Resumen
This research was carried out with the purpose of interpreting from the recognition and understanding, the systematization of the discursive and non-discursive practices of university professors and students, on the background of the knowledge-power dialogic relation at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). The approach of this research is hermeneutic, it seeks the understanding and recognition of the subject. It is concluded that the crisis of the university paradigm is a crisis of omission of the totalizing discourse located in the particular practices of the social practices of the university discourse. The problem is properly due to the lack of inquiry in the present genealogy that passes through the trance of life and death drives of knowledge for future history.

Resumen
This study reflects the main practices for the conservation of Good Living and the generational transmission mechanisms for the management, care, use, and conservation of Mother Earth. The methodology used was the Cultivation and Breeding of Wisdom and Knowledge (CCRISAC). The sample consisted of 30 community members who participated in interviews and focus groups. The research describes that Tuapi community, from the Autonomous Region of the Northern Caribbean Coast, has a tropical rainforest ecosystem with forest species and fauna as resources for food, health, and housing construction. Its communal organization is traditional and representative of the Miskitu people, and it is recognized for being a peaceful and united community.
The dialogue with the community members reflects that the elders are concerned that the generational transmission of values, and therefore practices, are being lost due to the constant contact with other cultural practices, which produces an accelerated process of transculturation. As a consequence, there is a high level of cultural consumerism, which is causing profound changes in the way the community heritage is used. The main identified problems have to do with the loss of values that begins at home, the lack of security in the community, poor management of natural resources, weakness of the leaders in making decisions for the well-being of Mother Earth. The vision for the future of the elders consists of promoting the recovery of community values and principles, through the generational transmission of knowledge and practices associated with the harmonious coexistence with Mother Earth.

Resumen
This exploratory research was conducted in the waters of Apanás Lake, in Jinotega Department, between June and November 2019, with the objective of estimating the diversity and abundance of microalgae. Three sampling points were taken in the area between La Pista (P1), El Malecón (P2), and El Canal (P3). Water samples were taken once a month, physical-chemical parameters (oxygen, temperature, pH, and turbidity) were measured and water samples were collected to quantify microalgae concentrations. Dissolved oxygen ranged from 8.45 – 1.11 mg/L throughout the study period. Temperature values ranged from 34.5 – 22°C. Turbidity readings ranged from 27 – 120 cm. The pH value of the water presented a range of 7.9 – 9.42. The minimum concentration of microalgae was in October in El Malecón (78,220 cells/ml), increasing the values in September in El Canal (567,500 cells/ml). The main species of microalgae found were Tetraedon mínimum, Pediastrum simplex, Desmodesmus abundans, Scenedesmus quadricuada. Shannon and Weaver's diversity and abundance index was found to be 4.79 (La Pista), 3.98 (El Malecón), and 4.6 (El Canal). Simpson's dominance index remained at 0.056 (La Pista), 0.078 (El Malecón), and 0.079 (El Canal). These results allow us to consider Apanás Lake as a habitat rich in species diversity and abundance

Resumen
The objective of the research was to propose an environmental law improvement strategy for the professionals of Sur del Jíbaro Grain Agroindustrial Company in La Sierpe municipality, Cuba. For this purpose, the following methods were used: analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, systemic, expert criteria; and research techniques: survey, interview, and group dynamics. A non-probabilistic purposive sample of 73 professionals was used. An insufficient conception of the improvement process was identified as deficiencies, related firstly, to the diagnosis of needs; secondly, to the proposals for improvement activities and their content. The training strategy designed integrated theoretical and practical actions from a participatory approach that contributed to the preparation and skills of Environmental Law professionals. It was designed taking into account the level of ascending complexity of the organizational forms of training that integrate it. The evaluation of the proposed strategy by the experts' criterion evidenced its pertinence and feasibility in the studied context, from the consideration of the very adequate fundamentals on which the strategy is based, to the logic of the stages and actions that conform it. Therefore, it was recommended the implementation of the improvement strategy in Environmental Law for the professionals of Sur del Jíbaro Grain Agroindustrial Company of La Sierpe Municipality.

