that had been silenced for years. The public presentation of these concerns, which affected the four strata, made it possible to articulate the demands of teachers, students, graduates and non-teaching stuff, until then completely isolated from each other. Until 2013, the head of the university Enrique Tello Roldan had been in office for 21 years. La literatura de la demografía en múltiples casos señala la correlación negativa que acontece entre los niveles de fecundidad adolescente y asistencia escolar. A partir de ello en el presente artículo se pretende abordar la posible correlación entre las fluctuaciones que han presentado las tasas de fecundidad adolescente y de aquellas mujeres de entre 15 y 19 años con hijos que han asistido a una institución escolar en las jurisdicciones del noroeste argentino desde 1991 hasta 2010. Para ello la investigación adopta un carácter cuantitativo, descriptivo y de correlación, con el objetivo de abordar a la temática desde la cuantificación y representatividad del universo en cuestión, la descripción de los datos y la correlación que se aprecia entre los mismo. El estudio se vale del uso de procesadores estadísticos, sistemas de información geográficos métodos de variación porcentual. Changes in school attendance levels and their influence on late adolescent fertility in the provinces of northeastern Argentina between 1991 and 2010Abstract The demographic literature in many cases points out the negative correlation between adolescent fertility levels and school attendance. Based on this, this article aims to address the possible correlation between fluctuations in adolescent fertility rates and those of women between 15 and 19 years old with children who have attended school in the jurisdictions of Argentinian northwest from 1991 until 2010. For this purpose, the research adopts a quantitative, descriptive and correlation character, with the objective of approaching the subject from the quantification and representativeness of the universe in question, the description of the data and the correlation between them. El siguiente artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la historia de la fotografía, con énfasis en los cambios técnicos sucedidos a lo largo del tiempo, pero también en las transformaciones en sus características y funciones y en los modos de producción, circulación y consumo de las imágenes. Luego de una periodización de la historia de la técnica en cuatro momentos, se analizará el paso de la fotografía como constitutiva de la vida familiar y estructuradora de una noción de pertenencia del sujeto a un uso de la fotografía como forma de autopresentación y como mediadora de experiencias cotidianas. Finalmente, se indagará en el actual protagonismo de la selfie, sus vínculos con prácticas predecesoras como el autorretrato pictórico y la relación con conceptos como identidad, autopresentación y construcción del yo. La investigación permite concluir que, a nivel metodológico, el abordaje de la fotografía como práctica histórica debe contemplar no sólo el costado técnico sino también las condiciones culturales, sociales, políticas, epistemológicas en las que la práctica se inserta. Además, se concluye que algunos rasgos adjudicados a la fotografía contemporánea y calificados como inéditos pueden ser rastreados hasta los comienzos de la técnica. From the Shoebox to Instagram: Features and Functions of Contemporary PhotographyAbstractThe following article aims to analyze the history of photography, with emphasis on the technical changes that have occurred over time but also on the transformations in its characteristics and functions and in the modes of production, circulation and consumption of images. After a periodization of the history of this technique in four moments, we will analyze the passage of photography as constitutive of family life and structuring of a notion of belonging of the subject to a use of photography as a form of self-presentation and as a mediator of everyday experiences. Finally, the current role of the selfie will be investigated, its links with previous practices such as the self-portrait in painting and the relationship with concepts such as identity, self-presentation and construction of the self. The research allows us to conclude that, at a methodological level, the approach to photography as a historical practice must consider not only the technical side but also the cultural, social, political, and epistemological conditions in which the practice is inserted. In addition, it is concluded that some features attributed to contemporary photography and presented as novelty can be traced back to the beginning of the technique.Keywords: History, visual regime, photography, selfies

Fashion - in Portugal - remains somewhat remote in academic studies. Few are the investigations, of historical-social focus, that have addressed the importance of fashion in Portugal with the exception of the work of Cristina L. Duarte (2016). Seeking to address this relative omission, we propose a diachronic exercise - since the late 1970s - focused on the relationship between the do-it-yourself (DIY), the fashion manifested in urban (youth) cultures and the (post)-punk emphasizing a qualitative and ethnographic approach. This article aims, above all, clarify, analyze and reflect on the triad fashion, DIY and punk, trying to explain the metamorphosis that the DIY ethos and praxis have undergone since the mid-1970s (post-Carnation Revolution) to the present day. We prioritize, in this sense, the approach of the following axes: anti-fashion, punk, cosmopolitanism and inevitability of DIY in the late 1970s; fashion, (post)-punk, resistance and implementation of DIY in the 1980s; fashion commodification and punk aesthetics and the development of DIY in social movements and alternative lifestyles in the 1990s; fashion, DIY commodification, artistic production, ecological activism and slow fashion movements in the 2000s and beyond. Thus, through these four compass-axes, we add an empirical-conceptual path around the evolution of DIY and fashion in Portugal, embarking on a mnemonic tour, where we revisit shops, events, happenings, leisure spaces, actors and aesthetics; inquiring, in each of these topics, the threads with which DIY was sewn in view of the Barthesian principle that a variation of clothing is necessarily accompanied by a variation of the world and vice versa.

Inclusive fashion has been gaining prominence in Brazil since the creation of the Inclusive Fashion Contest in 2009, which exposed the market potential in the fashion industry involving people with disabilities. This is a business model with great potential, considering that 23.9% of the Brazilian population has some type of disability, with 18.8% having some type of visual impairment, according to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics. Thus, the present study aims to identify the state of the art of assistive technologies for people with visual impairments in the field of fashion. As a method, the researchers adapted the Systematic Bibliographic Review Roadmap, identifying 19 relevant articles for analysis and interpretation. As a result of RBS, 30 assistive technology solutions were mapped with a focus on clothing and visual PwD (textile labels in Braille, color codes, smart applications, among others). In addition, the study provides an in-depth look at the barriers, preferences and relationships of the visually impaired with clothing in everyday life, demonstrating that many solutions proposed for this audience do not provide a universal and/or inclusive design.