Resumen
This research was carried out with the objective of evaluating the biological effectiveness of Hypocreales microorganisms, in the same way as the Oxamyl molecule, for the control of nematodes, a hidden enemy in Musaceae crops. For this purpose, a laboratory experiment (in vitro) was carried out in which phytonematodes (Pratylenchus ssp, Scutellonema ssp, and Helicotylenchus ssp) were subjected to entomopathogenic fungal mortality. Nematode populations were established with Spirulina-enriched oat flakes in 90 x 14 mm plastic Petri dishes with 0.3 g of oat flakes and 5 mL of distilled water. 0.5 g of Spirulina was used in the medium. According to the established criteria, the Hypocreales strains: Trichoderma sp, Paecelomices sp, and Trichoderma plus Paecelomices showed nematicidal activity in the same way as the chemical. The results show that the evaluated strains of Hypocreales fungi indicated good potential for the control of different stages of Pratylenchus ssp, Scutellonema ssp, and Helicotylenchus, it was possible to determine the mortality and parasitization of the nematodes in the evaluated strains. These data demonstrate that the cyanobacterium Spirulina sp allows these nematodes to cover their nutritional requirements in vitro.

Resumen
In this paper, the revitalization of the Rama language, which strengthened the cultural identity of the Rama people on the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua, was approached in a descriptive and chronological manner. The rescue of this language arose from the demand and request of the Rama indigenous communities in the 1980s, thus initiating the struggle for their cultural and linguistic identity as an indigenous people. On the other hand, the revitalization began in 1983 with the participation of 25 people, including children, youth and Rama families, with activities such as training courses and workshops, contributing to intercultural education from an indigenous rights perspective. In this work a descriptive and chronological analysis was carried out, with a qualitative ethnographic approach, to document the rescue of cultural elements, through didactic means and materials, which guaranteed and provided the scope for the process of linguistic revitalization and strengthened the socio-cultural identity of the Rama indigenous community. In conclusion, this sociolinguistic phenomenon, developed since the 1980s, strengthened the equal rights of the Rama people in the country's language policy. Currently, a mechanism has been developed for community participation in the prevalence of their culture and native language through the promotion of a program of revitalization and rescue of cultural values that, since 2017, has promoted a teaching and learning strategy with playful techniques for the language acquisition that is still in danger of extinction.

Resumen
In Higher Education Institutions it is fundamental to recognize that racism and racial discrimination are problems that have been generated and are present both in educational spaces and in society in general, thus clarified to be able to manage prevention and eradication strategies. This qualitative research has applied an empirical methodology of an interpretative nature with a hermeneutic approach, which made it possible to critically analyze the problems related to racism and racial discrimination; the new and old ways of experiencing them in a multiethnic, multicultural and multilingual region have been examined. The documentary review shows that there are universities in the Caribbean Coast of Central America that can be spaces where the different epistemologies, stand points, spiritualities and philosophies of life of the peoples can be valued and acted upon in order to outline strategies for intercultural action.

Resumen
This article entitled: "The may pole in the memory of the creoles cultural bearers from Puerto Cabezas, Autonomous Region of the Northern Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast", refers to the Caribbean dance "palo de mayo" (may pole) and the rites associated with the celebration of this festivity have been emphasized, which represents a reunion with our historical and cultural roots. The methodology is qualitative with a hermeneutic approach as it is mainly based on bibliography and the interviews conducted, the level of depth is descriptive-explanatory as it allowed reconstructing the memory of what has been walked and lived and extracting the lessons learned or the experience of the Afro-descendant cultural carriers in the promotion and preservation of the may pole in Puerto Cabezas. By sharing their knowledge, wisdom and practices, the cultural bearers offer us the possibility of rescuing the true meaning of the festivity and its revitalization in private and public spaces.

Resumen
The pine bark beetle Dendroctonus frontalis Zimm. (Coleoptera: Curculionidae: subfamily Scolytidae) is the most destructive and economically important insect in the pine forests of Nicaragua. In San Ramón, Matagalpa, there are about 660 hectares of pine forests, although from time to time damage by bark strippers is reported, scientific studies on these important forest insects have never been done. The purpose of this study was to generate scientific information on the main pine debarking insects in Yucul. The study was conducted from April to October 2014. Four Lindgren Funnel non sticky traps were installed at this site, which are standard traps for monitoring pine bark beetle populations. At this site, the traps were placed 30 meters apart and the pheromone Frontalin® + Alpha pinene (turpentine) was added as insect attractants. The population fluctuation of the main debarking insects associated with pine trees in Yucul, San Ramón, Matagalpa was described. This information can be useful to design and implement better silvicultural and pest management practices in pines.
